After bad experiences at other rental places I will only rent cars with Avis and Ermin at this location! I travel every month and Ermin gives me the best competitive deals!! He already knows which vehicles I like and they are there at the front waiting for me when I arrive. Ermin is the nicest rental guy and goes out of his way to make sure my experience is smooth and enjoyable. He’s even stayed after hours to wait for me one time when I arrived late. I have never had a bad experience here. Thanks Avis and Ermin, you’re the best!!

I rent cars once or twice a month. This is my favorite location. Reasons why: 1) the guy that runs the location is super friendly, and will occasionally upgrade you for next to nothing additional. 2) picking up from the airport is a pain. Here not so much. 3) price’s are fair and typically cheaper than all the other rental car places except maybe budget. 4) Their polices are way more friendly, especially for those who frequently rent.

First time we rented from Avis and it was a great experience. Mr. Hadzisabic was very easy to work with, very professional. We were there about 10 min to pickup and 10 min to return. We rented a midsize SUV for a long trip (4300 miles, 3 weeks) and he gave us a new Nissan Rogue. Loved it!!! Price was right, too.We recommend this place and we will definitely rent from him again. It made our trip very comfortable and a success!!Thank you!!

Husband and I had some car issues when we came to Amarillo for work. No one seemed to be able to help us find a rental but the gentleman at Avis. He made things quick and easy in a stressful situation for us. Would definitely recommend this Avis for anyone in Amarillo.

I usually rent by the airport because of convenience. But Im glad they ran out of cars because I got to meet Ermin. He was very helpful and patient. From now on, Ill be renting from Ermin every time Im in town.

Good prices better than all the others. Very helpful staff member and the only staff member at Westgate Mall in the Sears store. I recommend to all to visit the Avis in the Sears store. Its the best.
