I was told to come in at 11am to get my nails done. Got there at 10:45am and they weren’t even open! The sign said they open at 12pm. Very poor quality for making my scheduled time. I’ll drive to Ankeny where I normally go.

I’m giving it a one star because that’s the lowest I can do. I had an appointment today. I show up and the doors are locked. No note on the door, no phone call to cancel my appointment. I expect a business to be on time. I didn’t wait around, I found a place down the street to get me in since I don’t have all day. Absolutely livid

Haileys was a recommendation to me by a coworker. I went in gor the 1st time. I didnt know anything about dipped nails. I just knew I didnt want any fake nails. I gave Crystal free reign to do what ever she wanted. She chose 5 colors of dipped and painted a design on 4 nails. I was very impressed. I will be returning.

These ladies work hard and do a great job. They know me by name and always do their best to get me in right away. I enjoy both pedicures and manicures, I get the powder dip done every four weeks and if I have a chipped nail, which is rare, they always fix it quickly! I wont go anywhere else in Ames to get my nails done!

The two ladys are so nice and Cristal is the best nail lady in the universe and I think everyone should go I LOVE IT 😍❤.

I called in and got an appointment on a Sunday which I was so excited about! When I got there I felt like they were rushing to get me out. The woman did a great job filling my nails but its been three days and my polish is already chipping.. I am new to this area and having a hard time finding a nail place that I like. 😢

They took me last minute & did a good job with my solar fill, better than most places I have went. And the polish has lasted the 2 weeks .. I also got a pedicure and they didnt over charge, and my designs on my toes still look great!

These ladies are the Best. I have been going to Haleys for over a year and have not had one problem. They are friendly and courteous.My nails look great and the polish lasts 6-8weeks.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE DO DEATH!!! i never ever leave reviews but crystal is my favorite nail tech! i moved from out of state and had been bouncing around to different nail shops because im very picky and couldnt find anyone i liked. first time was a charm and ive been going to her for almost a year now and i love it. everyone is so friendly, super sweet and do a fantastic job. it breaks my heart to see negative reviews because they always do such a great job. i love it!!!! if the owner reads this you need to bake a cake for crystal shes amazing!!!!!!! i love this place and will continue to come.... AS LONG AS CRYSTAL IS THERE!!!! thanks so much! ill be seeing you soon. also you pay for what you get!! she not cheap nor expense. if your looking to get what you pay for go to the mall and get a set done for $25 but dont complain if your nails fall off or they are uneven !!! good work guys!!!

I Dont normally post reviews. But, I had the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. And I come from a retail background and am usually pretty understanding when it comes to these experiences. We scheduled an appointment at 11am. We called and let them know we would be running a few minutes late, exactly 3 minutes. We arrived and waited until 1140. They kept telling us, oh only 10 minutes more. An hour later and we finally said something. The response from the nail artist was but you guys were late. From my experience, common courtesy is to wait 5 minutes due to clock differences. Dont waste your time in going here, they are incredibly disrespectful and their prices are high.

Go to this nail salon if you want SCABS on your cuticles instead of cute nails! Left today with 3 bleeding cuticles, raw skin, uneven nails, a black fuzz under the acrylic, and clear nail polish pretty far up on my skin surrounding my nail. Appalled at the mess of a job I paid 32.10 for. I really wish I could post pictures. I want my money back! (Im also not sure of their infection control methods of keeping everything sanitary. She for sure used an obviously used nail file on me.)

Good shellac experience! Quick, no frills man/pedi. Theyll get you in and out with what you need.

The staff was friendly and squeezed both me and my friend in without an appointment, however, I was disappointed with my shellac manicure. The number one rule with shellac- do not let the polish touch the cuticle or skin. Within days the shellac started peeling at the base of the nails.

Dissapointed yet again. My nails have bubbles, and are not painted on the sides. Also, she grinded my cuticles so much that they are sore and red. Definitely not coming back again. Please dont waste your money, try a different place. They have no clue what they are doing. 😡

Waited an hour for my pedicure to dry and it still smudged then wearing heels the next day my other toe smudged because the polish was still so soft. Polish seemed old and their license that was on display was expired. Also their sanitizer seemed to resemble a toaster oven..

I spent $55 dollars for the worst nails ever. They do not know what they are doing.

Lol place is a joke. My nails are all uneven, she made my cuticles bleed 4 different times. Some nails are more square looking... Just an overall mess. Hack job

Im so disappointed with my experience here today. I went for a fill and just as the woman was about to start on my nails, another lady walked in and the employee made me move to a different chair and wait as she began on this other ladys nails even though she didnt have an appointment. Then, my nails were shaped crooked, the top coat had a hair under it, and they charged me more than they said it cost over the phone. Will not return.

My friend and I drove 20 miles up to Ames to get our nails done and we saw that Haleys Nails closed at 8pm. We got there at 7pm and it was not open. Really disappointed.

I drive in to the nail salon at 7 on a Saturday night and it is closed. The closing time was 8. I was excpecting to get my nails done but I drove 30 miles to see a closed sign and hour before it closed.

Always have an good experience there
