Extremely pleased with our service at Russell Tire. We got 2 flat tires on Wednesday and checked options on the web. Called in Thursday to place our order and had tires the next day. Within 45 minutes of dropping our car off everything was completed. Truly effortless experience, reasonable pricing, and fast/friendly service - will definitely return for future tire purchases. Not having price on the web site is not helpful.You can give whatever price you want.If you want me as a costumer price would be helpful. Sorry for negative review. I did hear that its a good company there work is verified

Fixed my daughters tires quickly.

Stopped in at Russell Tire today, with a donut spare on my car ask if they could look at and repair or replace the flat tire in the trunk. I have purchased tires from him before, but was told they work by appointment only. I apologized for not scheduling, but the flat tire the night before was kind of unexpected. The guy shrugged his shoulders and said he had a full day of work scheduled putting on new tires. He will not be selling me any tires again, I went to Reliable Tires down the street. If the older gentleman I spoke with was the owner, I hope the owner reads his company reviews and knows they turn away business when people need their service the most.

Im a college student nearby at PSU Altoona, and this is a great place to go. Its close to campus, the people are very nice, and theyre quick with what they do.

Called to have the balance checked on 2 wheels. Whoever answered had attitude and said “ I don’t have time for that” and hung up. Extremely unprofessional.

Had a nail in my tire and these guys were great! Got me right in!!! Especially since my car has a low clearance..... it is not always easy to find a place that can get it in a lift.
