I got the truck, mostly clean, but with a little bit of dirt in the back and a little bit of dirt on the floor of the cab. I took a broom and swept out the back because I didnt want dirt on my stuff but didnt sweep out the front cab since it was obviously clean enough to rent to me.I returned the truck cleaner than I received it . And yet, for some reason, they still decided to charge me 25 dollars for a cleaning fee.I will NOT be using these people again.

I returned a one bedroom van that I rented in Santa Barbara, CA to this dealership and the experience was absolutely delightful and much better than with the dealership where I rented it. The lady I talked to over the phone and met was extremely helpful, polite and treated me in such a way that whenever I need another U-Haul I will go back to this dealership in American Fork at 67 W Main Street without hesitation.Konrad- I think you must have had a similar experience as you did when you were that City Manager in Cedar Hills. I dont know how people rated you but I assume it was from one end of the spectrum to the other just like here.

Great experience. They will do everything they are allowed to make your move easier. Great customer service. The building is old and a little hidden but well worth the service.

I called to ask them a question about trailers. The guy who answered was so rude that I gave up and just went to the website to find what I needed. I called the Draper U-Haul afterwards, and they were much more helpful.

This is the worst branch at one of the worst companies I’ve ever had interactions with. I’d give them so many negative starts if I could. Apparently they can just charge you extra for anything they feel like on a whim. They lie and cheat you. Stay away from this location. Do not trust these people please, please, please. Again, they will add and overcharge you for everything. Watch the fine print closelyIf you choose these losers.Their upper management needs to be condemned and thrown out in the dump, because they are absolute trash. U-haul is dead to me. I have used them for so many moves during my life, but the customer was not right in this situation according to their corporate office. I am appalled by them in every sense of the word. Please believe me on this one.

I had an OK experience here. I ended up needing to go to the other U-hal dealer down the street for an Appliance dolly which I ordered at the same time as the truck (should have been there with the truck). I Would have been OK with this extra trip if the other location wasnt having the hardest time ever and I had to wait there for 45 mins just to grab the dolly.Pointer: Dont be the first one to grab a truck...you will get the worst ones. They hand them out worst to best.

We needed a truck to take cans down to the recycling center. We payed with a credit card, and they charged us $60 more then then they said they would. Whatever you do dont go there. If you have to just expect to pay more than you expected.

What an absolute joke of a location. I had a “confirmed booking” at this location for 4:30pm. I was coming in from out of state and had a moving crew standing by, on the clock, waiting to help me load and unload the 26 foot truck I’d reserved at this location. I got there 15 mins early and it was locked up and no-one was there! So I waited and waited and no-one showed up. I tried calling the place - it goes to a fax machine! So I notice they’d left the key to the truck (the ONLY truck there) sitting in an open lock box. I go over to the truck and it’s unlocked and the back is open. It’s filthy, it has 1/4 tank of gas but no one is there to sign it out to me. I called U-Haul, sit on hold for 10 mins and the women says that location isn’t even open saturdays! So WHY did they accept a reservation for a Saturday, leave keys to a truck there with no-one around!? What an absolute joke. I spoke to some incompetent clown at U-Haul who said I can’t take the truck coz “it hasn’t been assigned to me”. I explain I have a confirmed booking and it’s the only truck sitting there and after putting me on hold 5 times to try figure it out she just hangs up on me. Classy. The location is a wrecking yard in some back alley with cars in various stages of tear down sitting everywhere. What a sorry excuse for a U-Haul location and why offer rentals at a salvage yard if you’re not open on saturdays!? U-haul might want to reconsider who they partner with and who they let represent their brand. Needless to say I did not get my truck, sat around waiting for 40 mins before leaving to find another location that just happened to have an early return of a truck that would work. I had to pay my moving crew for an hour that they sat doing nothing and waiting for me to get another truck coz of the incompetence of these guys. Don’t risk it! Take your business elsewhere.

Ok, so I scheduled my truck online and went to the location to pick up the truck.Everything was fine and professional. The owner lady (her husband owns the alignment shop at the same location) was very professional and nice.I was off and my move went without problems.I noticed that I was going to be an hour late returning my truck (one way, local). I thought that I was doing the responsible thing of calling and letting them know that I would be late.The man that I talked to said that they would be closed and I would have to pay for an additional day. I asked if I could return it an hour late and leave the truck. He said that they didnt have an ability to do this ( I later found that they did and had a late key drop).Anyway, I finished moving and filled up the truck with gas and arrived late as I had explained to the man. I was pleased to see upon arriving that their were employees from the alignment business (same place) there. As I was backing up the truck, they closed up shop. I knocked on the door and they did not answer.Without a doubt they saw me backing up a 26 foot truck. Unbelievable!I showed up at 9:00 a.m. the next day and the owner lady (wife to the alignment owner) was not there, but her husband was there. I explained my situation. Explained that his guys could verify when I returned the truck, etc. and he was very nice, somewhat apologetic and said that he would let his wife know.Then I get my invoice - sucked out of my credit card - for my agreed upon price ++++ another days rental. They even charged me for insurance for another day and the dolly that I rented. The whole time when the truck was sitting in there yard!Will I EVER rent from these guys again - NOOOOOOOOO!Will I EVER refer them to any of my friends or associates - NOOOOOOO!Should you rent from them - NOOOOOOO!Who runs a business like this?!Ok, I feel better after this vent - but seriously, dont do it! Go someplace else!!
