Took my vehicle in for a tire rotation. I was told it would be 1-1.5 hour wait. At 2 hours I asked how much longer they would be. They told me it would be at least another 1.5-2 hours more. When I asked why they informed me that scheduled appointments go ahead of me and I would just need to wait. I wish they would have updated me while I was waiting. So I wouldn’t have wasted two hours for nothing. Definitely need better communication at this location.

I am always so impressed with these guys. Such friendly faces as you walk in and always very customer service oriented. The place is clean and inviting and the customer service makes paying a little extra worth it!

I feel like my technician went above and beyond making sure my car is well taken care of! I trust them to take good care of my tires!

Fantastic experience buying new wheels and tires for my 3500 Dodge Dually! The shop is clean and organized the staff are hustling and going above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. Came here to hopefully fix a flat tire but left with 4 new ones. The guy who walked us through it was super helpful and they offered us a payment plan. I feel bad that he had to apologize about us being understanding about needing new tires. Remember to treat your mechanics and service people well!

As a Realtor, I put a lot of miles on my cars, which means I go through tires more often than the average person. Which means that I spend more time dealing with tires--replacing them, and not to mention the countless screws from construction sites--seriously, more than I can count! So Ive had to go to many tire shops, and I have to say most are not amazing. But these guys are so genuinely NICE and pleasant that I kind of forget that Im dealing with tires that were causing me problems! Theyve been awesome the last several times Ive been in, and I always seem to get in and out quickly which is an added bonus! Highly recommend.

You would think that scheduling a time would minimize wait time. Nope. They put me at the end of the line. A two hour wait later, the new tires are on and alignment complete. Don’t offer a scheduling option if it means nothing and provides no time savings to the customer.

We were on vacation in Utah, and discovered our tire had gone flat overnight (picked up a screw somewhere). Our AirBnB host recommended Les Schwab. The staff was friendly, and instead of the expected 90 minutes, they had us in and out in half an hour. Couldnt be happier!

Ive never seen a crew go more above and beyond before. My battery died at the nearby Lowes. They drove me back over to my car, jumped it, and then we brought it into the shop where they charged the battery without charging me a cent for any of it. All on a busy Saturday. Theyve earned my future business for sure.

They will repair a leaky stem valve or.fixable flat tires (no sidewall damage) for free. Ive gone there a lot. Very clean and good service.

Finally had one of those awesome Les Schwab stories like you always see on the commercials. I was planning on going out of town for the weekend, and just 15 minutes into the trip, my tire pressure gauge on my dashboard started going crazy. Id hit a massive nail. Got off the freeway, put on the spare, and called Les Schwab to see if I could get in. They said for sure, and that theyd bump us to the top of their list. We got in, and they were quick to offer a solution and help us get back on the road. Extremely friendly staff, large waiting area, really quick service. This is my second experience with Les Schwab, and I think Ill stick with them for tire needs for life.

Dustin was very helpful. He ordered the tires I wanted and matched a lower price from a competitor. He called me several times to let me know the process of delivery. He even was willing to change my headlight and didnt charge me. The building is clean and ask the staff are courteous and professor.

I pulled up at about 5:40 and they were closing at 6:00pm. The Les Schwab employee, Jon W. A., ran out to greet me and immediately found a small screw in my tire. He fixed the hole and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes! This is why I always go to Les Schwab. Excellent and speedy service.

Knowledgeable employees and fast service.I took my car in because Discount Tire had tried to balance my tires 3 times with no success. Discount had originally mounted and balanced my tires and with my new tires there was a vibration between 65-80mph. Every 3,000 miles I had the tires rotated and rebalanced, the issue never went away. After the 3rd attempt Discount claimed I had a bad alignment (they have no equipment to check this). I went straight from Discount to Les Schwab and explained the issue. Tristan had my alignment checked out, removed all of discount’s weights, rebalanced my wheels/tires and had me out the door in about a half hour. The problem was completely resolved, no vibration at any speed and my vehicle was in alignment the whole time. Tristan also used black weights to match my wheels instead of the gray weights Discount had used.Les Schwab not only fixed the issue Discount Tire couldn’t fix, they also saved me money by not charging me for an unnecessary alignment that Discount insisted was needed.

These guys are amazing! From answering the phones, customer service, to their service department.. I have brand new tires and the last thing I needed was a screw in my tire! I didn’t know what to do? My tires are under warranty but that’s for tread not for accidents like this! So, I called them talk to Dustin and he told me to come on down and we’ll get you taken care of. I walked in and CJ greeted me with amazing customer service and I left with a smile and I felt very comfortable and confident that they have me taken care of. I came to pick up my car and I was greeted with yet AGAIN amazing customer service by young lady.. I can’t member her name, but she was very sweet. PLUS, it was completely FREE!! I found a nail had taken up residency in my tire and stopped in to get it evicted. First try was Wednesday afternoon. Hour and half wait. I decided to come back Friday morning when they open. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Ive been to other Les Schwab centers and same courtesy here. I recommend them for everything they do. Not only tires!

I was initially quoted $2,000 to replace both leaf springs on my 98 F150 4X SC. Having 20 years in the auto industry and having done millions of dollars of business with Les Schwab franchisees in the west and sent countless customers, friends and family to do business with them. I knew that quote was outragiously high. Visibly frustrated, I asked the service-writer to give me an accurate quote. He then presented me with a quote of $1,308.39 including parts labor and tax. I made one phone call to a competitor down the street and was quoted $712.58 includeing parts, labor and tax. Needless to say, I was not going to pay nearly twice as much for a service no matter how nice, fast, or friendly they have been in the past. Increasingly frustrated, I called the corporate HQ in Bend OR. The man that answered the phone was NOT trained in customer service and treated me rudely--never asked me for the store it happened at or for a copy of the quote so he could look into it. Just treated me with disdain and defensively instead of seeking the facts and trying to resolve the issue. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, he refused. when I asked for the supervisors name, he refused. When I asked for his name, he refused. Bad, bad experience. Will contact the new incoming (officially July 1, 2021) CEO, Jeff Cuniff. if treated the same will call Meritage, the San Francisco investment fund that now owns the company. If I get no satisfaction, I will spread the bad word with no end. Do the math on that, Les Schwab. Dont give me some cutesy answer, from some Rep, get me results.

If you have issues with tires or breaks Les schwab is the place to go. The people here are amazing and very nice. I had to go to them to get my car fixed and they did a great job. The people here are also honest in the payment owed or if the car needs more work. The waiting room is excellent and big allowing more space between customers. I will deffidently be going to them again when my car needs a check up!

I had a tire blow and didnt want to drive on a spare at 50mph for days. I called all over and this was the only place that had my tires in stock, and I didnt get there till 4pm. They fit me in and got me done fast and at a great price. These folks did a great job!!

Came in to get my brakes checked they said you need back brakes I was like ok last time it wasnt long so why not go ahead and do it but Ive 3 hours now and over half the time no one was even touching my car and people that came in after me have already had there work done and have gone home service has definitely gone down since the last time I was time I was here..should be a zero star..

Had a nail in my tire. Called and a very kind man answered and was telling me to come on down so we can get it fixed. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and the guy asked if I was Tristin remembering my name and all that. Im blown away by that. Sat down and 10 minutes later my tire was fixed and he came with papers told Im good to go. Seemless process, very kind customer service. Would recommend to get your tires here just for the service that is provided.

I was quoted much more just to fix my stripped hub bolt and frozen lug issue at another location, not to mention the damage they said would be inevitable to my rim. Dustin @Les Schwab American fork location didn’t put a scratch on my rim and replaced the frozen lug for an incredible price considering he had to remove my rotor and caliper to access the damaged lug and replace!

On way back from lake Powell we about blew a tire (lost all tread). Called them after closing they said come over and they would take care of me even though they were closed. Had me in and out in about 45 min. Thanks!

I had a leaky tire on my trailer. Dustin came out immediately to help me. He had it fixed within 10 minutes. He did it with a smile professionalism, courtesy and great respect. It is so rare to find great service these days I couldn’t go another minute without acknowledging the wonderful work does. Les Schwab is privileged to have someone like Dustin working for them. These guys are all about the money. I called and asked for a quote on some tires for my RV. I was given 3 options. The middle option were for TOYO tires for $4500. I had heard that they price matched and they said, bring in the deal and we will see what we can do. Their TOYO was $421.85, the one I found online was $301.18. When I showed them, they said, no way, I can’t do that. So I called Pointe S, and they quoted me $275 a tire for the same tire. $3000 out the door. I took it there, and couldn’t be happier with their work. Plus they were so happy to help me. I have given LS several chances, and they have never won my business. Super disappointing.

I own a business and would love to have our customers experience the same type of service I have had here over the years. I have had multiple experiences where I am ready to pay and they tell me I don’t owe anything. I’m a big fan of this brand and specifically this location.If you ever get a flat tire or need new tires, this is your place!

This location was clean and the employees over there are respectful which is important and essential to just about any business, however the reason why I gave this place to stores is because I suspected that they were trying to get me to buy and do repairs on the things that didn’t need to get fixed, I came in for a brake inspection last year before going on a road trip and they said that my rear brakes, wheel cylinder, disks, and pads need to be replaced, turns out I found out later at another location that that’s not all needed to get replaced and that I only needed the brake pads out of all the things to get replaced. I felt like they were one of those places that wanted to just make an extra dollar out of me rather than care for me or their customers, but that’s OK I won’t be coming to this location again.

Bought my tires cause of a trusted reference. I still trust the reference. First time I came here I had an appointment. Les Schwab did not honor that and chose to assist someone before our scheduled appointment. Im disappointed in them. I will continue to pay cash for my future tires at Big O Tires or Victors Tires. Slightly pricier but they respect appointment times.

Went here before a road trip to get my tires rotated/safety inspection. Afterwards the guy that gave me my keys told me that my rear breaks were @ 2% life. Then told me it would be $700 because they wont change just the pads. I went and bought the pads and changed them myself only to find that they easily were 30% life remaining. Wont be returning here.Tire rotation took easily an hour, tried to up-sell me on breaks(that didnt need to be changed yet). Employees were friendly but I definitely get the feeling that they will take advantage of you if you dont know automobiles

We made the mistake of having them take care of some big issues in our car. They are great with tires and brakes but beyond that I do nit recommend. When we picked it up it was still riding very poorly. We took it to a mechanic that told use we needed to replace the exact thing that Les Schwab had just done. When we took it back to Les Schwab they said everything they did looked good. They gave us another list of things that needed to be done and we told them the mechanic said all of those were fine and did not need to be done. Very disappointed. Expensive mistake! Fantastic service! I would highly recommend anyone to go here. I blew a tire with two young kids in the car. My vehicle didnt have a jack and they sent York out to change my tire who was very polite. I followed them back to the shop and they were able to find a hole, patch my tire and sent me on my way with no charge. Fantastic staff!

Im not a big fan of Les Schwab. Constantly being upsold into other products. The rep told us we needed new brake pads and rotors. We just had them done 2 months prior from someone else. Stop with all of the upselling just so you can get a commission. The work they did was good for what needed to be done. I want a mechanic, not a sales person.

They wouldnt price match, asked why. Said that the other places dont offer the mileage warranty that come with the tire. I said Im pretty sure the warranty is by the tire manufacturer, they insisted is what by Les Schwab. I pull up the continental tire manufacturer website for that specific tire I was purchasing, said warranty right there from the manufacturer. Wouldnt even come down $20 or $15 even though other places were selling it for $30 and $40 less. Good.thing I only had to purchase one tire. Wont be going back.

They were really nice and got my alignment done quickly. I just think they are a little over priced compared to some other places that are around.

Fantastic customer service. Gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take to inspect my car, worked quickly and effectively, then gave me honest information about the repairs needed on my vehicle. The technician I spoke with straight up said that he wasnt going to try and sell me on any repairs, since they werent immediately necessary, but that they could do them right then with a printed out quote so I could see what I would be paying for. He gave me all of my options and helped me understand the pros and cons of each to make my own informed decision.You better believe Im sticking with Les Schwab for a good long time. Very great customer service. I had a tire blow out on I-15 in American fork. I called them from the side of the freeway. Was told the service truck was 3 hours out so i limped up the side of the freeway finally got to their store and as soon as i arrived the tire buster literally was able to start immediately. Only took 30 min to get back on the road. Thanks les Schwab

Only reason I gave them one star is because I did a lot of business with them in Washington and Oregon charged me for an alignment on my jeep when I discovered they hadnt done it I took it back and they told me they would redo it for $100.00 hr. Missed me off thats what they charged just to tell me they werent qualified to do it never again at least wise here in Utah

I like the new tire they came out with, I think its called the reputation but currently do not have it on any of my cars yet, but that will change depending on the price. The main reason I was here today was to get wheel locks removed from my car because we lost the key only the week before and needed to get rear brakes replaced. When we talked to them on the phone earlier that day, we where quoted only $20 for all 4 and new lug nuts to replace them as well, another tire store wanted $40to do the same job.Well we get there hand over keys and then waited until work was done. They wanted to charge me $5 for each lock removal and another $5 for a new lug nut, which was not the same as my other lug nuts, same socket size, but about 1/2 longer then ones on car already. I told them that I was not going to pay that amount and that I was told $20 for the whole thing including new lug nuts which we confirmed with them twice on the phone before going with them to get the work done, and I could get lug nuts for far cheaper then $20 for 4 at a known parts store, and they would be an exact match to boot, so he reduced the price for me but still not at the price quoted over the phone. I went with it because I could put this on the store card compared to cash, which I was short on in the first place.Happier now that I could have the rear brake work done by a friend after locking lugs where removed due to missing lug key. On a side note, I did not get the locking lugs for this car, they where already on it when I purchased it used 2+ years ago. On the locking lugs I did get, I never lost the key to that until the same an employee at LS did not tighten the lugs on one of my tires after getting a phone call while working on my other car. They could not get a exact replacement for the one that was locking lug that was lost in that instance but did replace all 20 lug nuts with locking lugs nuts that for that car, which we still have the key to remove lugs.

This Les Schwab really does have the best customer service. All of their staff make it a priority that every customer is well taken care of. Doing What They Say.....I used to take my tire rotations for granted. I dont anymore, especially where I have that done: Les Schwab, American Fork, Utah. They found a good size slash in one of the tires....down to the steel chords. Fortunately for me, I got my tires at Les Schwab. They put on a new replacement tire....for free! So glad I get my tires at Les Schwab. So glad I didnt find this out at 75 mph on the freeway!

They are very professional. Greeted me as I exited the vehicle then got the new tires on right away. I had free hot cocoa and worked from my phone while waiting. They finished sooner than estimated. I felt much safer driving off in the snow storm afterward. The tires are great. Been going here now for more than 15 years and theyve always been honest and helpful. Great service!

I came in to see if Les Schwab could do some custom wheels for my Porsche. York found some awesome matte black wheels which would accommodate center caps with Porsche crest on them. He went above and beyond by contacting local Porsche dealer and was able to round up matching lugs and Porsche center caps. I truly felt as if he treated my car as if it was his own. Great experience. Highly recommend!

They are the best! They bend over backwards to make things right with my road hazard warranty among other things. Spencer in Lehi is the master of PR and really knows his stuff. I am more than happy with the service. They were the only tire store that willing to spend time finding rims and tires for my 2003 Chevrolet S10 extended cab. The other tire stores just didnt seem to have the ability or time to obtain the tires and rims for my truck.The employees were helpful courteous and kept me informed of my orders status.Thanks for all your courtesy and service.

I have had a couple of interactions with this Les Schwab Tie, and I have to say I have been super impressed so far and will continue to come back. The first time they were able to get me in timely and did a number of things on my car and when i had a problem shortly after I left that wasnt related to what they worked on they dispatched a crew to come look and at least check it out and try to help.The second time they got me in and out quickly for a tire repair and I was very impressed with the speed and service.Keep up the good work!

This location used to have great service. They have gone downhill over the last year. They will not admit when they have made a mistake and will replace parts that don’t need to be replaced. You’ll end up buying overpriced parts. You’re car will never operate as good as it used to. You are far better off going to a different location or different company all together. Don’t trust the employees that work here. They’ll give you a run for your money.

Was taken care promptly and the staff was helpful and friendly. They made sure of what services were needed and suggested what follow up services were necessary. I would recommend Les Schwab to others.

These guys always live up to my expectations and more

Against my better judgement I went and had work done there. I had to return 2 times to have them reinstall my hub grease caps which they damaged doing the work in the first place. I got attitude and was not happy that I had to come back twice for the same issue. Will not ever return for any work again.

Friendly and helpful. Also knew about what caused wear and tear on my tires.

The gal at the front desk was super knowledgeable, helpful, conscious of my budget and sweetened my deal when the tires I wanted were not available in a full set. Simply put she was all around a peach to work with. And the guys in the shop cranked out the work in a fraction of the time I was told it would take, didnt take advantage of my concerns about my struts or shocks (in fact, they told me all was well with them) and informed me of some parts that were needing some updates to get the most life out of the new tires I just invested in. Great experience from start to finish.

This Les Schwab is a friendly go to place the manager is top-notch and always helpful he is always helping to give the best price possible his crew may not always be on top!! of things but the manager seems to always help his company grow and I really do appreciate what he did for me today. and I will be back for many more years to come.

I have done business with this location a number of times over the years and I am always impressed with their service. Today I dropped off a tire to be repaired and they took care of the repair and placed it on my car at no cost. It was also done very quickly and efficiently. I have never had better customer service in my life! I have been coming to Les Schwab of American Fork since it first opened 8-10 years ago. With over 10 vehicles and trailers in my family, we have become very familiar with the team there, and we are often greeted by name when we arrive.Unfortunately this last Saturday I did not have the best experience with Les Schwab. I did not feel as if I received the same level of customer service that I am used to and the work I had done on my vehicle didnt seem to be done correctly either.Shortly after posting a review that detailed my negative experience, Nate (The Manager) reached out to me directly. We talked about what had happened, and in addition to making things right, Nate went out of his way to pick up my car from my office in Sandy so he could make sure the work was done correctly.I very much appreciate the American Fork Les Schwab team. For years I have worked with them and been treated like family. However, just like a real family, mistakes are made, and apologies follow. Thank you, Nate, Chris, and York for always going out of your way to make sure my family and I are taken care of. I cant imagine buying tires anywhere else.

Dustin is a great manager. I had a long road trip ahead of me with my old work truck and trailer. So I brought it in to grease everything up. By the time I was about halfway on my trip one of the wheel bearings burned up and had to be replaced on the roadside. At first I was frustrated and confused why it would wear out after it had just been serviced. So I called Dustin and he was very understanding and refunded my costs for that service. That’s honesty! Very much appreciate it. Highly recommend.

They were very helpful. They told me what was wrong with my RV. They also got it started when my starter went out They helped me even though I didnt have the money for them to fix my brakes. While they were checking my RV they let me and my dog go inside of the waiting area. If in the area go to them for your tire or service needs they are great people and very kind!

They took fantastic care of me. I discovered a flat tire on my car late one afternoon. I arrived right before they closed to drop off the tire and they weren’t rushing me or acting upset that I came in.They made sure it would be repaired as soon as possible the next day.I showed up the next day. Not only did they not charge me for the repair, but they wouldn’t accept a tip.I’ll be back in the future for any tire or wheel needs. Great customer service! Spencer was very helpful.

Came in with a tire issue they quickly got me in and started replacing the tire under warranty. They found a nail in a not her tire informed me and it was also replaced under warranty. Was there less then 30 minutes and friendly employees. Les Schwab is great.

I took my car for an alignment and a tire that had a slow leak. They had a hard time with the alignment and I have no idea if it was a hard alignment to do or if another location would have done a better or worse job. They had a hard time with the alignment and told me that it was probably the tire itself that was causing things to pull to the right, so they just switched the tire with the other side to see if that would offset the pull to the right which it does mostly. They couldnt find a slow leak on the tire I thought the leak was in. I guess I would have hoped that they would have cheched not just the tire I thought the leak was in, but perhaps that would have taken a lot of extra work for them to check all four of the tires. I cant complain about the service, they did what I paid them for, but I dont think they went above and beyond. I guess what Im trying to say is I wasnt wowed. I do appreciate the job theyve done. And the free popcorn.

Great service on my tire problem

My tire had a puncture in it that was ”repaired” by another tire company but started leaking. Nate helped me at the front desk and was nothing short of fantastic to work with. He brought me out to look at the previous patch to discover it wasnt put on correctly. He was willing to do the repair again but was worried that shaving off more tire would expose too much. The tires are basically brand new and I didnt want to buy two new sets of tires. He did the repair and helped me out. We will be taking all of our cars to his location moving forward. Thanks!

3 stars because they are not the cheapest... Discount tire is cheaper. I do really like the atmosphere and friendly customer service which makes me consider paying the few extra bucks for this.

I went in last week for a flat repair and due to a poor alignment I needed to replace all 4 tires. I was really surprised by this, but Andy was really patient while I asked questions and called my husband. They stayed open late to get my tires on, made fresh popcorn for my daughter who was starving, and were lightning fast with getting my alignment done. I felt like their prices were very competitive and my new tires are so quiet. I highly recommend Les Schwab! And thank you, Andy, youre the best!

Went in for alignment check for a vehicle that hadnt been aligned in several years. I experienced prompt, friendly service and the work began on time as scheduled. Results were sooner than expected as it was determined the alignment was still within spec., and the service was free.I will be a repeat customer!

Les Schwab really is better than the other guys. Honest to goodness dont bother going anywhere else. Really good Friendly service. Prices are pretty competitive. Schwab really does take care of you it is not just marketing. They have always done me right many times now. I have been let down by the others. If there is a problem they will make it right.Update: visited this location many times. Every time it has been great.

I called ahead of time, and the person over the phone was kind and walked me through everything, even though I am not very knowledgeable about my own car, thus not knowing answers like my tire size. 😅 After talking, I came in person, and the person recognized me. The store was clean and well kept. They greeted me almost instantly, and had smiling voices. They didnt make me feel pressured, but helped me feel informed. I would totally recommend Les Schwab! Weve been long term customers and will continue to be so! Plus their free hot cocoa and popcorn helps 😉

Giving reviews is something I dont normally do, but with all the crappy service you get out there with most places these days, it is so refreshing to do business with a company who really cares. Ive been a customer for a long time and just want to say, when I was in a couple of weeks ago,and had my wifes brakes redone on her Mitsubishi, the brakes are better than when I bought the car new. So, if you are in need of brakes, make sure you ask for Josh in the brake department and you wont be disappointed. Rod Adams

Les Schwab always takes care of me. My tire has been losing air for weeks and i finally brought it in. My daughter took her car to a different tire place on the same day. Les Schwab fixed my leak for free and my daughter had to pay for her repair. I told her to go to Les Schwab next time!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I was greeted at the door, and the staff took the time to genuinely listen to my issue. Nate - the manager, is an absolute all-star. After working with his great staff he also got involved, understood my issue, and had the team fixing it within mins of me arriving. Their prices seem reasonable, but I would say the best thing by far is the great staff at this place. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Nate and thank you Les Schwab.
