About 2 months ago my wife and I were in sandy utah. While driving on the highway we hit something in the road that ruined both tires, both rims and the front strut on the passenger side. Main street mechanics worked with me and my insurance to quickly fix my car for a fair price. Their work has not required any further adjustments. They were compassionate, quick, and professional. I will recommend to all my friends and family that live in Utah or travel there. Thank you main street mechanics!

These guys are so friendly and nice! Our car was done in a timely manner and they left us a little bag of candy on our dash. Whats not to like?

Main Street mechanic is the most dishonest place I’ve ever been to. I took my Subaru there due to a P0303 error code saying my cylinder 3 was misfiring and my car was shaking. I got this code from an OBD2 from O’Reilly’s. I then took my car to Main Street Mechanic where they told me my spark plugs and wiring needed replacing. This made sense due to the mileage on my vehicle and also the code from the OBD2. They did the replacement for $680. When I got my car back from them, my check engine light was off and my car seemed to function normally for the short drive home. I didn’t drive my car again until a few days later. This time I took it for a longer drive and my check engine light flashed back on and the shaking started again and became more extreme. I took my car back to Main Street mechanic where this time Dustin called and and let us know a wire was “hanging from my engine”. He then proceed to ask if we “went off roading or something”. We told him we never go off roading. He then began to say “ I don’t know if someone is messing with you but it takes a lot of force to get that wire out”. When I went to go pick my car back up again for the second time I asked if it was possible the wire was defective or was installed incorrectly. Instead of looking into the job their business did on my car Dustin continued insinuating someone opened up my hood and yanked my wire out. Dustin said they pushed my wire back in and assured me that it would not come out again. I took my car on a little longer drive home then usual and unsurprisingly it started having the exact same problems as it initially had. Check engine light flashed on and the rumbling began. I popped my hood and I could see the wire was out again so I called Main Street Mechanic immediately. I took my car back the next morning for the 3rd time and requested the wire connected to cylinder 3 be replaced because it wasn’t staying connected. They didn’t replace it and instead said that the wire they put in had prongs that were bent outward rather than inward so it wouldn’t stay connected. So they apparently bent those prongs back in place and said that it’s fixed now. There was no apology from Dustin about the accusations he made or an acknowledgment that they had put a bad wire in or made a mistake installing it. This experience with Dustin and Main Street mechanic has been a ginormous headache and I will never be going there again or letting anyone I know go there.

These guys are definitely fair and trustworthy. They let me know that exactly the problem with my truck and then fixed it in a timely matter. They gave me an original total of what they believed it would cost and were completely honest when my truck didn’t need a certain part and they took that off their estimate. I will definitely be bringing my truck back here in the future. They were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this mechanic

The guys there are absolutely great! We were on a long road trip from WA and our Oil Cap came off and got stuck where no sane man would dare reach when its hot. They reached down, got it and advised us on potential issues to look for on our way back. I will never forget these guys

DO NOT GO HERE.THEY WILL SCAM YOU TOO!This business is a rip off and is just trying to scam people. Not honest, not kind, or understanding. They told us our car would be done by the end of day and it wasn’t. We decided on this place because they had an opening on a Friday morning before a three day weekend. They also charged us for a part they broke! They said it was not due to his negligence but because we didnt take the car in for that hose to be fixed (the hose they broke) they were going to charge us for it. *RED FLAG!Dustin was obviously excited about his three day weekend and said there was nothing he could do about us not having a car. No replacement car , no rental, nothing! He just said that if there was anything he could do he would. Obviously he could have done something. But he didn’t.You can bet I will be back there on TUESDAY ready to talk to a manager and Dustin to ask how their weekend was and I will have to tell them that instead of going and visiting our grandparents gravesites or going out to eat or to a picnic in the mountains or to the game night we had planned because we were stuck at home.UPDATE-- Tuesday is here and guess what? nothing was done. They tried calling and telling us another thing was broken if that was true why didnt they notice it when they were working on it on Friday? *RED FLAGThen we called the dealership to ask how much the part was they gave a price that was less than half of what we were charged for. When Dustin said on Friday that he charge less than what he got it for. Then we asked about it on Tuesday he said they he doesnt tell customers what they get their parts for. *Another RED FLAG

They really leave out the Mumbo jumbo talk and help you understand what needs to be done with your car. First time customers and will gladly return again when needed.

Fast, efficient and polite service. Went Im for a road trip check and was given a time frame of up to 2 hours. Took less than an hour, which was great. Will definitely return to them with my car.

It was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. They didnt even mention having ruined it.

This was my first visit to Main Street Mechanic. I was happy with my experience.They did my emissions test and On the Spot registration renewal. I did not have an appointment and they still got me in quickly.The man at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable.They have comfortable seats in the waiting room as well as some snack and drink options.

These guys are great - quality work and got me in and out in a day - even took the car back to the original place I had my emissions done and finished that process. On top - did a quick clean up and vacuum of the inside. Top notch!

Attentive and helpful. And they gave me a loaner car while mine was being worked on. I will go back...hopefully not for a while!

LOVE THIS PLACE. I was looking to purchase a minivan and we had Dustin take a look at three different vans. For $150 per inspection (with a half off discount on the third vehicle), he did a thorough three hour inspection. He found major issues we couldnt have identified on our own in the first two options, and gave us the recommendation to keep looking. The team there offered us great advice and insights, and when they gave us their stamp of approval on the third van, we felt confident that we were buying a good one.They were very flexible on when we could bring cars in, they were thorough but quick, and accurate on their time frames. They were very pleasant to work with - were from out of town, but if we lived in Utah county, I would definitely be taking my business here!

They got my car right in, checked it out, let me know what repairs are needed. I feel like their prices are competitive and Ive been treated fairly and well here👍 Weve taken several vehicles in here and will continue to do so as they have our trust.

I found main street mechanic through AAAs website. I had some issues with my suspension and they did an inspection of the car as a whole and called me after they found what was wrong.They found a couple of issues with my 180k mile car, which I expected, and recommended what should be done now and what could wait for later.I really appreciated the level of communication they gave me. They delivered my vehicle in a timely manner and driving it home I could feel that they fixed the issue.

Great shop - very courteous and professional. Theyre honest and always have your best interests in mind. They give you their recommendations and dont try to pressure you into anything. The play room is handy if you have kids with you. They offer drop off and pick up service free. They have master mechanics and do excellent work!

Dustin was super awesome and kept me in the loop every step of the way! My clutch was so worn and they replaced it with a whole new one and i stalled it in the parking lot TWICE cause it was so smooth i wasn’t used to it! They also vacuumed, and washed my car. This is my go-to mechanic. They have reasonable prices and can usually fit us in within a day or two. They explain what their are doing and aren’t pushy with “ads-ons”.

They charged me over $300 to replace my battery. Even with their coupon it was $120 more than the dealership charged my daughter to replace her battery on the same make, model and year of vehicle. It took all day for them to diagnose and repair. I tried them because of their advertising but I wont be going back.

Wasn’t aware there was a $100 inspection fee before doing any work on your vehicle. Take your car to Clegg Auto- they have a 4.9 Star, no inspection cost, super honest, and they do great work.Their quote also came in $300 cheaper for the same job. Don’t waste your time here.Trust me

I brought our van here to get a diagnosis of the electrical system and it needed a new alternator. I was very satisfied with the service and my experience at Main Street Mechanic. I LOVE this place. I have an older honda accord that I have been driving forever. It had several things that needed to be fixed and a of course that is when the check engine light also went on. I took it in and the car was diagnosed really quickly. Dustin was awesome at explaining to me everything going on with the car, what was critical, what could wait and helped me put a plan together to get my car in the best shape possible.It was nice to have several options and price points. They were extremely communicative about what was going on. They send official bids on all the work so you can see it, and keep in touch through text and phone calls. Great place to get your car fixed.

Had a great experience at World Class Auto a couple if times over the last month. First was an oil and lube. World Class is not near my home but close to my business office. They were booked when I dropped in but kindly gave me a time later in the afternoon. Service was fast and thorough. Since I was a new client, got a half off card for my next visit!Second was a request for a price in a set of new shocks. Pricing was fair and the technician passed along some useful info on the correct shocks for my particular model Avalanche.

World Class Ripoff!! Unbelievable. Called to get a quote on a tune-up. They quoted TWICE the highest quote I had gotten in the area. I questioned the Service Writer about the hourly rate--he responded that it was $129/hour!! Other shops were in the $100 range. Ripoff artists.

I needed some front end work done on my Concorde and decided to take it to World Class Auto to see how they were. It turned out to be a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to work with and they made me feel like I was important to them. They explained to me what needed to be done along with the costs. It was repaired in the time frame they said and my car runs great. I recommend them 100%.

Ive been looking for a mechanic like World Class for years. Im very impressed with this shop. They are thorough. They dig in deeply to diagnose root causes. World Class doesnt do band-aid patches to temporarily cover the real issues. World Class employees communicate very well and are polite and super informative. They even washed my car when they were done with repairs. Im so happy with the experience.

I like the way they treated me. I had some concerns and they took care of me. To me it seemed like they always took the next step above what any regular mechanic shop would do.

After getting my car fixed at a different shop a year ago, I found the same check engine light again. World Class was able to identify the true issue and fix it. In the process of doing so, they had to replace 3 catalytic converters. The warranty they offer covered that, so I only had to pay for the first repair. They have a great crew that is very professional, intelligent, and helpful. I highly recommend them .

We have had every car Repaired at Main Street Mechanic with great results! The free shuttle service just makes this process even easier to deal with. When we had to have our truck fixed and something still wasnt quite right, they were willing to keep looking and helped solve the problem. We have had our oil changes there, as well.I had Main Street check out a car I was going to purchase to verify it was a good car - great service and honest!!Each time we are about to travel we have Main Street Mechanic double check our vehicle - everything! BEST SHOP EVER!!! My family and I were driving through Utah and our car broke down. We had it towed to this shop. They had the car fixed within a matter of a few short hours. The cost was very reasonable. I wish we lived closer, I would bring all my vehicles to them!! Very friendly staff. The owner even shuttled us to a near by shopping plaza. He definitely knows how to impress his customers. I cant say enough good things about World Class Auto. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

My engine went out on my 2010 Chevy Impala with a hundred thirty thousand miles I really liked my car and took care of it and just put new brakes and wanted to keep it Lynn said he could find me a used motor and get it all installed turn key ready to go. Lynn and his business already had good reviews so I went ahead and did it. There was never any trouble from beginning to end Lynn found an engine and have it installed in 3 days I was pretty impressed. After a few months engine still running great no problems and I have a one year warranty. Thank you Lynn

World Class Auto Repair worked on our new van. They first gave us an initial auto inspection to ensure our recent purchase wasnt a lemon. I specifically asked them to inspect the timing belt, brakes, radiator had no leaks and wouldnt be overheating. All Passed with flying colors, but we did have a shimmy in our steering wheel at around 60 mph. They did a wheel / tire alignment and balancing. This addressed the issues for me. Looking forward to bringing in our other cars to be looked at when issues arise.... as much as anyone looks forward to having any issues with their cars. ;)

I had finally a good experience compared to where I came from. They found a problem that needed to be fixed for 5 years, but no one caught it before. My car runs like new.

Lynn at World Class Auto was so great. I had my car towed and dropped off here to fix a broken alternator, replace the battery, and get an oil change. After I received my quote, I negotiated with Lynn to put in a cheaper alternator. When I went to pick up my car, he had forgotten to do the oil change. They did it immediately while I waited. Upon discovery that the previous oil change mechanic (ahem, thanks Jiffy Lube) had stripped the drain plug, Lynns guys replaced the plug, completely free of charge. As we were going over the final charges for me to pay and leave with my car, Lynn told me he had put in the better alternator for the cheaper price. He also didnt charge me for the oil change since he had forgotten to do it and I had to wait. Amazing customer service and quality work! I will come here again.

I love this place for any issues i need to get check with my car. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They really make my wife feel comfortable taking the car there to get help. Definitely recommend them for your automotive needs.(HAD TO CHANGE MY REVIEW) after a few days in the shop they were stumped on why my AC was blowing hot air. They made some educated guess and replaced my some valves. I have my wife drop me off and get in the car with 3 kids to head home to meet family for my daughters birthday party. I was getting hot air the whole time except on one setting. I had a few minutes and googled the issues. One video suggested checking the nut underneath the knob to see if it was loose. I checked, it was and have had zero issues since. I called them and they said, they will let the service guys know for next time. I fixed the actual root cause of the issue and it took me less than 5 minutes. I paid them $325 which was about $50 higher than what was quoted to me too. I can no longer recommend, especially when they are guessing on the work at times.

Ive been a customer of World Class for many, many years now. I share their vision and am very thankful for their consistent delivery on that vision. In essence, Im a Raving Fan of World Class Auto Service. I know you will be to.When I ask for a thorough inspection of my vehicles, they definitely deliver. Theyve found things that I didnt even know about, which has allowed me to maintain my vehicles for two hundred plus thousand miles (200k+) and still going. If you ever need to take advantage of their 2 yr/24,000 mile warranty - because sometimes parts are faulty - its nice to know you will be taken care of. They have even washed my cars for me, before I pick them up - Nice!!Quick Hint: Pay attention to Rods emails and current specials on their website to save yourself some money.Keep up the great work Rod, Lynn, Nate and Crew!!

All of my interactions with World Class were outstanding, from the first call to picking up my vehicle. I wouldve given a 5 star except that I was told it would be 2-3 hours to do the alignment and balancing on my truck and it took over 7 before it was ready for me. I was also very happy with the cost of what was done and the results. I towed my boat down to Lake Powell a week later and could really tell the difference. I will definitely go back to World Class.

I needed immediate help with my truck - I was hauling bucking bulls and my truck engine started spraying fuel. After being told to come back another day from the Dodge dealership half a block away (they were the closest place to pull into from the freeway) these guys got me in immediately and fixed the problem so quickly. They even hooked my trailer back up for me so I could get going! I really appreciated the kindness and efficiency. They saved the day!!!

I went here a month ago. The customer service here was great. I needed a ride home so the owner gave me one. I will always do Business with a company who no matter how big they get, they are never too big to give that personal touch.

Do not go here for pre-purchase inspections!! It was a waste of $150. I went in on January 17th to have them check out a vehicle I was about to purchase. I chose this location because it was close to the dealership. They were friendly and told me they would be very thorough. The report they gave me said everything was great on the vehicle except all of the fluids needed to be changed. I went to my mechanic a few days later to get the fluids changed and found out World Class Auto didn’t look at anything they said they did. CV Axles need to be replaced, three tires were from 2013 on a 2016 truck and needed to be replaced, and front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. These are all things that should have been caught upon a visual inspection of the vehicle, which I was told was done very thoroughly.Do not trust these mechanics to do the right thing.

World Class Auto Repair was great! I asked Rod if he was able to get me in to get some front leveling shocks put on my truck. He got me in same day. Staff was very professional and kept me informed on the progress of the work. I also had to work that day and they provided me with a vehicle so that I could still work while they had my truck. I will definitely go back if i need any more work done on my vehicles.

I really enjoyed my experience here and I seriously recommend going here to anyone. Never pressured me and were very kind and honest with me. They provide quality service for a good price. I will be going to them again for future car needs.

Service is wonderful! The staff is friendly and very helpful. They will do a 50 point inspection of your car for free and give you a prioritized list of what work needs done and help you make decisions on what needs to be repaired. Im always impressed by how quickly they get my car done. The only downside is that it is a little costly, but I guess you pay for the good service you receive. They also are not open on Saturdays if that is when your car needs to be repaired (which seems to happen to me all too often).

Thank you for always keeping us informed through the full process of the repair. The upfront honest communication made all the difference in deciding what needed to be done to get our car back up and running. And it helped us understand the costs clearly, making the sting of car repair costs less painful. Having a free loaner car when the repair took a little longer was appreciated. And they went above and beyond to hook up a bike rack on the loaner so I could transport my bike home. I think weve found our new car repair shop!

I have to say that I love World Class Auto. We have a about 12 trucks, and we take all of them there. We started working with them about three years ago, and they always treat us great. If you want your car to last, take it to World Class Auto! They always check out everything and give you a heads up for what things will need to be addressed in the near future. I love being able to know how much time I have left on my brakes, Etc. Cars wear out, but if you maintain them right they last for a long time. We just replaced our 2 after many years close to 200,000 miles each,and they were still running strong because we have World Class Auto.

We had to replace our radiator, they gave us a diagnosis quickly, then got us in to repair it. In and out real quick! I’ll go there again.

I needed to have my car repaired. It is an older model that needed significant maintenance repair. Did not want to put money into a car that would not run for much longer. Staff was honest and upfront. I had my car repaired and it is running Great. Will definitely be back. Also provided a shuttle to get me back and forth from work.

These guys did a great job. We had both our cars tuned up with them for safety and emissions and registration, and had our oil changed. They were quick, professional, and communicative. They did a great job making suggestions on upcoming maintenance without feeling pushy, and communicated about everything they did

Theyre world class alright, a world-class gimmick. They trick you in with all their fancy Flyers and talk about certified technicians and shuttle services. And then feed upon your desperateness to get your car fixed. These guys quoted me $1,100 higher than their competitors. They take a whole day to give me a quote when the other shop got me a quote 1 hour and then my car back to me on the same day. Dont let them trick you in shop around theyre not worth it.

Was referred here by Discount Tire and had a great experience. After a small miscommunication about what needed to be done on my car and how long it would take (partly my fault), Lynn made sure I knew exactly what was going on and had it finished in a timely manner. The service I received was extremely proffesional and helpful in an otherwise stressful situation. The guys here really go above and beyond to make sure everything is done completely and correctly.
