Six counters 1 worker and a lobby full of customers. The workers are over worked and exhausted. This is a major issue!

The employees are all very friendly and helpful. When I got there- there was a line of 5 people but it quickly went down. And when I left there was no line- so it just depends on when you get there. They also have an automated machine in the lobby that I have used. You can buy postage for your package as long as it fits in the shoot by the machine.

Iv had no luck getting ahold of you non working people. I have a package that has set in your warehouse or been stolen over a week now. And. No one to get ahold of about it. I live in Pampa get it together. Always having problems with Amarillo’s usps system it’s awful

If your package shows up at this post office, it will be late. They wi have it for days before it gets delivered. Serious improvements needed

Online it said my package got delivered a day early super late after working hours for sure and Ive tried contacting the office but I always get stuck with a robot on call.i went there the other day and the lady said shed give the information about my package to her boss and to expect a call I still havent gotten a call back and had little help when I was there in person honesty the place just stinks I was reading other reviews and most people have had if not the same than similar problems.

Look, I just wanna know if this place wants our business or not. We sell a lot of items on eBay and have a lot of items to ship. This is the second time we went in and got a lot of attitude and rudeness from the worker inside for us having to use a smaller label because they’re smaller boxes being shipped out. There is and was no trouble scanning them, we test them before hand with our phone scanner. If you do not want our business that’s fine we can take our business elsewhere, otherwise please advise your workers to not treat people going inside like they’re not wanted or welcome?

I would like to give this place more stars, but I’m sick of bad customer service these days. It’s harder to find good customer service like it used to be. Now I bring in packages that have somewhat small labels on them but are the minimum size to scan. I make my living off of what I sell and so when I go to ship my items, I don’t expect the customer service people to act rude and complain about how small my labels are and how they won’t scan while hooked to the holder, but all she had to do was take the scanner off and it would scan on fist try no problems. I understand it’s busy and there was a lot of people, but customer service should always be top priority, but it doesn’t seem that way here.

This is twice now that my outgoing mail disappeared here because they didnt even make it to the next post office enroute and on numerous occasions I was expecting mail and had only received 2 out of all 10. So if your going to do business with this post office.. just go ahead and get used to being thankful for the things you dont have unfortunately.

On one occasion I had an order from China Im guessing post office didnt want to touch it. Tracking showed it was out for delivery and all of a sudden they sent back to china took 2months to get money back. Lady in post office says maybe it had the wrong address. Tracking showed correct address. As of now my package says out for delivery well its 8pm. Now its says no access on my tracking. These people.

Hi one of your workers stole my husbands stimulus checks out of my po box. I cant get anyone there on the phone. Ive called 87 times. Mail theft is a serious issue as well as identity theft etc esp in regards to any financial mail. Id appreciate someone calling me before an investigation is started.

ALWAYS a long wait, the clerk working today is more worried about being cute than having a line back to the door.

Just like other posts, this off a is lazy. Monotone voice when you call to ask a question, minimum help, and they make you feel like you are a inconvenience by calling.

They never have more than 1 person working here. I stood in line for an hour today just to mail a package.

KATHLEEN at the post office on ross In Amarillo Tx is soooo rude ! We were trying to get a newborn passport photo taken... she was mean ugly and impatient ... we decided to just leave... when we decided to leave she grabbed her phone and keys .. I guess she was rushing off to lunch ....

I order oils from the company Doterra and they tend to send smaller packages through USPS. 6/10 times USPS looses my package , or it comes damaged and far beyond the date I was told that i would receive it . i am never given a tracking number and I have no way of contacting the local post office. the Mail man that i have is an absolute delight and tries to make sure that my packages arrive , but most of the time its out of his control. its nearly impossible to file for a lost package and its takes weeks to get a response .

No one within usps is ever helpful when theres an issue with your mail, just hope they dont lose your package

Very unhappy with this service. My mail was held because my shitzu was in the from yard... We signed a dog form where my dog will remain away from the yard. ...and it has still been held!!! If I wanted to go get my mail to the post office I would get a box... what a waste of my time.!!! This should not have occurred the 2nd time!!!!!

Everytime I go in here the employees at the counter are always so nice and helpful. The employees seem really knowledgeable. I recommend this location to everyone!!

(THE SENIOR GUY WITH BEARD)You can not blame an entire staff for the terrible service of one single individual. The ladies are great whether if is with the customer support or the packages handling but this guy RUBEUN is a total disaster. He throws the packages like a professional baseball pitcher. Im wondering where is the manager of this post office that he/she doesnt take care of that issue. Hes risking to have a GREAT SHOW with that guy REBUEN working in the front. Send him to the back...ufffffffffffffffffffff!!!!

Just left this post office and it is the worst I’ve ever been to. KRISTY, a red head with glasses chose to get loud because of a customs form. Then even as spoken to she got louder and more unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such rude behavior from a postal worker!

Continuously fail to deliver packages, but then driver signs off that it was delivered. This is theft.

Just the worst. The entire postal service needs to be shut down. Ups and FedEx do a much better job and in a lot of cases ups actually ships packages for usps. On top of that theses people are super unorganized. Half the time they dont know where your package is the other have the time they are so rude that you wish your package was actually lost so you could order it again and pay more to not have it shipped by usps again. I strongly recommend that every cease using usps. Ever since lance admitted to doping the entire team has gone down.

For months now my mail has not been arriving at my house. I call i get thr the run around and when they finally answear my package is either in transit or they say they left a notification on the door when there is never a notification left. Sorry sorry service.

USPS is a joke.... Could not even deliver a flipping package to my door...

They assume that i shouldnt get my mail with my married last name so now decide to send my mail back to sender... Why would they take upon themselves and decide which mail i get... Now i have to pay again for my licence to get sent to me... So aggravated ! 😡😡😡

I shipped 2 boxes to Florida and when they arrived they were in complete ruin despite writing fragile on the boxes what kind of country is this where you cant even trust a postal service thats run by the government?
