Armando has been a great help with informing me on information and my activations, updates with the system along with other helpful advice. for instance, he informed me with the number of my activations and what to do in order to retrieve a cool little surprise gift. Modern Wireless i would have to say is a good company there may be communication errors every once in awhile but i would have to say they do handle issues to the best of their ability. If anything i would have to give this company a 5 star rating they have always resolved my issues any time i have had one. Great phones some are market rate but they have a wide variety selection. This company is a scam .I have been with them more than 6 months . We have sold their products . We never received our commissions for selling cellular plans .Also their phones and phone accessories are very low qualities .Once you buy it thats it they make a hell for you to return and get refund

CARLOS or Jose both helped me (or so they claimed)NO one helps by telling you I got better things to doCall tmobile about itCome on, haha you bought this over a year agoCarlos/JOSE listen here, a T-mobile phone regardless of what the condition of the phone is, should be able to register onto the network with the imei, The phone can be in pieces and you will be able to register it to the network still as long as you have the imei. I cant activate it not due to the phone physical appearance but due to the fact that the imei belongs to another account holder which information I do not have. Instead of telling me to call Tmobile you should be calling your Vendor who you got the phone from instead and get the phone out of the services to be able to use it.Let me tell you how to do your job once more, be polite, and understand the client. Just because you are a small company does not mean your time is any more valuable than mine. I too have better things to do than to try to teach you how to do your job. But here I am writing a review about this shady company you own/work for. its no wonder your agents are all leaving, this is america buddy, there are laws against selling stolen goods.
