Called Sears Repair Center to order a $46 dollar part that weighed under a pound. They wanted $35 for shipping and stated there is no way to order the part and use USPS through Sears. I would not recommend buying Sears products of any kind with that type of service.

Sears services was good, but your contractor Reliable Appliances Services was very poor. After making an appointment schedule withSears agent, I called Reliable Appliances Services to make sameappointment. But later, Bonnie denied the fact that I also made an appointment with her company. So I called Sears to explain the problem and I was able to get services. However, unfortunately, my washer is still having problem. Now after I finished washing, clotheswere so wet because the washer did not drain water properly. I will call you tomorrow to make another appointment. So your company gets 5 stars, but Reliable Appliances Services gets 2 stars.Thank you so much.

The repairman was courteous, called ahead and when I told him we still had folks sleeping (its a night shift household), he said, no problem and gave us a couple hours reschedule. He called again about 10 min. before that just to let us know he was on his way, was quick, quiet, got everything fixed up, did a maintenance check on the washer while he was here, left everything tidy and was on his way. I had a couple questions about the washer, he answered them, explained that he needed to simply reset a temperature trip on the dryer, not replace anything (nice) and all is well.

Our annual maintenance service was performed by Jeff Holler of Jeffs Refrigeration Svcs., a Sears subcontractor. Jeff was very professional and personable, took the temperatures inside the refrigerator and freezer, removed the rear lower panel and cleaned (with our vacuum) the exposed area. I would have given a 5 star rating if I had known what maintenance services were to be performed and received a written report at the end of the inspection detailing services performed and the results found.

Technician was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Cant speak highly enough of his service. I do have an issue with the time it took for a service call. The microwave was down for approximately 2 months. I also have a refrigerator on contract and could never tolerate that downtime on it. I gave 5 stars strictly on the technician and the phone service representative. Service response would have to be a one star.

I had to replace my dishwasher under the Sears Protection Plan. Took 2 full weeks for them to verify that the repair parts are not available for a 30 yr old machine (which the repairman immediately knew to be the case). then when I made arrangements to select the machine, it was delivered without the electrical cord to make it work. Then I discovered it also was delivered without the hose to connect to the water system. Cost me an extra $30 and 2 trips back to the distribution center to finally get all the parts. It will cost me additionally to get it connected, even though it was originally installed by Sears. Very disappointing service!

The serviceman (Dominic) was very helpful and thorough. He did his best to expedite the process. The repair has solved the leaking problem. It was disappointing that the service call could not be scheduled sooner than it was; I had to wait several days for the initial visit. Also, since a part had to be ordered, that added another three weeks to the process, even though the part arrived at my home 1.5 weeks before the scheduled appointment to install it. There was no easy way to contact the company about possibly moving up the appointment date.

The repairman was awesome. He let me know when he was coming, and came when he said he would. Arranging for the service was a nightmare. I was on the phone for at least a half hour with one person who could not find my records. I drove to the Sears store the next day, and a salesman there helped me get to a person who finally did help me set up the appointment.

The Sears certified technician did a great job servicing my appliances. He called to let me know when he expected to arrive, he was on time, he looked professional, and he was very knowledgable of the products he serviced. He was thorough in all the checks and cleaned up after himself. Great job!

You cant even understand the people who answer the phone. I tried to call in to get a quote for a service call. The first thing the woman (couldnt understand her name) asked for was my phone number. I gave it to her and then she said something like, I dont have that on file. I told her that I didnt have a service agreement and just wanted a quote on a service call. From there, I couldnt understand a word she said. I ask her to repeat herself three times before I just gave up and let her know I would call somewhere else.I know things are tough for Sears right now, but lets not skimp on the one thing youve been known for: Customer Service. The first step in great customer service is hiring comprehendible people to answer your phones.

Intake was really professional - and five star. It took nearly a month to complete the repair which was simply swapping out a plastic part. I was told it would take two weeks. I called at two and half week point and as told it would be attended to soon. Received an automated call two days later stating that it was being looked at. I went by three days after to get it. They said it wasnt ready. Four days later I could another robocall saying it was being looked at. This time it was. A day later I got the call to pick it up. One day shy or a month.

I would give a minus star if possible. Called to schedule appt. for dishwasher. Was told a definite time and was told what part would be needed. They told me the local company they were sending. I called them to find out why they werent coming and they said Sears never let them know and they continually do that. Not only that, they knew what part was needed and didnt send it. I will not be buying from Sears or their extended warranties every again. Home Depot here I come.

This is the worst service repairman I have ever seen! The first time he was here he spent more time getting the part out of his van. He spent less the five (5) minutes here. He said the freezer was fixed. We replenished the food for the freezer. A day and a half later we found out the freezer wasnt freezing, the food was spoiling and/or spoiled. The freeze was HOT. We called and rescheduled for ANOTHER appointment. The repairman ( Jeff of JEFFS REFRIGERATION SERVICES ) showed up and AGAIN had me help him move the freezer, ( I am handicapped and told him so the first time.) Again, he spent about five (5) minutes on the problem and said THE MOTORS SHOT, IM GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE. and he shot out the door. Two (2) days later we received a package on our doorstep. I also received an Email stating the new appointment date was 1/2/2019 between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I waited until 5:30 p.m. and called the repairman (Jeff). I said I thought he was supposed to be here as stated above. Jeff started yelling that I was supposed to call him when it (the motor) came in. I pointed out that he nor Sears Service had instructed us to call upon arrival of said motor. He (Jeff) proceeded to cuss me out and stated I could be there tomorrow, but Im not going to.....I dont like the way you talk to me......I may call you Friday. I explained to him I wasnt the one screaming or cussing at a customer or HIM. He was the one who was acting UNPROFESSIONAL. He again ranted on about how he MIGHT CALL ME to set another appointment (that would make four (4)). I told him not to bother, I was reporting him to SEARS ........he continued to keep cussing as I hung up. I called the Sears service number and was sent into computer voice hell. I am not impressed with Sears and their answering service. They seem to be going down hill very fast. Weve spent around thirty thousand ($30,000.00) dollars in Sears Protection Plan, not to mention the many appliances, tools,TVs and such. I dont believe Sears wants their people, sub-contractors or anyone else thats representing them to talk such filth to their customers. We will now be starting into our third (3rd) week without a freezer, that should have been repaired within a week. Im not happy, Im POed. Not to mention the food that was lost twice!!!

The repairman came and fixed the crack glass stove top. before he left, I said. it looks an inch too high, the glass is not flush with the countercan you fix it? Response, its the same as it wasEven if it was true, its your product, wouldnt you feel it needs to be fixed.I complained to the 800 number, They are polite but nearly impossible to understand, nor could they understand me.They said it would be 89 dollars to come take a look before they could give me a bill.no wonder they are not doing well, they need a lesson in customer service

The actual service, when it occurred, was fine, but waiting for the service man to come was very annoying and not anything to rave about at all.It took 3 appointments to happen,in the first place, with 6 weeks of waiting in between the first and 2nd appointment.During the first appointment I was asked between 8-5. Nobody showed up or called to give me more of an exact time ,until 3 pm, when I called in exasperation to say I could no longer wait because I had to leave temporarily to pick up my grandkids from school. So the appointment was rescheduled 6 weeks later, and after waiting a good while that day, I called to find out the service company changed, and nobody was coming at all.But someone from the new company could come 2 days later. So I arranged to have the new company come first thing, which turned out to be 10 am. The night before I got a confirmation call(automatic) that I tried to confirm with several times, but could never respond to in time. Finally, the morning of the 3rd appointment , I called and was scheduled to be first on the list, which turned out to be 10 am.

Thanks for over 35yrs. of excellent service!!! I had called Reliable Appliance an discussed my problem with dryer, he suggested that I call Sears an see if there was a warranty. To my surprised I had got it an it didnt exspire till 2019...when I told them who I called they told me, Yes that is one of our service companies an that they could come the next day! Instead of a weeks worth of waiting with eight loads to do, my laundry was cleared that night. The problem was my husband, who put a sheetrock screw in pocket an it got caught behind drum an made awful sounds until David fixed it in less then 45 minutes...I am a happy customer an highly recommend Sears. PS Washer before was Kenmore an went through 4 kids an 9 people in household since 1980-2015. Sad day for old friend..but love new Maytag Centennial 3 load Washer.

Repairs done on the range and clothes washer were orderly as my wife observed. Im still displeased that for the second year, my annual visit to check over the snow blower was refused. Each time I call I get a different answer, but only once got what I bought, annual service checks at my house. This year they told me if it breaks they will fix it at my house. It would take hours to find and read the paperwork.
