Air conditioner was blowing air but not cold on a triple-degree day. So I come home from work and my place felt like a swamp. The next morning, I put in a maintenance request for it and it was completed within two hours. Now my place is crisp and cool again. Excellent job.

Love living at this apartment complex. Would still be there but I had to temporarily move in with some relatives due to some health issues.

Super safe and clean apartments. Everyone is super nice at the front office. The maintenance guys are super nice and friendly. I enjoy living here.

I lived here for 3 years and it was wonderful. The grounds are clean, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and its a quiet place. There are big beautiful trees all over the place and the complex is just the right size. Not to mention smack dab in the middle of everything, so talk about easy accessibility to amenities! If I hadnt bought a house, Id still be there. It was a very bittersweet moment when I locked the door for the final time. The only heads up I would have for a potential new renter is that 45th and Bell does flood very badly in heavy rain!! An apartment above the first floor is always a good idea 😉 I lived up on the third floor and never had any issues!

Newport apt was my home for over 10 years. Great place to live. When I had maintenance problems they will get fix with in a a week or faster. Thank you Newport apt.

Great move in experience

I submitted my maintenance request at about 10 am because me and my girlfriend noticed the air conditioning stopped working the night before. My ac was fixed and cooling our unit by 3 pm. The maintenance is pretty quick to respond to tenants needs and we appreciate that!

The unit i have rented exceeds all of my expectations, im going to enjoy living here at Newport

The response was very quick, and the tech knew exactly what to do. The problem was fixed in just a few minutes! It doesnt have to get any better than that!

The maintenance workers came out quickly and checked on the issue . It was fixed in one day

I know nothing about the apartments themselves but I’m just gonna say what happened.Yesterday my car broke down on the way to get something to eat and the only place I could get off of busy 45th was these apartments. So I pulled in and tried to fix my car. I called for help but just no luck. Mind you I was not at this spot not even 2 hours. And the office lady sent 2 guys outside to tell us if I didn’t move it ASAP they were calling the tow truck. Like as if we weren’t trying to get it running in the first place! She was rude and unnecessary. There was nobody looking to park in the spot we were in. we weren’t bothering nobody. So I don’t understand why we were approached so rudely. Staff could use lots of work and better mannered people.

Clean and quiet! I have been here for 3 months and couldnt be happier. Facility is clean and they have fixed any issues lightning fast and with great attitudes! Free covered parking AND free gym membership to Zachs! Thanks Karl and the whole Newport team!

I applied to this apartment and they had Plenty open but due to one prior baddy they did no approve me at least that’s what I was told I think she was just racist. When I first entered she did even acknowledge me.

The best apartments Ive lived in. The staff is friendly and professional, the location is convenient, and the apartments are nice and roomy. Ive been here almost a year and I have not one complaint. Excellent.

Lived here several years ago. They were really good apartments. Only downside was when I worked nights the band from the high school down the street would practice at 9am while I was trying to sleep. The apartments themselves were great.

Maintenance is awesome and did a great job taking care of my maintenance requests.

My husband and I lived here on two separate occasions, each time we stayed a year. We LOVE these apartments. The maintenance is amazing, the grounds are kept pristine, and the location is great.

I only did 4 stars because everyone has room to improve. But I have no complaints. They have taken care of me very well.

Responsive and did a great job

Heater wasnt working and this maintenance group was able to fix the problem quickly and on the weekend. Couldnt be happier - The maintenance group here is fantastic and after 3 years still very happy with the folks handling all that maintenance.

Average base rent of around 575-750$ its updated and clean.!
