I moved into these apartments a little over a month ago, and I LOVE it! The management is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is fast at getting your request done. I have no complaints. It’s a great place to live!

I had been looking for an apt for several months and was quite frustrated. The office staff put in extra effort to get all my paperwork, dates, etc. in order and get me into an apt quickly. They were available to answer any questions I had and never made me feel like I was bothering them.The apt itself is just as great...new appliances, light fixtures, windows, etc. Everything is updated nicely.

Rayvun and Madi are so helpful they care so much about getting residents taken care of and comfortable! When I moved in they gave me a welcome gift of a candle and a cutting board set which made me tear up. The remodels are beautiful and well done. Cant wait to spend years at my new home!

Apartment hunting is stressful & overwhelming but Summerwood Terrence employees and the apartment itself is great! They’re very friendly and work with you no matter what! They really work with their renters! Also the maintenance guys always make sure you’re doing great and everything in the apartment is up to date and to the right standards! We love it here, thank you guys for making us feel welcomed 25/8!

Speedy, friendly service...Was shown our apartment and signed the lease the same day! Location and price are ideal. Since we work nights we needed a quiet neighborhood and this place is perfect!

The properties on 28th Ave are fine in all aspects except the fact that the walls and ceilings are not insulated. You can hear literally every sound that is made above you or next to you. If you and your neighbors are not on the same sleep schedule it can be difficult to get a good nights sleep, so maybe look into an upstairs Apartment. With that being said the redeeming quality of these apartments is the management staff. They are always friendly and understanding and maintenance staff is knowledgeable and are very quick to respond to any requests. If you have good neighbors it’s a pretty good place to live.

I moved here in January of 2020, and have had a great living experience. Madi and Blake are always responsive with questions I have and the maintenance staff has always helped me with any issues I had (hot water heater going out, and my door getting stuck). These apartments are newly renovated and are absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Everyone who lives her is nice and friendly. What I really like about these apartments is they allow 3 pets and don’t charge an arm and a leg for the pet deposit. I would definitely recommend Summerwood Terrance Apartments as your next living space.

The staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait too long for any requests or maintenance in our apartment. We also moved into a newly renovated unit and love it! The granite countertops and new appliances are awesome.

The leasing office is easy to work with and really friendly. They helped me with exactly what I needed. The apartments are great. Nice redone apartments and great for the price I’d rent. I’m happy I chose these apartments to rent from.

When my roomate and I were looking for apartments, we tried the Summerwood Apartments first. We took a tour and was helped with the friendly staff in the office and promptly were approved to move in. Love the new updates and that it is so close to the hospital where we work!

I was fortunate to get an apartment here as soon as it was remodeled, meaning that I get to enjoy top-of-the-line appliances every day. My favorite part has to be the granite countertops. The leasing office is communicative and always friendly.

These are great apartments. Blake and Maddie in the office are wonderful! They will take care of any issues you encounter. The granite countertops have to be the best part of my 2 bedroom apartment. Construction has been non stop since I moved in last June. It is definitely beginning to wear on me. I work from home so this is causing an issue and is the only reason I will be moving at the end of my lease. Chi with maintenance is amazing, the entire maintenance crew are great. They are extremely prompt in fixing any issue you have. I definitely recommend Summerwood Terrace! They have definitely worked hard on these apartments and it really shows!

Additional information that was held from me after asking multiple times: PET FEE $400. This was my #1 question and the 1st time I heard about this fee was when it was time to pay $1700 to move in. They doubled my deposit and acted like it was no big deal. Felt very lied to.Disclose ALL fees

These apartments are GREAT! They are under new management and have had many upgrades completed on most of them. It is a quiet, cozy apartment community.

The granite work done by A&D Restorations/Renovations is amazing and hand crafted to perfection.

Awesome rooms, clean and great location. Kind staff. Everything was really great.

Terrible run down apartments that have had countless issues over the time weve been there. Changed owners several times and had raised rent as well. Never bothered to fix AC in 100+ summer temps and we had to fix many issues ourselves. Huge but issues as well they refused to try and correct until just recently

Not much to look at on the out side but nice on the inside

About 50$ the cheapest for a room! Not the most pleasant place to stay at all!

This place was dirty and smelled terrible I did not enjoy my stay there
