Pioneer did an awesome job. I called them last minute after another company bailed and Jeremy was able to get me slotted in the same day. Amazing, since it is turnover season. I’d recommend them to anyone in town. The people who came out were super nice, professional, and did a great job on the carpets.

My cleaning was scheduled at 2pm. They ended up having some free time so they called to ask if an earlier time would also work. I said I was still in the process of moving out but they said it wasnt a problem.They were very accommodating and worked around my stuff as a moved it out. Carpets were cleaned very well and incredibly affordable.

Would recommend to anyone. They were super quick to get us scheduled for the same week. Brandon was our tech, he showed up right on time and was super professional. The cleaning process was super quick and turned out great!

Horrible!! STAY AWAY! I hired them 2 weeks ago to clean my apartment b4 i hand in the keys, they were suppose to be here at 9am and never showed up!! Called them, said they have someone call me asap....i called around for someone else to do it. Call after call i finally found someone. 40 min. After my call Pioneer finally called back. No apologies or nothing. Bad bad bad company! Thank god i found someone else to do it so i dont have to deal with these morons! Very unprofessional

We have been using the pioneer restoration for several years. They do a great job on the carpets, they arrive on time or early, and they are very pleasant and respectful.

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very accomodating and willing to work with me on scheduling. They ended up coming in and doing my carpets while I was at work and I am floored by how amazing my carpets look!

Cleaner guy was very friendly, they showed up on schedule and did their job quite fast. The carpets didnt really get as clean as I had hoped but the price was good and we were moving out of that apartment anyway so it was fine.
