Very good experience dropping the truck off and had a tour of the facility. Cant wait to see how the truck turns out. I definitely recommend.

I have never used this place. BUUUT I definitely never will and will tell people not to go here since their drivers drive stupid WHILE I HAVE MY CHILD IN THE CAR!! And then flip me off. Super professional.

It was ok. Have a issue with them but they are working with me on this and I feel that we will work it out ok. Thay are doing there best on working it out with me. I feel confident that we can get it worked out well. Give them 4 out of 5 Stars. 😁🤩

They did such a fantastic job repairing the front end damage on our 5th wheel camper!! We couldnt be happier!

They did a very good job on my truck.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, Brought a 94 International bus in for an alignment and they refused to complete the alignment and wanted to charge over $5k in other front end work. Some of the parts they listed had already been replaced new and had less then 5k miles on them. They held the vehicle until I agreed to pay $175 even though they didnt complete the work for the reason I brought it in. I made a appointment for 12:30pm Tues and it wasnt looked at until Thursday. The companies alignment process and fees were not explained to me until after the fact. Ive done business with other shops that werent able to complete a job and Ive never been charged. Thats basically like charging for an estimate without the customers consent. Piss poor way to do business.

I unfortunately hit a deer with my car one night which completely mangled the front, passenger side bumper and headlight, clear back to the wheel well and dented the underneath side of my radiator after tearing off my under spoiler etc. A few thousand dollars estimated in damages, luckily I had full coverage insurance, but the guys here at Majestic did a fabulous job restoring my newer Ford Fusion to nearly brand new condition and did so in a very quick and timely manner! Theyve got an amazing team of professionals working with them and I couldnt have been happier or more satisfied with their work! Thank you Majestic! I will definitely recommend you to everyone!

Some guy answered phone and when I asked if I could get an alignment for my RV he quickly said no in a jerk tone and hung up on me.

Nice people and very good work

We had a very good experience working with Brad and Mindi from Majestic. On the way home from our first family camping trip out west, we were forced to leave our camper near Altoona, IA after experiencing severe damage to our pop-up camper. Unfortunately a neighboring business (RV One) would not assist us having not purchased the camper there. Majestic Truck Services did a great job communicating and working with our insurance company. We now have our camper back and were very impressed by the great level of service those two individuals and staff provided!

Majestic did an appraisal of my motorhome because of dispute with a motorhome repair company I had used. They ended up doing the work and did a great job. I picked it up during a rainstorm and did not inspect the work. I got it home and was preparing to leave town on a weekend. I looked closer at the repair work and thought there was a problem. I called Majestic and Tony the shop foreman came to my home and looked at the problem. He had to consult with a subcontractor that did part of the work and got me an answer at 9:30PM on a Saturday. I then travelled 3000 miles on that vacation and Tony texted me to make sure all was well when I was 1000 miles from home. They went above and beyond in customer service and actual body work was EXCELLENT from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

Its very rare to encounter this poor of customer service in todays day and age. The person who answered the phone was so rude and apathetic that Id never consider using their services, and I recommend that you check elsewhere.
