Love Morris Auto Detail! My car was scratched pretty drastically in an act of vandalism, so I walked into Morris Auto Detail and they fixed it right up very quickly. Theyre a family business and have a good strong team of workers with great personalities, ethics, and diligence. I work near by and can see that theyre always working efficiently. They keep their lot neat, their music volumes low, and do not impact the street theyre on. Ill return again with my other vehicle for a full service detail and perhaps send them a christmas card. I cant recommend this place enough, simply because of the amazing customer service I received and the care I got. Ill start with a little background, my 3 year old recently spilled a bunch of water in my car, that i thought I cleaned up but apparently left some moisture behind, as mold grew a few weeks later. I researched car detailing and saw that this place had a bunch of great reviews, and so I scheduled online for a detailing package. Super easy process and got in for a time right away. Well, me being a space case, I showed up yesterday morning thinking my appt was that day at 9 am. It wasnt, it was for today. The man working offered to let me leave my car there until the next day, although I said Id just come back tomorrow, I appreciated the understanding and the offer. Long story short, my husband would not be able to watch our children the full time it would take for my original package, so I showed up at 9 am this morning and asked if it would be possible to just take care of the mold spot today, and then I would reschedule the full detailing for a later date. The man was very understanding and said that we could do that, and within 5 minutes took my car back, and not even 10 minutes later had it done and the mold fully gone. This alone would have warranted the 5 star, but then when I tried to pull out my wallet to pay, he told me there was no cost, because it only took him a few minutes. Seriously, I couldnt believe it. Anyways, go here. I will definitely be coming back and now so will my husband with his vehicle.

These guys did an awesome job. There are a few things that I noticed that I felt like I should ask about and they went above and beyond to make me feel like I got amazing service and I feel like I did. I felt like I was being a little bit nit-picky but they didnt even roll their eyes when I mentioned just a few tiny minor things. All of their staff was professional and courteous. I had just returned from hunting trip off of the Denali Highway, and stored a caribou in the trunk. Now it smells extremely clean.Truck was covered in mud and the inside dust and smell like sour meat before I it a detailed.

They did a pretty good job. It wasnt quite flawless, but they did squeeze me into their schedule so Ill forgive them a bit. I wish they would ask what they believe is a fair price rather than ask for a tip on top of their pricing. The experience as a whole was good though. I would consider doing business with them again in the future.

Amazing quick service!I’ve called several detail places in Anchorage to shampoo and clean one specific area and Morris was the only one who would do it in town! I absolutely recommend was super professional (although I was so rudely on a phone call I couldn’t get off of for a sec when checking out sorry 😬) but worked with me and got my vehicle cleaned up!

Had two vehicles detailed in the past week. Both returned immaculate! Sparkling inside and out. The attention to detail is noticeable. May seem a little spendy, but worth the price. Great job!

Shame on me.....until Morris Auto Detail :)I dropped my car off and left it with them for the weekend. They returned my car in the condition it was the day I bought it. My car is so clean!! Now I plan to drop my car off there about twice a year for a good thorough cleaning.THE BEST PART: The price was so reasonable. I wish I had pictures to show you how much work they did. I gave this place a try after seeing the glowing reviews. I needed my vehicle detailed after so many months of not having it washed. The staff were professional and asked me in detail as to customize the services I wanted. They are military friendly and thanked me for my service which was appreciated because not many have thanked me in uniform around Anchorage. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was pleased with what I saw. It looked almost as if it was new. I highly recommend them and would return if I needed any detail service.

Great work and fair price. Ive had 2 cars detailed. 2003 Subaru that was our family dog car and a 2011 Highlander. Both cars were detailed prior to selling. Our dog car looked so good we questioned whether or not to sell, Felt like new again, (after 13 years ownership) and didnt have dog funk anymore.The highlander also looked amazing. They were able to get super sticky mushroom spores removed. Summer 2016 had lots of cars covered in near impossible to remove mold spores, and they were one of few shops who would do the work.We will be taking all or our cars in future to Morris.

My car is a 2006 Lexus 400h and I really enjoy it......I took it to Morris because it was a bit dinghy lookingand couldnt believe the transformation after they had finished detailing it! It looked brand spanking new! I expected the leather interior to be clean but it looked like it just came off the showroom floor!I cannot praise the gentlemen at Morris too highly for the fantastic job they did with my car!Highly recommend Morris Auto Detailing!!!!🎉

Someone etched a bad word on my car and morris auto detail buffed or fixed the clear coat so there is no longer a trace of it. I put off fixing it before because I thought it would be very expensive. Morris auto detail fixed it perfectly and very inexpensively. I will go to them for any other detailing and I recommend them to any good Alaskan.

They clearly explained the package that best fit my needs and were considerate in addressing any potential and unlikely additional fees to avoid any surprises. They were very quick and accommodating with scheduling. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed the headliner had some remaining stains from being overly saturated and they were instantly responsive in correcting the remaining stains. I highly recommend this company for quality and timely service.

Aaron is very thorough and will show you all work that was done. My car looks brand NEW! All shiny and pretty inside and out. Im a happy customer and I love my car again.

My 6 yr old got sick in my back seat. it was an absolute mess!! I called up Morris and asked them what the cheapest package I could get to clean up the mess. They said not problem I could bring it by any time and they could take care of it in 10 min for $20. They did a localized steam clean to just clean up the sick. I was in and out in no time and they didnt even charge me. I guess they took sympathy on me given my situation. Im definitely bringing my car back for a full detail !!!

I went to Morris Auto knowing my truck was already pretty clean, I just wanted a deep clean. I told the owner Aaron I was sure that my truck didnt need the premium detailing package but I told him to go ahead and proceed with services regardless because I really wanted the paint sealant. He told me it would take roughly 6 hours to complete the detailing due to the amount of snow and ice on my truck.Not only did he finish within the time he promised but my truck looks better than I could have ever expected. Im extremely happy with the quality of service I received, Ill definitely be taking any vehicle I have to him from now on. Thanks Aaron!

Was in the middle of chaos moving to NC and had to have my vehicle shipped. It was kicked back, the interior needed some work. I called Aaron and his wife and they were able to get my car in fast! I only asked for the interior but after seeing it, I wish I wouldve spent the extra dough for an exterior detail as well! These guys did an awesome job on my Subaru Outback. My 7-year old car looks and feels brand new. Received the internal and external premium service and am very happy with the results. All water stains removed from leaving sunroof open (oops), every spec of dirt and dust is gone, all scuff marks on doors vanished. Most impressed with the steam cleaning job under the hood. This was my first experience with Morris Auto Detail, and they far exceeded my expectations (which were already high to begin with). Aaron and his staff run a first class operation that definitely focuses on quality and customer service. Reasonable prices, excellent detail work, and the pickup/drop off service were just a few of the highlights of my experience. Not good! They forgot to put my mats back inside, drove back across town to retrieve. Car not professionally detailed as I expected for $250.00 - wax still visible and not buffed, door interiors still dirty especially hatch back door, windows not cleaned like when you roll them down its dirty a couple of inches or so, rims still had minor dirt on silver wheels, and dash wasnt cleaned. I asked to speak to the owner, lo and behold it was the sleepy young guy I dropped off my car to. Thought this was the old Morris Detail shop that was by the Porsche dealer downtown, dont take your car there or be hyper vigilant about looking it over when its picked up.
