I was ready to give a mediocre rating, but something changed.I had trouble with my remote key not working even with a new battery. It turned out to be an issue with the remote module inside my car. It had been 3 weeks and my car was still in the shop, so Id grown frustrated. I started to assume that they were not working on my car at all. I thought about giving a negative review, but immediately thought, thats not going to help me get my car back.So I did my due diligence and contacted Hailey, if I could schedule to meet with the mechanic thats supposed to be working on my car. She agreed and I came in on a Saturday and had a chat with Todd - whos had more than 30 years of experience as a mechanic. He told me of the different approaches and steps he took to try and figure out the issue, but admitted that hes never seen a car behave like this before, even with all the fixes. He explained that the delay had mostly been trying to contact Fords higher division to send over a technician for further assistance. I was still a bit skeptical, but he showed me the log of his correspondence with Ford and it, indeed, proved that he did his part and was met with responses such as try this instead, or try that without getting a technician over. He then decided its been long enough, so he worked on my car on a day hes not scheduled to work on... and finally figured it out.Long story short, I was car-less for about a month. Instead of overstressing at the situation, I decided to see for myself what was going on. This verified the problems encountered by the mechanic working on my car. May this review be of help to others - to see things for yourself first and be careful not to let your emotions guide your decisions.Thank you once again, Hailey and Todd.

Horrible. I only come here because my cars under bumper to bumper warranty. If you have a choice, go literally anywhere else. Both times Ive had work done on my car theyve kept it for three days or more (without a rental because they insisted it would be done same day) and didnt even touch the car until I called and asked about it days later.

It has been eight hours now and my tires still are not finished. On what planet do you have to make an appointment to drop your car off to get your tires changed and then it takes more than 8 hours????UPDATE: It has been 8.5 hours and they still have not put my tires on. Nay nay, they are telling me that the tires (which were on the car when I purchased it and when I changed it at the dealership) are too unsafe to drive on and they won’t put them on the car. So I have to purchase a new pair or drive home on my STUDS. This place employs straight up clowns. Seriously will not be returning. I thought going to the dealerships would have been easier. Boy, was I wrong.

Horrible experience. Will never return. I was to have my power steering pump changed.Monday - showed up 1030am like scheduled, but turns out thats just a diagnosing time. Fantastic that I find out on the spot. Michael, the guy doing my intake paper work, said it would likely been seen later that day and he would call me before the end of the work day and the car would likely be worked on Tuesday AM. Then we got an Lyft home but Michael put my number in wrong so I never got updates. But another person corrected that. Fast forward to then end of the day, no call. So I call ~330pm and have to leave a voicemail. I get a call back at 455pm (they close at 5). Michael went home early and never handed off my paperwork so the car wasnt seen but I was assured it would be first in the morning. Luckily I had Tuesday off work.Tuesday - no call until 1030am. Michael starts the conversation with all business - we couldnt find an active leak and are still diagnosing. He disregarded the whole Monday event. He ended the conversation saying the fix will likely be late Thursday or Friday because now theres a car in front of me....because he forgot to hand in my paperwork. He asked if thats okay. I told him its very inconvenient then he said sorry for Monday and was willing to take 1 hr off the mechanics time. I told him to let me know what they find so I can choose a cheaper route as I bought an aftermarket pump already. No call so I called and left a voicemail at 440pm.Wednesday - my wife called in the AM with no answer and a voicemail. They called me back and gave me my options- use THEIR pump with 2 yr warranty or use MY pump. Come to find out it was cheaper to use theirs and return mine. So I told him to use THEIR pump. He agreed and I asked more about the warranty.Thurs - we left voicemail at end of dayFri - they called us at 230pm and told us car is almost ready. My wife got off around 345pm and was able to pick the car up. The price was WAY cheaper than quoted and I thought they did us a favor. Later we went to return my pump, the Oreillys worker pulled out an old pump core...they used my pump when I made it clear to use theirs. And guess what. We still have the same problem we did before. I paid some master mechanic $150/hr to diagnose the issue and he failed. Michael failed me. Ford failed me. Never again. I would rate a 0/5 if I could. Ill likely soon sell our car and forbid my family from EVER buying Ford.

Had to have my vehicle towed here for repair. It sat for over 3 weeks, my insurance adjuster and I spoke to them every couple of days asking them when they would be able to look at it and they continuously said “today or tomorrow” and so I tried to be patient and wait. I get one month of rental car coverage. I shouldn’t have been so patient and waited because I ended up having to take it somewhere else when my 4 weeks of rental car coverage was almost up, and I had to then pay out of pocket for a rental car for 4 extra days while my car got repaired from a shop that actually made time for my car. The additional days for the rental cost me over $100. Oh and turns out all my car needed was an alignment and new tire. This place is a joke. It would have been one thing if they had been honest and told me they had no time to look at it for the next 4-5 weeks or whatever amount of time, but instead they wasted my time and money.

The Parts department here is a complete and total joke! The guy with the Hispanic accent needs to be terminated. His customer service skills are absolutely horrible. Just based off this experience I will NEVER shop at this location nor will I ever purchase a new vehicle from here. Unreal. Very argumentative and unprofessional. Shop somewhere else people!!
