I had an gel manicure done. I was really happy with the service until 3 days after. The gel polish was chipping off. I called and asked for them to fix it. Debbie was the one that did my nails and she fixed it. She tried telling me that the gel polish will only stay if I got the powder dip or acrylic nails which will cost an additional $38. I had already paid $30 for my gel manicure 3 days ago. She tried tell me that she will take the blame this time while she was fixing my nails but if it happens again it will be my fault not hers??? Wow. The next day my polish was lifting I had to fix it myself. Someone recommended me coming here because the nail place I normally went to went out of buisness because of the pandemic. I will never come here again. Very rude service.

Dont waist your time or money. I posted pictures they speak for themselves. When we asked for them to correct it they said it was the best they could do. Terrible customer service and poor quality

Ok so it was 6 pm and my mom had mentioned to me she hadnt had her toes done since quarantine started and her toes were hurting her. So we seeked our normal nail shop unfortunately they went out if business. Luckily i found this gem nail shop that was so amazing to us. They treated us so well. They took their time. They made me and my mom feel welcome. Even though they were about to close. They stayed open to give us a little extra tlc. The nails came out great. The pedicure waa amazing. If you have time to get your nails done i highly recommend this place. Also the price was so good I had to make sure that they charge me for everything we got. I got a full set with gel acrylic nails. My mom got a spa manicure pedicure with gel. Barely over 100$ they were so amazing. Please support this small family-owned business they are amazing and they really take their time and go out of their way. They took out ingrown toenails for my mom and they didnt even hurt her.

My pedicure started with ice cold water. The sink on my foot spa did not have bubbles like the other ones nor did it have LED lights like the other ones. When I asked for them to put hot water the other workers starting giving me an attitude and the water wasnt replaced but a tiny bit of warm water was put into the cold water. It was never even really warm. I paid extra for the extra massage and callus remover. The girl that was doing a pedicure only put callus remover on my heels when I asked if she was going to do my foot by my toes... more attitude...at this point I asked if she was new or training and they just say yes and started speaking in another language . There was no extra massage, in fact all the girl did was rub lotion on my legs and feet. Thats not a massage the last time I checked. I was annoyed at that, and then the guy who did my fill rushed through the entire thing, he puts my left hand under the UV light 6 times and my right hand only twice. They charged me $30 for a fill which I thought was outrageous and he said it was because the length of my nails were long. In my opinion theyre medium at best but I wasnt willing to argue that at that point. My friend that went with me got a full set and it was $38 ...

Tommy does a great job I posted pics I got black and white coffin full set gel polish for $38. The owner is aggressive but not over the top just is looking to know what you want so he can make sure you get what you pay for.Best nail salon so far.

These people are very terribly rude!!! Specially the owner the lady in the front that charges all the customers she will stand there when its time to pay for their terrible service arguing with you left & right!! They let their customers walk out dissatisfied with the lousy service that they provide! If you have a critic with the service or if they make mistakes weather it be on your toes with a gel pedicure or on your hands with a fill gel manicure, they dont attempt to fix it when you bring it to their attention instead they allow you to walk out of there dissatisfied! Us customers are paying for good nail work & good customer service, its not like their doing the work on us for free!! I will not set foot there again!! And I most definitely NOT!!! I REPEAT NOT!!!.........Recomend this place girls!!

I love coming here... But unfortunately this time that I went I felt that the person who did my nails didnt take his time😖 and my nails broke.. I even made an appt so they wouldnt have to rush but it seemed like they didnt care... My mothers gel manicure fell off that same week😒😒😒 and I was still kind and gave him a good tip..

I loved this place, I was recommended by a friend. Usually the nail chips off after 2 weeks and then I have to go in, but not here. Its been almost 3 weeks and NO Chipping. They are clean, and very friendly. They even offer complimentary water, Wich I appreciate.

This place is a complete ripoff! I should call the better business bureau. The first time I went there they did an okay job on my nails. I got a full set and paid $35, which I thought was reasonable. They told me that fill ins would be $15. Again the price seemed reasonable. While I was there the lady in charge got into it with a customer. She quoted a price then changed it once they got started. I thought she changed the price because the customer wanted a different shape, but figured I’d missed key parts of the conversation to know what was really going on. It was apparent that the owner/woman in charge had a terrible attitude and talked terribly to the customer, and the customer seemed livid! Dyer she left she came back in with her boyfriend and there seemed to be quite a ruckus at the front of the shop for a few minutes, but we didn’t really hear what was said. My friend and I laughed it off. The next time I came in for a fill in. The lady that did my nails kept hurting me (pushing real hard on my cuticles, over trimming cuticles and kept hitting my cuticles with the drill bits) and I kept yelling out, but laughing and joking about how she was trying to kill me. My friend decided she didn’t want to get her nails done because of it. Eventually I talked my friend into getting her nails done once they had someone available to do it. I kept joking and playing about my experience to ease her apprehension. Then came time to pay. The owner/lady in charge said it was going to be $45 each....FOR A FILL IN!!! I told her they had said it would be $15 last time , but she insisted it was $45 because the colors we had used were “gel”. I told them I oritpaid $35, how could it be “gel” suddenly and cost more than before. She did not relent. We argued for about 5 minutes. She did not relent. In the end I paid the $90. What else could I do? I guess this is pretty much what happened to the upset customer I witnessed on my first visit. God I wish she would post a review of her own. Those people that run that salon are con artists. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

They are very good at what they do, and they always squeeze you in if you dont have an appointment. It seems very clean and well run. The ladies are always pleasant, so if theyre talking crap about you in Vietnamese, you cant tell. Haha!

I have always loved my pedi/mani here. I always get gel and it stays on well and super shiny.

Got a mani and pedi here and it was a great experience. The staff was nice and i am very happy with how my nails came out. It was quite busy when i arrived but they still were quick and i was in and out.

I have never written a bad review, but there is a first time for everything right. let me start with the first things that went wrong. 1. when i put my feet in the water the guy doing my nails did not bother to check if the water was at a good temperature, it was freezing cold! my first thought was that he was new. 2. he asked if i wanted my toes cut and i said yes, again i am coming from a long day of work i am not on him and looking at every detail he is doing. so the problem there was is that he didnt ask if i wanted a little cut or alot, he cut all the way down to my skin and i didnt like that. plus one was shorter that the other. and i cant ask for more cut cause he cut so much of it. but i let it go. lastly as he was putting on my nail polish i finally noticed i am sitting on there massage chain and no one bothered to turn it on. EVERYWHERE I GO THEY ALWAYS TURN IT ON FOR ME. as im walking to the front i let the lady know i was not happy and i dont think i should pay for the spa because they failed to turn on the chair for me. so thats when the real problem started, as stated in the reviews before, YES THIS WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY AGGRESSIVE! SHE IS NOT UNDERSTANDING, SHE DOESNT CARE WHAT WENT WRONG SHE JUST WANTS HER MONEY. she didnt want to hear anything i had to say, i was never trying to run and she even stood next to the door acting like i was going to run away or something. she got very verbal with me and so did the older chinese man working there. THEY WERE YELLING AT ME. the pedicure was 15 and i wanted to give her 10, but they were yelling at me saying nothing is free. and that i only wanted things for free. bottom line they dont care about you, and i didnt want them to, i wanted them to care about what was right. i was trying to pay her, but i didnt want to pay for full service when in reality thats not what i got. it was honestly my worst experience yet! and i honestly thought about boycotting all asian nail places. but the truth is, is that you get what you paid for. if you take your time and find a better neighborhood and they might charge more i almost guarantee they will be better. unfortunatly we moved from laguna to anaheim but I WILL TAKE MY EXTRA TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE because its worth it. i have never had this type of customer service. i think because they are chinese and yell all the time they think its ok to do it to other people. and let me tell you that when i did decide to finally pay because it wasnt worth it, SHE WAS STILL YELLING AT ME. this lady would honestly not shut her big mouth. i really hope karma comes at the correct time. i would give a negative star if i could

I have been coming here for 13+ years, and I have always been very Satisfied with my sevice. I know Debbie the owner and I know Debbie might be overwhelmed sometimes lately, but she can also get carried away with her employees by yelling at them in her language in front of customers.I know because you see expressions. Anyway I came 3 days ago and my Gel started lifting. I called her and I let her know the situation, and her response was DONT WORRY I WILL FIX FOR YOU COME IN TOMORROW AT BLAH TIME so I walk in she has 3 people doing service and looks a at me sits me on #4 and as I sat down she says to me she can only fix 2 nails I have to pay for the rest and I said What? Again she said the damage was my fault because I wash dishes to much? I said huh No this had never happened to me and I dont understand why I need to pay for the product of gel she is using on me .... long story short she converted this into an argument she yelling at me so loud it was embarrassing unprofessional I kept my calm said to her she lost a very long time costumer. Her response was I dont care bye dont comeback ....smh I will never step foot here again!

Bad experience! They did my acrylic nails uneven. Manager is so rude! I had a pedicure done here as well & one of the workers stepped on my toes which smudged the color. I had to get it re-done. Dont get your nails done here!!

The owner is not customer service friendly and aggressive. They lost a customer of 10 years my wife. They sent her home twice after telling her when to return. And the owner seems not able to handle stress and takes it out oon customers that randomly walk in.Now she goes to Nana nail on Lincoln.
