I hadnt needed a body shop for any serious work for a long time. I hit a deer and the front end and passenger side of my car were damaged. I looked at reviews of Teds and also checked the BBB. Reviews were good and the BBB was good as well. Ironically I ended up with two vehicles needing repairs within a month. Teds worked directly with a rental agency for a rental car and with our insurance company as well to coordinate the repairs. The work and final repairs were excellent on both vehicles. Major parts were replaced as well a subtle damage repaired. The paint work was excellent blending the old and new finishes together. The staff was courteous and fielded all my questions as the process went along. They welcomed me to stop in and review progress as well if I liked (which I did).Just a note, Its been over a year since the repair and all is holding up well.

We had damage to our front bumper on our Toyota Camry. I had to get two estimates and Teds came through with the lowest estimate. Desiree was SUPER friendly and very personable during all of our visits. We went and picked up a rental car while having the work done and they said you didnt have to do that, just leave the rental car here when you pick up your Camry - We will take care of that. The work was done and on time. Our Camry looks new again and to our surprise, it was cleaned and detailed inside and outside when we picked it up!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The team at Teds did fantastic work on our Nissan Rogue. I managed to dent it twice in a year. They fixed the gouge I put in the drivers side door so that it looks like new. Also, they expertly repaired and replaced the rear taillight and fender where after I had bumped into a mailbox that jumped into my path while I was backing out of a parking place. Last, they completed the excellent work on the time schedule they promised while also keeping me apprised of their progress!! The crew at Teds Body Shop are very friendly as they greet you on the phone or at the shop.I have had 2 occasions to have work done on my car. I am pleased with how my car looked after being repaired from a minor accident. While picking up my car I noticed a brochure listing their Detailing service.I decided to wait until the messy weather of winter was over before using the Detailing service. Both the inside and outside of my car looks just as it did when I bought it 2 years ago.I was very pleased how quickly both jobs were accomplished at very reasonable prices. I will definitely use this business in the future.

Just pick up my car after a bumper/post incident. Even though the damage was light, I was treated like I was the most important customer they had. I bought a van knowing that it was going to need one hell of a cleaning... And I knew just the place for the job, Teds. The floorboard looked as if someone spilt coffee and pop, mixed with some candy and dirt, topped with cigarette ashes and vomit. (Just a little visual for ya) I am in shock at how clean Andy was able to get my van. It looks AMAZING! Teds is known for its great body shop work, but their detail department is outstanding, bar none.

Great experience with insurance work. Very friendly and professional. My wife called Adam at Teds when her Jeep got hit by another driver. Adam talked her through what needed to be done and contacted the other guys insurance company. While getting worked on we didnt have to call for updates, they called us when they said they would. Paint and body work looks like new. Recommended - customer service with a definite personal touch.

Near the end of deer season I was lucky to get a doe, but it was by the front of my truck. I took it to Teds Body shop and they did an excellent job. The parts that were needed werent readily available and it took longer than they thought, but they kept on top of trying to find the parts and kept me informed about the progress or lack thereof that they were making. They were so apologetic about taking so long, but if they couldnt get the parts it certainly was not their fault. I would highly recommend them and if I need any more body work done, I will definitely return there.............................

I collided with a sign last winter. Teds was the only estimate I received. The staff was friendly. They arranged for a rental car and did the work in a very timely manner. It was really cold out when I picked it up and did not take as good of look at the work as I should have. The topper had to be taken off my truck to do the repair. There are now several small chips off of the bottom of my topper that were broken off in this process. The second thing with the topper is that the top where I could not see sustained a large scrape from when I hit the sign. I sure thought they would have pointed it out for me when they had it off to report for the insurance claim. I noticed this later. As time goes by I notice how much the right rear quarter panel they fixed does not really look like the left including the gap to the tail light. Two stars is generous for their work, I would compare the job they did to what I would expect of an amateur working in their driveway. I sure expected more, maybe I expect too much. I have experience with one other body shop and I would not recommend them either.
