Thanks for the cozy place, it was look like at home. It is a clean, warm in a winter and light apartments. But if you stay at room under the door of the underground parking it is a little bit noisy from 3 am. And washing machines and dryers inside each apartment.

Park Plaza 2 nothing but amanzing, ERICA help with anything and everything she can help with, shes a great manager to the building always there when you need her! maintenance staff are always on top of things our new manager whos name slips my mind is nice ! we need more people in the world like the PARK PLAZA TEAMthe energy even on a sad day is amanzing, i love passing by the office just to say hi.

I am very happy with nearly everything about my unit. It has a nice design, I like the layout of the kitchen, the bar and countertops are nice, washer and drying in the unit is excellent, and the appearance of the building on the outside and inside is very beautiful.My unit faces A St. When I came to initially look at the unit, the windows were open to help the floor dry (it had just been steam-cleaned) and I noticed the street noise. But, I naturally assumed that closing the balcony door and BR window would block the noise out. It doesnt even make a dent. Every night I have the most difficult time trying to fall asleep and stay asleep. It is like my bed is in the middle of A street. The street noise is so loud in the bedroom that I cannot talk on the phone in there; I have to go to the bathroom and close the door.Were it not for this OVERWHELMING street noise in my apartment all day and night long, I would easily give the Park Plaza II 5 stars. But having to plug my ears with wax plugs every night just to drown some of the noise of the street out is a nightmare and makes me overall dislike this place very much. A shame since my rent is $1510/mo. I think that if they ever want to keep a resident in a unit facing A st., they need to upgrade the windows on that side of the building from the cheapest, thinnest glass available, to a type of window that is obviously needed for unit hanging right out into a busy 4 lane highway.

Excellent service, clean, cozy and light apartments. And I would admit 2 main advantages: underground parking and washing machines/ dryers inside each apartment.
