Steve was great to work with from beginning to end! He was able to work around specific dates that we needed the carpets cleaned on, and is always on time when he arrives. Works quickly, and carpets always look great when he is done! Great customer service, friendly staff, hard working, and great quality service! I would highly recommend Pro Cleaning Services to anyone getting their carpets cleaned!

These guys were willing to work with me and my schedule. The carpets looked really good after they were done, they even got out stains that the last carpet cleaner couldnt get, from two years ago.Definitely going to suggest these guys to anyone that needs some cleaning done.

Called to ask about having him come in and clean floors at a house we are renovating. Before having a chance to explain further, the person who answered the phone (wish I would have grabbed his name) said he doesnt provide maid service. Apologies, your site says you clean carpets and thats what I was trying to ask about before you cut me off. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that was still very rude. Ill find another place to help with more friendly employees.

I had them come in and clean a living room on 8-11-2016. He did not vacume first and was in and out in 15 minutes. The carpet did not get clean and had to vacume before we painted because of hair and dirt still on the carpet next to walls. I would never recommend this service to anyone. On top of it all he charged $80.25 outrageous !!!!
