I had a 3:30 pm appointment to get my phone fixed however I discovered that the appointment is really the time to drop your phone off. It joins the queue of phones dropped off before. Regardless, they were able to satisfactorily repair the phone that same day and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return.

Very professional and helpful. Took two phones in for a battery replacement. The tech made some suggestions on one phone to improve battery function, that I had overlooked. He could have just taken my money, but instead presented all my options. Had my other battery replaced in 30 minutes. Definitely recommending to others.

I couldnt have been happier with how this went. I came in for a new battery from my cellphone. They did a complex diagnostic of my phone, ensuring that everything was working correctly and then replaced the battery very quickly. Very professional service. I will definitely use them in the future.

It was perfect---just as I EXPECTED. I dropped the phone off, and pick it up a couple of hours later. This is not the first time I have used this phone repair service--took my wifes phone in a year or so ago, and had the same result. Quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive---just what I wanted.

My iPhone battery replacement was handed well, they included a general inspection of the phone and its functionality, which resulted in a bit of cleaning, none of which bore any cost. The battery seems to be working well, and they had some good advice on how to maintain the health of the battery.They also had an unrelated product in store which I needed in greater quantity than they had on hand, they facilitated a store-to-store transfer and had the product brought to my local store.

Great customer service. Noticed that a lot of customers are older, only thing I want to comment on is, your staff is younger, soft spoken, and they talk fast. Being older myself we could be out of your hair quicker if you spoke slower. Thanks!

I was also impressed that that they were able to replace my cracked iPhone screen the same day, and the price seemed reasonable. Kiddos phone was dropped in the snow and then run over by a car. Screen was shattered. Went in to get the screen replaced w/ an appointment. I showed up 20 mins early, was not big deal. They tested to make sure everything was working fine and then told me to come back in a little over an hour. Went back and the phone screen was perfect. I would totally use this service again. Cheaper than the insurance deductible through the phone company.

I called early to get my phone screen repaired, they gave me an estimate and I made an appointment to drop my phone off. I called around for other estimates and they are by far the best. Very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend them, and if I have problems in the future, I know exactly where to go.

7/1/18, I took my iPhone 7 to replace the broken screen and they took 3 plus hours longer than what I was told it would be completed by. The technician could not replace the screen and I believe he did something to damage my phone. He said he replaced 3 different screens and could not put the bottom screw on or else the touch screen wouldnt work. He told me to take it home while they wait for another shipment of new screens to try the 4th screen on. Im extremely disappointed in your poor quality of technician ability. I hope you fix it this week or replace my device completely. You took 5 plus minutes to test the functionality of my broken screen cell phone prior to accepting it for replacing the screen and everything works flawlessly. Now you broke it, please be responsible for your actions.

For the good ...Repair was done quickly and customer service was great very friendly staffnow for the bad... my iPhone screen does whatever it wants sometimes ,touch screen can be unresponsive upper and lower part of screen don’t seem to work or are not calibrated to where you touch so while texting you are always pushing the wrong letters

I dropped my phone and completely destroyed my screen. They replaced my screen and place a tempered glass screen to protect my new screen. It took alittle messing around with my phone to stop typing gibberish on it’s own but now it seem just fine.

The check in process took longer than I expected but I understand that they need to make sure that everything is working and note any problems. Then sign some paperwork and turn phone over to them.
