Friendly staff, good prices and a bikes in a good condition.

SCAMWanted to rent a bike at this place as prices look good and rating looked decent.On there website they claim that 2 day rental is €16.50. When I asked for the price at the store the person working there said its €26.50. When asking why the big difference he said they charge a mandatory insurance and a drop off fee per day. Its not optional so why do they not just put it with the price of the bike!

My girlfriend and I were just visiting from Toronto and decided to rent bikes on our last day of the trip. The staff were VERY helpful and made it a stress-free rental experience. We had a lot of questions as beginners and outsiders but it was a really easy, great experience. The gentleman at the Olympic Stadium location took the time to give us a full run-down of the rental process and helped us pick the right bikes for us. The prices were awesome, and completely reasonable. Also great that the bikes can be dropped off at any location, although we returned to the same one. We would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to any friends visiting.

Great for rentals. Old skool Dutch single gear bikes. Strong study beasts that like a lot of room to turn. If your legs are up for it these lovelies will get you there. Nice staff and can return bikes to any shops. Wee bit expensive is why 4 not 5 stars

Easy rental service, can drop off at any other store and they are all very accessible from tourist areas.

A bike for 3 days cost 35€, not bad but could be cheaper. Bikes rode well.

Without doubt the most appalling customer experience in my life. We returned the bikes after 5 minutes as they didnt have gears or any storage but were denied a refund. It was our fault because we didnt do a test ride first. A very painful lesson.The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and blamed it all on us. If I could give it no stars I would.What a joke.

Reasonably priced rentals with knowledgeable staff and locations all over the city to make returning your bike very easy.

Hassle-free rental and return, reasonable prices. Nice simple bike to get around Amsterdam on, but not marked from the rental shop so you dont look like a tourist.

Bad service. Unfriendly people. Entered here last year a few days before Christmas, and they told me that they couldnt do a simple repair before the end of the year, and were very rude about it. I then opted for one of the many other bicycle repair shops nearby.

The best way to live and travel around Amsterdam is definitely the bike, especially in the summer. The black bikes staff is very friendly and ready to show you all the bike rental methods and rates (daily rate varies from 9 to 19 euros). The bikes are all in excellent condition and delivered together with a chain / padlock.

We took bikes for rent in this specialized shop and we had a great time. For one day we spent about € 18 all inclusive (including insurance); the price goes down if you rent for several consecutive days and you still save if you opt for the model with pedal brakes (just for information). We chose the model with hand brakes and we felt good. The bikes are fully functional, comfortable and without defects. It is the most used vehicle in Amsterdam and allows you to move easily around the city streets thanks to the hundreds of kilometers of cycle paths. You are immersed in the lifestyle of Amsterdam. The guy who greeted us was really very polite and kind and put himself at our complete disposal. Highly recommended

I had pain in my knees so it was suggested to place a larger sprocket at the back of the wheel. I now cycle effortlessly again! Really big thanks this is great!

Rental bikes that look like personal bikes (so they dont have advertisements on the frame) only they cost a fair amount 45 € for 2 days and we didnt understand that the insurance was not refunded: the 2 sellers that we had seen were expressed in 2 different ways about it so we found it expensive for 2 daysafter it is essential bikes in Amsterdam!
