We just signed our 2nd year lease with them because we love our rental!!! Madi in the office is very professional and efficient, shes always there when we needed her. Anytime weve had an issue it was always resolved in a timely manner. We hope to spend many more years with them!

Moving back to Amarillo from the East Coast presented challenges to find a nice, affordable, safe apartment. The awesome staff worked with us to have everything ready when I arrived. Friendly neighbors, big clean apartment and so far, the maintenance has been quick and efficient. This was an excellent choice!

Lots of space for the price. responsive and helpful staff. punctual about maintenance orders. quiet and peaceful.

My first year here has been wonderful the maintenance staff is on top of work orders and the people that run the office are some of the nicest people Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! Definitely would recommend renting here if your looking for something nice and affordable wih awesome people in a central location!

Greenbriar staff is amazing. We only had 1 week to find a place that we could afford and was big enough. The remodel/ maintenance crew worked extra hard to get our apartment ready in time. I love the wood and tile floors are great. We have plenty of room and quiet neighbors. They are also pet friendly; which is important for people like me, how have need of a service pet.

I moved here to Amarillo not even a month ago. The ladies in the management office (Rayvun and Madi) have made this transition comfortable for me. They have treated me like family and to me that means a lot. Even before I did move here, just touching base with me and helping along with the process.There were a few things that still needed tweaked in my place, but they were on top of it.I have suggested to a few people that I have meet since I have been here to look at renting from them.I do highly recommend this place, they do treat you like family.

Ive lived there for 4 years and I absolutely love the place! Maintenance is always very speedy if ever needed. Mady in the office is awesome! Very professional and courteous. Id recommend these apartments to anybody.

I only been here a couple of months but am pleased large spacious rooms..Clean and quiet neighbors free cable and the office staff are great they get things done.I am glad its close to stores.I would recommend it to others.

Allow me to ramble for a bit. Been at Greenbriar for 5 years. I love how close they are to everything. From gas to grocery all the places I go are near. Neighbors are really nice. Things get maintained well. Had a flood from upstairs water heater and they responded really fast. Standing water in half the apartment and they got it out quick. Stays pretty quiet. Myself and most here enjoy that a lot. I dont like that my closet doors open inward taking up valuable space. One time main water line outside the apt had to get worked on and they gave me access to empty apartment for showers and filling jugs with water. That was very helpful and much appreciated. I think Greenbriar has a real potential for anyone looking for an apartment. As long as youre awesome as a neighbor. ;-)

Lived here since 2013...Had to move back to Amarillo in a short amount of time and was glad to have the peace of mind that I had found an apartment that had pet policies that fit my needs, as I had a Lab, a Golden Retriever and a cat that were all in their teens and had been with me since they were born.I have been here through several staff changes and have been pleased with each one.Rarely had problems with neighbors or crime. Staff is responsive to issues. Almost never see pests.The only issue I have is that there are few covered parking spaces for my particular building.All in all, I have not had any issue in the 7 years that has been bad enough to compel me to move.Living here has been for the most part peaceful and hassle free.I have become quite comfortable living here.

They have a great staff always friendly they seemed to know everyone by name . Maintenance is great willing to help with any problems that may occur.parking lot well lighted and kept clean. And they are pet friendly and I would recommend great price, wonderful staff..love my place

Been living there for about 5 yrs. I like that its got a fenced yard for my puppies. Its a quiet area and in a good location. It takes a while to get things fixed and when it does, it doesnt get fixed properly. The doors sometimes dont latch because whenever there is a change in the weather it shifts the apartment.

Great place to Live ! Been here a year almost staff are very nice and respectful .. Any time you have a problem they come right away and fix the problem . Property is clean inside and out!! Neighbors are nice and quite very peaceful place to stay!!!!

Nice apartments, for really reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood with fenced in yard, great for my two little dogs. Also the free cable is an awesome bonus. Very pleased with my decision to move here!

Hello My name is Ms Williams,I first moved over here they where very nice in the main office and they was willing to work hard on getting me a 2bedroom apartment ,I have been in my apartment 2years and I like my apartment, but they do need a little fixing, some mold problems but over all if don’t nobody bother you it’s peaceful and quiet.They try to work hard on maintenance to fix things. I Like Madi, Blake, they help as much as they can. Thank you

I enjoy living at The Greenbriar Terrace because the staff cares about their tenants. Especially at at time like this it is really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and maintenance always comes in a timely manner! The communication from management is also a major plus!

Clean apartments, friendly Management, the maintenance comes and fixes things quickly. The free cable is a nice perk. The size of the apartment is a really good deal for the affordable prices. One of the best apartments Ive lived in.

I have lived here since 2013 and found it to be a good place to live. We have had a few issues with constantly changing office personnel in the beginning but that seems to have been resolved. The apartments are spacious and recent updates, new windows and doors have added to the comfort of living there .

We have enjoyed living here. The apartment is well kept and the bedrooms are large. Anytime weve needed maintenance, which is rare, they have been quick to resolve any problems. All of the office staff weve encountered have been very friendly and helpful.

Property management is extremely understanding of life. They have been willing to work me on a number of subjects. The notices of past control is definitely in enough time for me to make sure my items are protected. And the apartment is really priced well for the me.

This was my first apt on my own when i turned 18. I then lived here again a few years later. They could use some remodeling.

This is the worst place I have ever lived at. There was a drug dealer living above me, with constant fighting and drug deals gone wrong. I moved apartments, the one they moved me into has electrical issues and I have had no electricity in half of my apartment for 3 months now. Pictures of the breaker box and light fixtures where it was trying to start a fire . The owner laughed in my face and said well look into it like its no big deal there could be a fire and I have turned in work request for 3 months . He doesnt care about anything other than his money once a month. I had to call City of Amarillo code enforcement to get the issue resolved. The maintenance people come right into your apartment without notice and bring their kids with them who run around your apartment and play with things that are not toys. I would not waste my money on this dump.

Its a very quiet and peaceful place to live. The people are courteous and very helpful to us.

Worst place to live the owner is not responsible, or cares as long as he gets money...these apartments need condemning....they half fix everything and can care less whos stuff gets ruined by their bulls***...tired of the lies tp keep me here, i hate i put up with it so long...ive called city and will do all i have to...as if they care...

The worst place to live . When I moved in nothing was fixed or cleaned it was so nasty and I had to clean it myself even after paying a big deposit . The management here are terrible the maintenance people that work here are terrible nothing gets fixed and when they do try to fix it it’s still not working they must be from Mexico because they cannot even speak English and don’t know what the hell they’re doing . I don’t know how many times the rules around here changes don’t the manager has no clue what they’re doing they’re pissing everybody off because they say one thing and then they say another thing and then now all of us tenants are arguing and fighting over parking spaces which used to be assigned to us and then they took it away and now they’re assigned to us and they took it away and now everybody is parking there when they don’t pay the freaking rent which is high by the way . We have another new manager which in 4 years I have been here we have had at least five different managers and still have never met the owner because the management won’t give us their name address or phone number so we can complain about what’s going on here !! Their property grounds are horrific there is trash everywhere broken down furniture everywhere and the apartments buildings are falling and settling which is quite concerning me because the stairs are not aligned where they’re supposed to be and it looks like they’re fixing to fall and break off ..

I have been here for years now and I never thought that things could ever get worse . We have had about 4 different mgrs within 4 years and now we have another new one . Her name is Candy Campbell and she is a witch from Hell . She is bringing in all of her thug/drug friends to live here and its a living terror here at nights . Music is extremely loud and drug dealings going on with people coming and going all hours of the nights and then the fights to go along with it . Weve had Cops called many many times on certain residents and she wont evict them because they are her thug friends . The grounds are very nasty and then to add to that she took away our assigned parking that we had . She got upset because her thug friends had visitors over and we had to ask them to move their car and Candy the pathetic Mgr then took away our parking and now its first come first serve and even visitors can park there !!Now she is saying that I paid rent late which I didnt and shes making me pay $35.00 more . I gave the superintendent the copies of my check posting from my bank to show I paid in time and hell argue with you and tell you that the ofc people dont lie and that Im in the wrong and have to pay it , even with proof he still is making me pay it !! They are all crooks and be careful because staff had entered my apt when I wasnt home and stole $40.00 from my dresser that I had laying there !!!! Also I was nearly attacked in my balcony , the resident and his wife came over and the wife was trying to jump in my balcony to beat me and the husband stepped in and pushed the wife aside and he jumped in and I barely made it back inside my apt . He grabbed my screen door and jammed it so I wouldnt be able to close it and then grabbed my glass patio door to try to get in but I locked it just in time . He banged on my glass door to try to break the glass but couldnt . Cops were called and he was arrested and when he was out within 5 days later that night he threatened me through my living room window and cops were called again on him . He should have been evicted but hasnt been because they are the mgrs friends !!!I am exhausted from lack of sleep because these people are crazy . I could go on and on but I think you get my point .Please do not move here unless you sell drugs and fight and play loud music .. I need to save up some money so that I can move and it wont be long before I do !!!
