Kris in Amarillo went above and beyond to make sure our product was delivered to the correct location. The merchant extended shipping time due to a change of address and never updated the information in the system. Kris contacted the driver in route to wrong address and helped us get our motor! Its not often you see this type of customer service anymore and she deserves kudos for all her help! Thank you Kris!

Awesome service with very nice management.

So a bit weird review, but still worth doing. I was trying to find someone to transport my late moms baby grand piano from Amarillo to Austin. In the search, I called Jeremy at R+L. They dont move pianos, but Jeremy was SO KIND. He went out of his way to find me information for someone who might be able to help me. He called a contact, then the company, then called me back to give me the information. Im not even a client of R+L, and he was so generous with his time. This left me with a great impression of their business and the people who work there.
