Great price. Great work. Nice people. They knew exactly what they were doing.Heads up: its a bit hard to find, and they are busy. Call to make an appointment and get specific directions. ( Its located in a smaller building behind the street facing buildings, look for the U-haul trucks. )

Fantastic Staff - Solid Service - Trustworthy and Transparent. The staff is very knowledgeable, it comes from their years and years of experience, theyre traditional in method and service.Theyve been around the block a few times and continue to grow and learn all they can in the industry.Theyre very friendly and transparent in pricing and time estimation.I wanted to address what some of these negative reviews say. . .Theres only 2 things I can think of that people complain about but in reality theres not a problem, theres easy solutions to get over it.1: The Location - Theyve had this location forever sorry if it gets crowded at times, thats to be expected of a busy business and small lot.2: The Office - Again, its a small family run business. If its expected to take a while then plan accordingly and go for a walk and breathe some fresh air.None of those things affect your quality service.I called ahead of time, scheduled an appointment... and guess what? They honored that time, cost, and got me well taken care of!I can only expect them to treat you the same way.Mutual respect goes a long way.

Brought my 1970 Dodge Challenger to their shop after the Big O tires store in Lehi told me my frame was bent and that they couldnt do an alignment. I brought my car to them, without knowing that you have to call ahead and have an appointment. Even though I didnt have an appointment they treated me really good, and let me keep the car in their property (parking lot) overnight. The Mechanic (who unfortunately I didnt get to meet to thank him), worked hours in my car. End result was that because I replaced the whole front end steering components. They needed to adjust everything to make the wheels straight. Short story long, I paid 52$ for an awesome service ! To test out my new aligned wheels someday later in the week, I finally took my 70 Challenger down the freeway, and got a little bit excited and might of hit 100 miles, Could Ive driven it faster? OH HECK, YES! The car was begging to go faster.Anyways back to the review, This business even though its a bit hard to find due to its location and doesnt look like a really big fancy branch business like Big Otires and others. Its a Mechanic Shop that I would recommend (not only for alignments) to friends and family members, its one of those few shops that cares about the costumer and care to help you.

The best compliment I can give these people is that theyre crazy honest and fair. Almost to their detriment. Although they call themselves Alignment Guys, they do nearly all car repair. The only exceptions that I know of are electrical problems, transmissions and clutches, but there may be more. I trust these guys with my new cars as well as the teenagers junkers. Without asking, they go out of their way to save you money because thats part of their DNA. They do tons of work for car dealerships because of their great work and excellent prices. Youre not going to be impressed with a fancy building or location (in fact its hard to find the first time because its behind another building) but you will be impressed by their good, honest work. I hesitate to spread the word and risk longer start times, but these guys deserve a great review, theyve treated my family and I so well for so many years. Highly recommend.

So I took my daughters Scion xa in to have it aligned, because it was pulling to the left. The prices seemed reasonable, $39 front wheel, $59 all-wheel. They put it up on the rack and came back with a quote of $700, claiming that it needed a new front right lower control arm, and two new front struts. Their claim was that the lower control arm was bent almost straight instead of having the proper bend in it, and that the right front strut was bent. Said struts needed to be replaced in pairs, so they needed to do them both. I asked to have them show me what was bent. They couldnt do that because customers werent allowed in the pit, and that was the only place you could see the bent control arm, and they knew the strut was bent because the machine they hooked up to measure it all told them it was. And I needed to replace it or oil would be leaking out of it soon because it was bent so bad.Well I wasnt going to pay that, so I paid the $25 diagnostic fee and took it to the local Toyota/Scion dealer. They charged $99. Amazingly, they were able to align it fine, and didnt mention any bent control arms or struts. I even asked if they found anything bent, and they said no, everything looked fine.Buyer beware on this outfit.

My car was pulling to the left so I got it looked at by a mechanic out in Eagle Mountain. That company said my struts were bad and it would cost over $700 to fix. So I called the Alignment Guys for a quote on struts, assuming the first company diagnosed correctly, and their quote was a couple hundred dollars cheaper. When I took my car in to the Alignment Guys they found that my car only needed an alignment done which only cost me $60.So not only would it have been cheaper to do the struts, if thats what I actually needed, but come to find out I only needed an alignment done and my car drives great. I would recommend the Alignment Guys to anyone and everyone!!

Who we do business with reflects our values. If you value a dirty environment, rude behavior, and negative business practices, this hillbilly circus is for you! I came to this group for an alignment and the price doubled. One hour of labor to tighten four bolts. 15 minutes per bolt huh? Five years later I come in to rent a Uhaul and the couple there are immediately rude and unprofessional. I happily went to the competition who behaved like a professional business should. I suspect the honest part of many of the positive reviews reflect the lower prices. The way these people behave, they have to be cheaper than everyone else. It’s the only reason to come in the first time. Chances are, there won’t be a second time.

This place is great. These guys know what theyre doing. I have a lifted Chevy suburban (with ifs) on 35s, my tires have worn perfectly since their initial alignment job 3 years ago, and Im not super diligent at rotating them either :-) I replaced some front end parts so I needed it done again. $50 bucks. Are you kidding me? Haha I love it. Anyway, to the few people who have made an issue of their building being old and stuff--Seriously people? Thats probably a building thats paid for or certainly doesnt cost them a fortune. So who saves money because of that?? We do! Im not aware of anyone else that would align my lifted suburban for $50. No printout? Who cares. My tires tell me the whole story. So, if you want to help someone pay their overhead for a big fancy shop and a computer printout and likely get a kid thats been doing alignments for 3 months, haha then by all means go to a fancy shop and pay more for less. You want a place where the guys doing the work have years and years of experience and get the job done right, then go here!

Nice people that dont know as much about auto repair as they let on. Their knowledge comes from manuals and every time I have gone here they have played a guessing game with my wallet instead of solving the problems presented. Bad business for the community if you ask me. This place is a dump!

Now you want real people who know how to find problems with your car?I took my Truck to 5 different shops trying to figure out why my truck was not steering properly. To give you an idea I took some friends advice and took my truck to Midas.. THAT WAS A JOKE kid comes out and said Sir I drove your truck around the shop and it feels just fine. And I got the same from 3 different Big O tire shops. finally a friend here in AF told me about The Alignment guys But I had all ready took my truck to these other shops and they said nothing was wrong. so I figured I would just try fixing the problem myself I got under my truck felt the tie rods and they moved a bit so I changed out the Whole setup. then I took my truck over to the Big O Tires on State street next to Autozone and they refused me because my truck was to big for their equipment They Suggested I take my truck to the Alignment guys.Long story shortI Gave in and made an appointment. Ya the building looks as if was built in the 40s .. I felt as if I was making a mistake. I was So Wrong about these guys and gals The tech came out when I was picking up my truck and told me that a part in my steering box was bad and I should have it replaced or he could try to adjust it. 20 bucks to adjust he said and I said OK go ahead He took my truck in the back and not more than 5 minutes later he brought it back and said he adjusted it all the way but there was no change in the steering .. They charged me nothing for this. the gal at the desk gave me a quick guesstimate to have this fixed ...The guesstimate was wrong by about 21.00 over what they charged me..They are honest. affordable and some of the greatest people I have met here in A F.Will I take my truck back to them. I dont know about the wild differences in the reviews... Perhaps some of the reviewers are friends or employees. In any case, I will NEVER take a car to these people again. I have an older Explorer and they told me I needed $1300 in work to fix a shuddering that happens when I hit bumps. The thing has been otherwise running great so I had the work done. They charged me $1600. First bad omen.It seemed to be better except there was a funny banging sound if I hit a bump when I turned left. I took it back and they said they had some idea of what would fix it. They didnt charge me, and the banging sound was gone, BUT THE SHUDDER WAS BACK. I took it in again. This time they told me it needed a custom-machined part that I would have to pay for. That just doesnt make any sense at all.I found a guy who knows everything there is to know about Explorer front ends. He took a close look at it and he says two of the parts that were supposed to be replaced were bad and were the original parts, not replacements!!

This place is one of the dungiest places Ive been--the waiting room is a disgusting couch thats placed right behind some secretarys desk where she sits and plays random online games as you wait. Theres a kitchen right next to you as well. Feels like youre in someones house.Anyway, when I ask them to show me a printout of the specs for my alignment, they rant about how the new machines dont work and the old methods they use are 100 times better. Yeah right. Its hard to trust theyre doing anything at all if they cant show what you were at before and after the alignment. Not a company I would ever recommend. Super nice on the phone and super well priced, which made me want to go there. Id rather pay twice as much to get it done somewhere better though.

I was having some significant issues with my alignment. I came here from another mechanic to get a second opinion. The first mechanic I went to told me it was a camber issue and that my cambers were wearing down.I came to Alignment Guys for their opinion. It was a very dirty shop and smelled like cigarrette smoke. They were very indifferent towards the other customers as well. They told me it was a strut problem not a camber problem and that I needed to replace all my struts. They quoted me for 770 to replace them.I went to Greenwoods Auto repair for a third opinion. Greenwoods checked my struts, shocks, the whole 9 yards. The only issue was two cambers. My struts were strong and in very good shape. Out the door it cost me 230.Either Alignment Guys was incompetent and didnt know what they were doing or they were trying to get me to pay more to get something fixed that didnt need to be fixed.I would recommend Greenwoods Auto instead. They have great customer service and actually took care if the problem without trying to charge me for things that didnt need fixed.

Ok, let me just say that it felt like something was shady going on here. You pull in to find a desserted parking lot full of Uhaul trucks and trailers and no where to park. Yes, I know that sounds funny, but it was true...not a soul around. I started poking around until I found a paper sign on the door that said Alignment Guys.--I go in to find a charming lady in the front office, they confirm the appointment and show me to the waiting room to wait the approximately 45 minutes. Before leaving I confirmed with her that I ONLY needed the front end aligned. This was due to the replacement of a tie-rod. I just had it all aligned not too long ago and it drove perfectly before the part replacement. She confirmed the price and I was sent to the 3rd level of purgatory to wait.--Seriously, this room was apparently the front office to the Uhaul rental company. Complete with boxes, blankets, and other moving items stacked haphazardly around the room. The best part of it was the heat. It was high 90s outside and an oven inside this little room. This did nothing to stem the flys from the half eaten cantaloupe and Taco Bell that was left on the table to all to see and smell.--Oh the visit gets better when a nice over-friendly dog saunters in to see if the meet, (me) was cooked. No quite, but dripping in sweat at this point. After he left hair on my paints and me sneezing he left the way he had come.--After, not a bearable but horrid 45 minutes, but an hour and 15 minutes of wait, I was released from purgatory to find that they HAD done a full 4 wheel alignment after-all, or at least charged me for it. At this point there was no way on this good green earth I was going back to the waiting room. I did question it thought, but I only got a short, well it needed it answer. I am baffled and utterly dumbfounded how replacing a tie-rod on the front miss-aligns the rear tires.--The part that irks me about the whole situation is that I had asked specifically to ONLY do the front and at NO point was my miserable wait interrupted to ask if I would like the 4 wheels done, because it needed it.--Pros:So far so good on the service, We shall see if it holdsOn time for the aptsFriendly staffEasy exit from the buildingAn exciting story of adventure and mystery to tell around the water cooler--Cons:Confusing layout and markings for the door/parkingHot dark waiting roomSmelly friendly, shedding dogRotting leftovers on the tableBoxes stacked in the storage, oh wait waiting roomLonger than estimated wait time...you should know how long it is going to take...really nearly twice as long...Did extra work without authorization from the customer, This is the most import one of them all...you should never ever do work prior to authorization. Isnt this car and cust sat 101?--I leave this with the intent that all who read it will be uplifted and learn from it. Owner and customer alike.--Bob
