Christy is a very nice and great hairdresser...my hair always looks like I like it.

I went in to have my hair dyed from black to light brown, and I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. This lady told me there was no problem and went ahead and dyed my hair immediately without the required patch test. The hair dye was in my hair for about an hour and a half under the heat chair, which seemed very odd to me, and I even made sure they hadnt forgotten about me or anything. After the lady washed my hair out she started blow drying my hair, and my hair was still pitch black with bleached roots, it was at this point where I called my mother so she could witness this audacity. I told the lady this was not what I wanted and she said she would fix it and she would dye my hair light brown, so she proceeded to dye my hair AGAIN. When applying this second hair dye my scalp started burning VERY badly to the point where i started to cry, but the lady assured me it was supposed to be painful. After another hour of waiting, it was washed out again and while blow drying my hair i could see the blond roots were gone and all i was left with was my pitch black hair that i had walked in with. The lady smiled and said she fixed it and when i told her that the obviously black hair was NOT light brown like i asked the entire salon staff pitched in and was trying to convince my mother and I that my black hair was LIGHT BROWN!!! They made me pay for the service and mocked us, saying we are color blind, although I have SEVERAL pictures to prove it. It was a very horrible and traumatic experience.

The owner Christy has been cutting my hair for almost 10yrs and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. All the ladies there are extremely nice and friendly and their prices are very good.

Prices arent too bad but the ladies didnt do my granddaughters nails they way she asked. 4 days later she has problems with the acrylics.

I have been here several times and loved theyre service and the women theyre are super nice. This last time-my hair was colored the wrong color and my nails began to chip 2 days later.

Over priced for the work provided. Mail a had major bubbles & other errors would not provide refund. They kept begging me to spend more money because my boyfriend was treating me out. Very superficial women & beg for more money.

I went to get a full set, paid 30$ + 5tip.Paid $5 more for nail design on 2 nails, I asked for roses or flowers of some sort, even showed a picture of what I wanted. Instead I got random stripes that almost looked like leaves drawn by a 4 year old. I didnt say anything just yet, Im VERY passive & dont like being rude if I can help it.So then I had them paint my 2 year old nails for 7$ . One of the ladies was selling Mary Kay but I told her I didnt know my tone and asked for color swatches or samples, she said she didnt have any but was sure the one she picked out for me was my color. That was $12. I realized the lady doing my nails was in a rush so I figured Id come back the next day about my bail design, my nails looked like they needed a fill after just one day -____-The nails looked lumpy too, so I went back the next day and asked very politely if she can do redo the nail polish and file my nails so they can look smooth. She redid it and I just had her do 3 dots to keep the design simple. I finally got around to testing the Mary Kay foundation I had purchased and realized on just one eyelid that it was WAYYYY too light, so I went back in hopes shed exchange it to a color that matched. When I went and asked nicely, she cut me short in front of customers and said no no no, no exchange on that I showed u the color before u buy I told her she didnt and that I hadnt used more than a drop of it, I showed her my nails and said I paid close to $60 for this. And even showed other cutomers the poor effort they did on my nails, and I said I dont understand why ur being rude to me if Ive been very patient and have not been rude to u guys despite the fact that u guys over charged me for poor work. At this time they all started speaking in Vietnamese between each other and completely ignored me, Didnt apologize, Just COMPLETELY Acted As If I Wasnt Even there. At this point Im furious but didnt disrespect them just felt taken advantage of and belittled by their treatment. I had to go to Kim Nails right next door for them to fix my nails and that was another $15 for gel, and I tipped them an extra $5 for the nice customer service. My nails look professional and flawless now. I suggest not to waste ur time or money on poor work and service and just go to Kim nails rite next door at the other little parking lot. I dont mind mistakes or even them not exchanging a product but what got to me was the horrible way they treated a well paying customer. I will never go back there again. I downloaded yelp for this reason alone. I dont care much for reviews but I felt the need to let it be known on how bad customer service and their work is there at HP NAILS.

A friend and I tried to go into hp hair and nails on a Sunday to get our nails done but my friend asked if she could go to the bathroom first. Instead of the owner telling us that she was closed, she told us to get out. I’m not sure if it was because of the color of the skin but she was very disrespectful. Don’t go to this place.
