This place is amazing. Ive been a customer for 2 years straight. The girls are all very nice and listen very well to exactly what I need. They are not mind readers, so if I dont come with a picture then I know I need to explain myself very clearly. Everyone is usually very happy here, the only time I see confusion is by the tourists who might not understand how the pricing works up front. So I encourage you, if you have questions, dont hold them til the end. These girls work extremely hard and are very accommodating.

My nail tech Kim gets 5 stars but this nail spa is turning into a duct tape nightmare! They are duct taping everything in this place including all of the leather chairs making this spa look so low class!!! A spa is supposed have a serene and relaxing decor and this place is anything but that! Who duct tapes leather chairs with Batman in a nail spa??? Theres even duct tape on the walls and the floor and nothing matches. Its very disturbing and hideous! Its a duct tape nightmare!! Even the bathroom door is covered in a horrible looking duct tape pattern!! Theyre definitely going to lose clients as soon as they walk in the door and see this very disturbing scene.

The girl was very friendly but I feel she rushed through because her client arrived early. Plus my nails look like a week of growth. I dont feel it was worth $40 acrylics and gel.

I was over charged at this place, I got a full set and it was $35!!! She did a horrible job and on top of that when I went back the next day to ask if she can fix the edges she told me it was gonna be $5 extra. I had given her a $5 tip wich I really wanted to take back. I didnt ask how much it was gonna be before I sat down but I didnt think it was going to cost me an arm and a leg either. $40 total for a horrible job, theres a place right across the street and its way cheaper. I just wanted to try this one out but NEVER AGAIN.

The worst experience ever ! the gel was coming off on Monday when I had them done on Saturday :/ I went back to get them fixed ,they refused they wanted me to pay ! after I had paid $32 not including tip. Which by the way it was too much

Got my nails done with Gel.. didnt even last 3 days. . Started chipping right away! Waste of money and time!
