Guadalupe helped me immediately upon entering the store. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to transfer everything off my old phone onto the new phone very quickly. I would highly recommend this store because of their fast and friendly service.

When you ask them to check your account to see issues regarding the bill they just try to make their own calculations in there head instead of actually checking the issue on the account. This isn’t the first time I’ve received bad service. EVERYTIME I’ve came here the staff is rude. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location unless they change the staff. I ended up having to call corporate to get somewhat of a solution to my problem. Thanks to corporate I was able to fix my bill.

I had a great experience at this AT&T location. The best service I have received in any AT&T store I have been. The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially the manager running the store. I would recommend to go to this store if you need any type of service for AT&T. They will make sure to take time and help you as much as possible. I don’t live too close to this location but it’s worth the drive.

2008 E Lincoln Ave store go gamed by some one posing as myself...they got took for $2600 for two iPhone 12’s....might need some additional training in Fresno !!

Don’t ever advices customer about difference day from the system to make hope customer make a deal with your store.I am even calling the store and tell them what happen and see if they can help me over the phone. But they insisted that I have to come to store for them to help me out.Now I am in the store, they said nothing they can do and famous quote “sorry last rep gave you wrong information”. Then I said why didn’t you guys tell me when I call instead ask me come to the store and say nothing you can do !!!!Staffs need to retrain and learn from their mistake that don’t advise something different from system give to you !!!!!

I always appreciate patience, these representatives were so kind and diligent with teaching me the new ways of technology. Management was kind and clear to explain everything I had gotten. These place is a bright productive work place, and I will be going back here anytime I need anything cellular again.

I went in to the store Johnny greeted me promptly and welcomed me. I had issues with my broken phone and he guided me through the proper steps towards getting it fixed at minimal cost. He even got me internet for $40 when other locations have never offered me something like this. Thanks Johnny, from now on I will get everything taken care of at this store.

You would think they would have more than 2 computers to help their customers with payments. Waited almost an hour and a half just to make a cash payment here because they only have 1 computer to handle that. They were not even busy just helping some customer jailbreak a phone.

This AT&T location has the best customer service Ive experienced. You walk in and instantly feel the welcoming environment. One sale associate , Alexiz was beyond helpful in my purchase on a new phone and explaining how their plans work, he got me the best deal. I left very satisfied with my purchase, Ill be sure to recommend them to my friends for their tech needs.

The team did a good job. I stopped by after a visit from Disneyland because I lost my phone. And Luis helped get a free phone with my upgrade. The team was up beat and helpful transferring my contacts.

Need to call corporate about this store and the financial situation they put us in because of an employee. We went for upgrade on a phone because we had a line ready to upgrade in our contract. Turns out the guy who helped us ended up having us pay for TWO phones when we where told it was only being upgraded and all we had to pay where the taxes and fees on the new phone. So we had a family member go over and let them know of the situatuon and all the store manager could do is shrug their shoulders. We would never agree to pay for two phones for one person when the other phone isn’t even active anymore. All we wanted to do was upgrade “a” phone. And now apparently the guy who did this is in the hospital so we couldn’t even talk to him.Do not go to this at&t store. We have to now call higher ups to get this mess figured out because on guy decided to fail to give us all the information before switching things in our account. And now we are stuck paying off a phone nobody is even using. But we have names, locations and receipts. I’m over this companies antics.

Great customer service... store reps are very quick, walked in and out in less then 20 mins got a new iPhone and the hook up by the mánager Luis.

All except one employee did not wear mask. They did not have ability to test my land line device, printer did not work. They were unable to print receipt. Staff was young and not very friendly or professional. I will not visit this location again.

Bad bad bad!!!! They offert a pay $5.00 extra to cover over mgb...at the final of the month in my bill they charged $254.98 ...its true.....so becarful...call at the company and they refuse whit the information. ...mdfkrs

I went to this store because it was closer than their corporate store. I needed to get a nano sim for an iPhone 5 we had. I asked Oscar for a sim and he said that they charge $25 dollars for it. I asked him if the same thing would happen at a Corporate Store and he told me that I had a customer call me back upset because they charged her at the corporate store as well. So I agreed to the fee. He told me that for my trouble he would throw in a car charger for free. Nice right? Well as it turns out Corporate Stores do not charge for SIM cards. My receipt shows that I had been charged for a charger and there is no SIM card anywhere on the receipt. I have already used the SIM card but have not used the charger. I offered to get a SIM card from corporate and return the charger but they refused to give my money back. Their suggestion was to call AT&T and ask for a bill credit instead. This whole experience just didnt make me feel like doing business with this store or these people again and I would urge anyone reading this to do the same. Returns should be accepted especially when the customer feels deceived. I spoke to several people at customer service and they all thought that I shouldnt have been charged in the first place.

I have been with AT&T for about 5 years now and to be honest i have hated it. But yesterday for the first time i walked out of the store very happy. Daivd made my day. He was kind and actually treated me like i was a friend. He picked out a phone for me and also saved me money on my bill.
