Very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and assisted me with a genuine demeanor. I definitely recommend, and will be returning to Nutz Gadget in the future.They no longer have a partnership with Wish.com, but they did have my items from before they ended the partnership, and i was able to pick up using my QR Code. The items that i was not able to pick up, was because Wish.com refunded them without asking me first. Wish sucks for that, but I have to say that I did receive excellent customer service from Dennis and the other gentleman working with him this afternoon.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Saved money on quality battery online. HF Wireless wouldnt install it unless they obtained it themselves. Nutz Gadget received the phone, verified the battery number and compatibility and within two hours I have a new phone. WOW! Shattered screen iPhone 5s. Web search showed 4 stars plus. Called picked up 3rd ring. Family run business. Quoted price of $90.00,would take about 40 minutes. Located across from Sears Mall on Northern Lights. Dropped phone off with owner (young man) very knowledgeable. Stated be done in about forty minutes or so. Do you want to wait. We went and ran an errand came back and done like advertised. Other repair shops in Anchorage wanted $150..$155..etc. One said that was the basic price. Uusually something else is wrong when you drop it (RIGHT). Nice new place, convenient parking, family type guy. Keeps the money in town.

Located in a strip mall, so there is a lot of parking. Store has a variety of used smart phones, smart phone accessories, and cases for popular brands and models out there. Store also offers smart phone repair service. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

I was not happy with the screens, I’ve had my iPhone and my son’s iPad screen replaced and most of the times the screens would press things and mess with the screen. Filming a video or taking a picture, the focus on the screen keeps changing making it hard to capturing a crisp picture.I paid around 140 for both, could have gone to Apple for a legit screen.

The staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was pretty impressed that they fixed my Iphone and my wifes Samsung(forgot the model). The price is cheaper than what I expected. They are always my first priority when comes to phone issues.

Dropped my Oneplus One today and cracked the screen. Phone was rendered useless! This is a slightly obscure Chinese android device, so I was worried it would be a hassle to get it working again in Anchorage. I stopped by Nutz Gadget and he randomly had a spare Oneplus One! He switched out the screen and put the flawless body from the spare phone onto mine and now I have a cosmetically flawless Oneplus One again. And it only took 2 hours. Awesome service and turn around. Highly recommend

This place fixed a i5 I had and it works like a brand new phone and I couldnt be happier with how it works! DEFFINITLEY reccomend this place if you need your iPhones fixed :). They also haave a sweet warranty!

My iphone screen was shattered and the phone itself was considerably warped. It was ready to pick up in under an hour. I got a new screen, glass protector, and a metal case for just over what several other local places charge for just the screen. Cant recommend this place enough!
