Sand Lake Auto was referred to me by my Pastor. I respect his advice and recommendations in regards to many things, Im thankful that he recommended Sand Lake Auto because they have been what I have been looking for in regards to keeping my cars in top condition. They have always been up front, in other words, straight forward, honest about my vehicles. They sometimes offer suggestions on how to approach the repair of the vehicles to my benefit, when time and expense was a major factor. Their technicians are skilled and knowledgeable. The overall team is courteous, professional, warm and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Every other place I called gave me an estimate for work they ASSUMED I needed. Sand Lake took the time to ask specific questions about what I needed and the issues I was experiencing. They got me in the next day, diagnosed, and fixed my car more quickly than I could have expected. Used to work for sandlake , and honestly Ive never had respect for a employer like I have for tim, having said that I have never see a shop that is so honest and upfront with how everything is handled for customers. Being mechanically inclined and a mechanic , I will never let a shop other then sandlake touch my cars and trucks EVER. The heater in our Grand Cherokee was only delivering heat to the passenger side of the vehicle. Took it to the dealer and they said we needed a new heater core. If the heater core was blocked, there wouldnt have been heat to either side. So, that didnt make sense. And they wanted $2000 to fix what wasnt broke.We got a tip from a friend to try Sand Lake Automotive. One visit later, everything was fixed for a price that was 90% less than what the dealer asked. And.... the heater core was fine.

They were very helpful and friendly, the estimate was accurate, the prices were very reasonable, they fixed everything and had me back on the road very quickly. They made everything as painless as possible including helping me find a good tow company.I hope I dont have to go back too soon because car problems are never fun, but Im taking my car problems here from now on.

My heater stopped working in my Ford Fiesta I took it to a shop I will not name and they did a diagnostic test and said it was just my cabin air filter, I had it replaced at this un-named shop and they charged me $170, four days later my heater stopped working again.. I was mad, I looked around and did some research to find a car shop I can trust and Sand lake Automotive was the placed a called And from the first call I knew I could trust these folks. Honest people and fair pricing, they had my car in and out the shop in one day, I had my blower motor replaced here. A week later I got a follow up call asking how my heater is working. It was very awesome they follow up with their customers, shows they really care. 5stars, if I have any car repairs in the future I know I will be back.

Thought I needed a new clutch throwout bearing but after 10 minutes, the mechanic Adam said the fork just needed a little grease. NO CHARGE!!! Wow, what a great shop. Thanks to Alex, Denise and the rest of the crew for getting me in to get it checked out. Very honest and friendly.

Thank you to Tim and his team for looking my 2005 Toyota Camry over twice at my request before I drove from AK to WA this month. Driving an older car on the ALCAN knowing there are two pricey repairs in its future was my concern. As a customer of Sand Lake Auto for the past 8 years, having them give me a thumbs up for the drive was comforting. Theyve always provided me with a frank assessment of my cars condition, the need for any repair, and an estimate to consider. After the recent long trip, my car continues to run like a champ. They always make sure we are happy and that we know exactly what they have done with our vehicles. Military discounts are available and the price is worth every penny to know that our cars are well taken care of.

Very impressed with whole experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. They had to rebuild the top end of my motor. They had it done in 2 days which was great. Ill be bringing the rest of our company trucks there in the future when they need work done.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my vehicles! Every time I bring it in they fix it without any questions. They keep in constant communication with me with on what is wrong and tells me what it’s going to cost to fix it. I took my jeep Cherokee here to have the engine completely reinstalled due to the engine being placed in wrong before. They were able to fix everything in three days and now my jeep is running amazing!! It feels like a new jeep. Not to mention the staff are very friendly and caring for not only their customers but the vehicles as well. Proof of that came to me when they washed all my windows from the oil that had sprayed when my engine was a wreck. Thank you sand lake automotive I will always go to you guys.
