Bought new AC last year and unfortunately 1st hot day of the Spring our unit did not cool at all. Compressor went out but Jacob at Neighbors was quick to diagnose and they replaced and repaired the unit completely free of charge under warranty. Jacob was super friendly and did a great job

Ive had to call Neighbors twice in last 6 months. They came and fixed my AC over the summer and fixed my heater today. The technicians that came out were very courteous and explained my options thoroughly. Both systems are old and will need replaced soon but they were able to get them up and running quickly and affordably. Ill be calling Neighbors to do the replacements this spring.

I appreciated how hard they worked to fix my furnace. Unfortunately, they had to come 3 times due to the fact they didnt have the part needed. They were kind enough to bring me space heaters to use so I didnt freeze to death!

They were by far the best option available in the area compared to other estimates we received from competitors and the price for the quality of product was very reasonable. The work they did was well done, clean, and they were very professional. The new system is much nicer looking than our old one and they even added a new back-plate to our existing thermostat to hide previous poor workmanship. Overall they were great and we are very happy with the work done.

I just purchased the home and the previous owner suggested I call Neighbors. My AC was running but not cooling. They came to check and found the breaker tripped. I felt foolish for not checking it myself. Jason (service tech) was very sweet and since I had already been charged for a service call he double checked the system for me. A week later I had him return because it was hot again. The service manager came to (also very nice). They determined that it was a warranty issue, but I had not known I had to transferred the warranty. They said they would take care of having it covered AND fully refunded the service call fee. So nice when you get great, respectful and honest service.I will gladly recommend them to others.

Amazing customer service and amazing workers. Even after that massive storm I got a call back the next morning after leaving an after hours voice mail and they had a tech out within 2 hours. NEIGHBORS HEATING AND COOLING SERVICES MOBILE HOMES!! November 2019, it was a cold night and our heater went out. I called my mobile home park manager and he didnt answer. I called the office emergency line and they didnt answer. My hubby said to try Neighbors Heating and Cooling. They answered the phone right away and came out and fixed our heater. He was super nice and even though he had a full night servicing homes, he treated us with kindness and worked with quickness, knowledge and great problem-solving.We needed them again this week and they were amazing again.We will definitely call them again.So, if you have a mobile home and have heater problems, call Neighbors immediately!!

Unfortunately our air conditioner wasnt working, a pending storm, and it was 85 degrees in our house. Not a good combination. The tech braved the horrible storm to come out and fixed our AC. He was very friendly and he got the job done quickly. Definitely a life saver!

Our old furnace broke at midnight in the winter. After they quickly fixed the furnace, they offered us credit for buying a new equipment equal to the cost of the service call. Doug came to our house, calculated the required load and presented few options to us. With the credit for service, their price was better than competitors so we decided to proceed with them to replace our old furnace and air conditioner. The replacement took just one day. The workers were very nice when interacting with us. After the install crew was done, another technician came to double-check it. I found it very useful because the second technician was slightly better at explaining how the system works and how to maintain it. The system qualified for some rebates, they filled all the forms and all I had to do was sign them. The air filter developed some electrical issue the first day after installation, they came back and replaced it the next day for a new one and it has been working fine. Im very satisfied with their work so far.

Neighbors has done all my heating, air conditioning, and home air quality improvements for many years. On on April 18, 2019 Neighbors did my annual air conditioner checkup and cleaning. The service tech was very thorough and checked the operation of all the parts both outside and inside. He found one part that was starting to fail, which saved me the cost of a service call this summer by replacing it now. Then he meticulously cleaned the cooling unit outside so that it looked new! I am a happy customer

I couldnt have been happier with the service I received from Neighbors. From the first service call because my AC quit working, to the final install and follow up with our salesman Randy Newman. Mason came on a Sunday afternoon to diagnose and fix the issue. We had an A/C that uses a Freon that will no be used after 2020. We were contacted on Monday to make an appointment for a salesman to come out and go over our options. Randy Newman was so knowledgeable about all the different options available to us, including rebates that were being offered depending on what unit we purchased. I really trusted Randys expertise on what was best for the size of our house. We ended up getting a new furnace also, not feeling any pressure to do so, but it was explained to use that the A/C would work much more efficiently, which totally made sense to us. Our installers were Tony and Travis. They were quick, clean and in and out in 4 hours. We then had Randy come a few days later to check the install and see how everything went. He brought all our rebate forms, FILLED OUT BY MICHELLE in their office. We signed and they sent them in for us! Thank you Michelle and Randy and everyone at Neighbors for the exemplary service

I recently bought American Standard 96% efficient furnace and 17 seer AC from Neighbors (needed replacement of 20+ year old furnace and AC). Communication with Neighbors was efficient, as was the installation process. Follow-up after installation to discuss operational and rebate details was helpful and appreciated.

Neighbors installed our Pulse furnace in 1997 and it has worked flawlessly ever since. A couple of years ago they installed radon mitigation which required rerouting the drain. Not only did that take care of the radon but we now have a dry basement even with all this rain. The staff are always courteous, friendly and on time and they leave the job site clean. Neighbors rocks!
