It is always refreshing to find a service center that cares about my family more than my money. They are in business to help people by taking care of people, not just making it about replacing things ‘Just in case’. The service professionals in American Fork have taken care of more than 20 cars I have owned and have made everything right even for my detailed mind. If I have to bring something back that is wrong, even when it was my fault, they have made it better and trained me how that feature works correctly. First of all, I have to say Im really pleased with this company and especially with the Manager, Justin. I would like to say thanks so much for helping me in a crunch.I came out to Utah from Las Vegas for a funeral and blew a tire the morning I was leaving, he went the extra mile to help me get in and out fairly quickly despite how busy they were. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing and were super friendly. I suggest if anyone needs help with their tires, this is definitely where you want to go!

I have come here a couple times and the staff is super nice and they are all hard workers. They even made accommodations for us to drop off and pick up our car. They did a great job on our car and I feel that they were honest and fair.

Had a car with a shot engine get towed here. They explained the situation clearly. They were so patient and helpful as we worked through options and solutions.

I’m extremely disappointed in the change that has occurred at this location. Ive been there when it was Certified Tire and thought the service was good. My recent experience was frustrating and I will not be going back. A couple months ago, I had the front desk person with the big beard totally disregard me, telling me that it wasn’t his job to answer my questions and I needed to work with another person. I found that to be extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve had friends tell me their complaints and I’m not interested in doing business there anymore. I wish it would have stayed as Certified Tire and kept the service levels that I was used to. I will be doing my business elsewhere from now on.

I started coming here 10 years ago back then it was Certified Tire and I will continue going to Tire Busters. The staff are all very kind and always helpful, if your looking for good service and no harsh pricing I strongly recommend this place! I came in for an alignment twice. Each time they were able to get me right in. This is a shop that takes pride in the work they do. The kindness they showed me in taking care me was amazing. I appreciate the effort they did in getting the alignment done quickly and efficiently on my Toyota Camry.

I travel through America fork once in awhile and have for the past 10 years. I stopped at tire busters to have my truck tire fixed and received very good service from Reese Snyder I could tell he was experienced and professional. He got me back on the road in no time so thank you Reese!

Hands down the best auto repair experience I have ever had! I went in there for a break check. Jesse helped me to understand what was wrong with the car and breaks in details. Instead of going over how much it would cost to fix he then asked me if I had any type of extended warranty. Long story short it would make more sense to bring my car into the dealership since it was still under the coverage. I asked him how much do I owe him and he said nothing after 30 minutes of diagnose...the nicest and honest people to work with. Please do yourself a favor and take your cars there if you have car problems! Highly highly recommend them!

Certified Tire either under new management or just name change. I always had a good experience with Certified Tire and I will tell you RJ who helped me yesterday was truly just as awesome as before. I would recommend them over the other tire shop (Tire... Factory) any day! These guys are up front with pricing and call immediately if there is any issues. I really like they are fair and honest.

Ive gone to Justin (manager) for years now. I believe when you find a mechanic/ tire shop thats fair and integrity priced with quality work. You clamp on tight. No matter what Ive had done there. I went in on July 31 2020 for a routine oil change. It was in the afternoon. They said there was an hour wait. OK no big deal. I went and got some pizza across the street at Mod Pizza. I came back. They brought my car out front for me to take. I drove home to Cedar Hills, and it seemed to run fine. However, when I got home i thought I want to check the oil dipstick to see how much oil they put in. When I fill oil, I often put too much in or not enough. So I thought that I want to see how the experts do it. But to my surprise, my dipstick could not catch a single bit of oil on the end. I checked multiple times. I already know that my car burns oil, so of course it can be erratic. But, I walked over to wal-mart in cedar hills and bought some oil and filled a quart myself. I checked right then and also the next day (after doing one short drive in Cedar Hills), and lo and behold I can see oil on the dipstick when I check it out. So it looks like they ripped me off and did not put any oil in. Maybe they drained old oil and did not put any new oil in. I am not a regular customer there. I know doing just an oil change that I am just a peon to them and their business. I can guess that it was unintentional sloppiness on their part and not purposely trying to rip me off of the $45 I paid for an oil change. They must have been in a hurry, because they did not even put the sticker in my window. I am not confrontational, so at first I just decided to live with it. Then a few days later I decided to call and inform them. They denied any fault over the phone and told me to bring my car back in because I might have an oil leak.

I had my brakes replaced at this location 6 months ago (prior to the change in ownership) and found that they started to squeak increasingly loudly. I went to Tire Busters (formerly Certified Tire and Service) and was fortunate to make contact with the new owner Jesse. Despite this being a problem with brakes installed before the change of ownership, he took charge of the problem, found that the previously installed brakes were defective and replaced them for free. The brakes are working great now. I would highly recommend this company and its owner.

I brought my car here for service because the place I usually go to has reduced hours because of the pandemic and I havent been able to go there. The service I received was exceptional and the attention to detail was really impressive. The price was a little more than my usual place but still very fair. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Today I went in to get a tire replaced, expecting it to be covered under warranty since the receipt says “free tire replacement for damaged or unrepairable tires for life of time 2/32.”They told me the tires aren’t covered, after reviewing the receipt. I’m looking for a new tire shop.

The honest thing to do would have been to direct me to a transmission shop. Heres what happened instead:I called before coming in and told them my Camry was not shifting correctly and that the check engine and traction lights were illuminated. At that point with their expertise, they must have known that my issue was transmission related, so they told me to come in for a diagnosis. I showed up, took my wife and children to a nearby park, and waited for two hours. Heres what the people at certified did: they fixed other peoples vehicles for nearly two hours as expected, pulled my vehicle in, plugged in a little machine, wrote down (some, not all) of the error codes it was showing, and told me to go to a transmission shop because they dont have time to deal with transmission issues.Google had advertised this as a transmission shop. Certified T&S must have known it would end up being a transmission related repair when I told them it was an automatic vehicle and not shifting correctly. Despite this knowledge, they instructed me to come in because they knew they could get a quick diagnostic fee out of me. I handed them $50, and even though I didnt show it at the time, I felt truly taken advantage of.

Poor communication. I took my truck in to get checked out for an exhaust leak. They asked if I wanted to wait or leave it there so I assumed they were not busy if I could just wait for it. I live a couple minutes away so I just went home. It took 2 days for a call back to tell me what was wrong then no mention that they were very short staffed at all. When I called the next afternoon they told me it would be another 4-6 days to get it back even though mine was next on the list. They had not even started working on it 3 days after I dropped it off. I went and picked it up and had to pay their diagnostic fee still. Will definitely not be going back. I can deal with being short staffed and things taking longer but you need to tell me about it ahead of time. I cant be without a vehicle for more than a week while it just sits in the lot.

Definitely DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here. They made a bad situation worse for me.I was stranded in Utah (from Arizona) with my car misfiring. I took it here and was told diagnosis would be completed that afternoon. It was not and I had to wait 2 days since the next day was Sunday and they were closed. On Monday they told me that it would be ready that afternoon. I called and he said theyve been trying to track it down but they wont get done today. which means either they lied, or they are not very mechanically competent because I went and picked up the car, found someone with tools I could borrow, and diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes (mind you I am a mediocre mechanic at best.) No spark in one of the cylinders (Fouled plug) and bad compression in that cylinder. Some of the very first things to check for with a misfire. 15 minutes could have saved you 15 customers that will read this and go elsewhere.

This is the best repair shop I have been to. The staff are friendly and professional. Not to even mention that their service was very fast.

They really go out of their way to help. I asked them to CK out 3 different things and it was close to their closing time. They didnt bat an eye. The only drawback was a bit expensive but arent most of them? They fit me in rather quickly to without an appointment.

I LOVE Certified Tire!! The staff is always friendly and they do business with integrity!! I took my car to a different shop because I was concerned about some rattling/shaking and they gave me a long list of costly problems and tried to tell me my car was unsafe to drive. I took my car to Certified and they found and fixed the cause of the rattling within 2 hours for over $600 less than the other shop estimated it would cost. They are the best!!!!!

So Ive been here twice now (American Fork location), once for my seasonal tire change and then again this spring for the change back, but to new tires and new TPMS sensors that I purchased and brought in. The service was great both times. This time though the sensors werent cooperating and they went out of their way to make sure that the sensors were programmed to my car and working correctly even though I didnt buy them there. This place and their employees have taken great care of me twice now. Thanks! Ill definitely be back.

Trustworthy auto mechanic. I have had great experiences with multiple vehicles over the last few years. They are great at giving me their honest opinions even if it doesn’t benefit them directly. They are professional and do a great job. I’ve never had any car damage or complications over the last few years. I’ll continue to use their services.

My mom came here today to have her check engine light inspected. The young men working were extremely disrespectful. They thought it was funny to tell her they were too busy to help her (with a single car in the bay), and they informed her that no matter when she came back, they would be too busy to help her.She’s been here before and received good service, but apparently these young men can’t be left without supervision.

My husband and I brought our RV here to get a tire and they tried everything they could to find us a 16.5 inch tire!! We didnt end up getting a tire, but we had our car towed here to have the front axle fixed and they worked so fast and efficiently!! The people that work here are so nice, respectful, and knowledgeable!!! If you need anything done to your vehicle, bring it here!! They are a full service shop!!

I went here today to get a tire looked at and my emissions tested. I was very impressed! The wait was a little longer than I expected, but was still very reasonable and prices were VERY fair. Plus, Justin took the time (after I paid for what I came for) to help me locate and replace a blown fuse - without charging me for the time it took OR the fuse! I left happy and will definitely return there again should I have any issues in the future.

Justin is the man, he’s taken great care of us and our entire fleet. We’ve taken our company and personal vehicles here for years, and will continue to do so. They do good honest work.

I believe in integrity and this place does not have that I’ve seen workers take things from here without asking and I’m not sure if I want my stuff taken from here if u know what I mean the had me on hold for twenty five minutes and refuse to give me corporate number they even told me the owner wasn’t working there or that there was no owner when I know full well they do.

After about two decades of receiving consistently excellent service from Certified Tire in American Fork, I figure it is about time for me to leave a glowing review so that others can benefit from this great auto shop as I have.Over the years, Certified Tire in American Fork has been my go to source for multiple sets of tires, car batteries, brakes, and miscellaneous services (oil changes, starters, alternators, etc.). I have found them to be completely honest and fair, and they have often gone above and beyond my expectations.I can wholeheartedly recommend them for any of the above services as well as others that they provide. Car problems are not fun, but I cant imagine a better place to work on my cars than Certified Tire.

Had a flat tire, sent a staff member to my apartment so they could fill it with air and I could drive to the store safely. Very reasonable prices and great customer service. Was in and out within an hour.

I needed some tires for my new rig, and he was super helpful and got me in out really quick with a great deal. The first time I went to Certified Tire and Service in American Fork was a little over two years ago when I had them inspect a car from a local dealership before I bought it. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and perform a thorough inspection at a reasonable price.I recently moved to American Fork and decided to go with Certified Tire and Service again since they were close by. Certified tire has always been SO great to us! Always willing to help as soon as possible and get you in and out quick! I drove my sister-in-law here with her tire that had a screw in it and as she was carrying it in I watch 4 men stop what they were doing, and rush out to help her carry the tire. Small gestures like that go a long way! They had the tire fixed within ten minutes! We love certified tire and wont go anywhere else!

I have a professional relationship with the staff at Certified Tire & Services. I have always been treated with respect and good attitudes by the personnel there. I took my own car there in my private time because it had a flat. They were very fast and took care of the repair quick and efficiently. I will continue to bring them my business!!!

Steve and the folks at Certified are the best. They do great work and are very fair. They genuinely care about their customers. I wouldnt say it if I didnt believe it. If they cant fix it, they let me know... and refer me to someone who can. I appreciate that so much. I refer people to them all the time, including my mom. I trust them. They take good care of me and my cars.

They were honest about service I did and didnt need and gave me the choice on what was best and how I could better take care of my car. I gave a 3 though because their time estimates were way off. At first they told me my car would be done in 2 hours but that slowly crept to 2.5, 3, then 3.5 hours after a couple times of hearing that it would be no longer than 10-15 minutes. There werent any changes in the work they said they would do, but they did offer to let me take a loaner car since I was running late, which was a nice gesture. The pricing was transparent but pretty standard.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and to have my brakes done. And I’d heard that these guys were the people to see, and I’d heard that from multiple sources. I dropped my truck off one morning, and they said they were pretty positive they could get it all done.... well the did the oil change.... didn’t rotate my tires, and didn’t get to my brakes. Usually that’s no problem for me, I understand because I’ve worked in an auto shop for five years in the past. But when I went to climb into my truck, the door handle on the outside was covered in oil, my steering wheel was coated in grease, there was oil on the inside of my windshield, and my gear shifter had oil on it too! Then I went to get out of my truck, and there was oil on the inside door handle, and on the arm rest!Then I decided to check my oil level to make sure it had been filled completely.... it was 1.5 quarts over filled!!!! So I dropped down to drain some oil, and found that my NEW oil filter was leaking like an SOB, yup, to top it all off, that was loose to....I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel that this was gross neglect.

Honestly an awesome experience! I went to another tire shop first, but they were booked for the rest of the day. The gentlemen who helped me here initially quoted me 45 minutes, but was done in 20!!! He was also very kind and explained which tires needed to be replaced and when. Great service!!!

Carl, Steve, Justin, Reese, and the rest of the crew there do an amazing job. They always work their hardest to make sure that my vehicles receive the best of care. They are always honest with me about the actual status of my vehicles condition without any embellishment, and what is needed to get it back in great condition. Nothing more, nothing less. They have a great attention to detail, and if on the very rare chance that there is ever anything that might have been missed or overlooked, they are quick to rectify it, and make it right. I have never felt more safe, or trusted a mechanic shop more, then I do with these guys at this location.

This place hires people who put the wrong oil in diesel car. Probably because it doesnt look like a diesel. Or they are cowards, idk. Not only that, they put my staggered wheels on backwards. Yes.. front wheels on the back and vise a versa. Avoid this place if you care at all about your vehicle. Deserves a zero and kick in the balls.
