Hands down the best Cell phone repair shop/ retailer I’ve been to. Casey thoroughly explained what the repair process entailed regarding my broken Iphone screen. Not only did I feel that I was treated as family, but the pricing was more than fair. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, professionalism, price, turn around time, and customer service. Overall fantastic experience. 10/10!! I will be coming back. lol

My pixel 2 screen was busted so I came in to get a quote for repairs on Saturday evening. The woman who initially helped me was super informative with pricing and gave me a card with a time to come back when her husband (I think?) could schedule an appointment to leave for repairs.Turns out my *refurbished* phone was missing a piece behind the screen and was just glued on SMH. This caused the screen to shatter which meant replacing it completely as opposed to just reconnecting. Casey mentioned that this was a likely possibility before he started any repair so I was fully in the know for the whole process. Thankfully, he was able to order a new screen completely, and have it fixed earlier this afternoon.All around better price than 4-5 other quotes in the area, straightforward about repairs, and had it working like new when returned. Ive known Casey back when he was at Bella Terra but havent used any of his services or products until recently when he relocated to Garden Walk in Anaheim. I got a cracked screen repaired and battery replaced for my iPhone 6, along with a new glass screen protector and some accessories. Casey has a wide range & variety of products at great prices and excellent service! His store is nice clean and simple and he has a very quick turnaround time. We bought a few accessories at this store and thought the owner was friendly but later when we cross checked the prices on the apple website, we realised we had been cheated by this owner/sales person. The ear pods cost AUD 45 (we were charged USD 39.95), the 2m connector cost AUD 45 (we were charged USD 39.95) and the 3.5mm headphone jack adaptor cost AUD 15 (we were charged USD 39.95). Even with an easy exchange rate, we are AUD 75 worse off. The receipt he has emailed is customised and provides a bulk sum without transparency of item description. Never trust an Indian anywhere in the world. We will certainly not be returning.

We bought a few things from Casemac wireless when we were visiting for our trip to Disneyland. My wife purchased a pair of sunglasses and a few accessories for her phone and our daughters phone. One of them was a one of those pop socket type rotating rings for her phone that she did not open it until we got back from vacation. When she opened it she discovered the product had a defect (one that Casemac would have never known about ) and her heart was broken because the item she bought for her phone had sentimental value to her and because she bought it while we were on vacation.Anyway, like I said, she was heartbroken and very discouraged and said, “it’s not like I can go back to Disneyland and swing by Casemac and pick up another one tomorrow when I’m running errands!” Me being the optimistic husband who wants to fix everything I said, “I’m sure they will warranty it and send you another one in the mail. “She laughed with a sarcastic tone and said, “yeah right, why would they do that?!“ I said let’s give them a call and see what they say which is exactly what we did. We called them and explained the situation and they were very apologetic and quick to send us another one in the mail. It was literally the easiest thing we did all weekend. I love supporting small businesses and we loved our experience with Casemac when we were visiting. We thought it would be good to share our experience online so others would know about it. While we were handling that issue we also ordered another pair of sunglasses. She always has a difficult time finding sunglasses she likes and the pair she bought from them is her favorite pair now. Luckily they had more available so we ordered another pair and they sent them right out.

Casey was very nice and helpful in fixing my iPhone 6 Plus when I cracked the screen on accident. He was helpful and fixed the screen right away within 20 minutes.

Got iPhone repaired, new case with tempered glass installed at a resonsnable price. Happy with my purchase.
