I go to this UPS store for all my AT&T returns, faxing, and copying I need to do. Very friendly staff always willing to give me their personal attention. Natasha was very friendly and helpful today. I do miss the lady that retired...she always went above and beyond, too. She was very helpful when my daughter had to ship a lot of items out of state. She even packed it for her!

This is the most unprofessional UPS store. They charged me 13$ for a paper mail package and lost it. We had tax documents in it and they say start an investigation rather than them doing it. It’s your responsibility after we hand you the mail. The address is perfectly written there. If there is a reading problem don’t join the job. This is truly unprofessional place. I don’t recommend this place at all. Drive a bit further and drop your package. If delivering mail is a problem for you guys stop wasting your and others time here. Go stay at home. Absolute nonsense of a place.

The only UPS store I’ve ever visited that refused to help. All of the negative reviews of this store are extremely accurate. I visit various UPS stores multiple times a week, this is the only store that has made me question my loyalty to the company.To make it worse, is the condescending responses of the owner.

They definitely dont know how to handle people in a nice way - that hurts the image of UPS stores #UPSstore - for the next time I prefer to drive a few more miles not to visit this store - they were lost - they had no idea what to do to a return from amazon - they are rude with the costumers Regardless of the consequences - UPS should send them an area manager posing as a costumer to see what the people who enter this store to use the shipping service are experiencing.

I read through reviews and think you are all doing too much. Theres nothing wrong with this store. Ive always been helped promptly and no one has ever treated me disrespectfully. One occasion the notary went above and beyond to help me. Never have a problem returning Amazon packages either.I think some of you are leaving reviews in bad faith just because you didnt package your items properly inside of the box. How is that their fault?

If I could give it a ZERO, I definitely would. UPS should not allow this place to use their name to represent their company. The customer service lacks to say the least and the employees are unprofessional. I will not return nor will I give a place like this my money. I will take my business elsewhere. They charge you for everything. Had an Amazon rerun package. Ask them if they can help me print the label. They asked me to use their rental computer ($0.35) per minute and this computer was very slow. Then there is a $1 fee to tape your box(which thankfully the associate waved for me). Have done these things at FedEx(print label is free) and USPS(they just give you free scotch tape to use)

Bad customer service. The kids behind the desk were unprofessional except for one guy and not helpful at all. They kept asking for the wifi password for the store next door because there is no service in the building. The girl was not helpful and definitely was not in the mood to even attempt helping or listening. She did tell me that 99% of the time the ups drivers dont care about the packages and will scan and deliver wherever. Umm ok? Explains why the label on my package was ripped and the package somehow ended back Im my house. Will be looking for another ups store

An inconvenience store. I usually go to the UPS Store for the convenience and I dont mind paying a bit more for it. Unfortunately, for a business model that is based in convenience this specific stores policies are designed to inconvenience you. I had a couple packages to ship and an Amazon return as well. For the Amazon return, I ordered a print of my label online to be picked up at this location before I went. When I arrived, I was told it was this franchises policy that they could not print shipping labels becaue of viruses and fraud, even though I had already paid for the printing. However, they added, if I happened to have the file with me, I could rent their computer, at a cost of course, put my file on their computer, and print it. Im not sure the logic there of that being less susceptible to virues or fraud than using the corporate website to send the print to the store. Not having the file, I had to spend an hour of my day returning home, finding another place to print my label and then returning to the store. I understand that Amazon probably doesnt pay a lot to the store for handling these packages, but its a bad business decision to inconvenience your paying customers for no reason when convenience is really suppose to be the sole benefit of your business. I would have gladly paid more just to have my label I had already purchased, rather than have this store waste my time over nonsense.

If you don’t like personalized red carpet service this store may not be for you. I started doing business with them in 2014 when I was new in orlando and I still enjoy world class service. Whether its shipping, notary, passport photos, etc Natasha, Celena, Peter and Jonny are always super helpful and delightful!!!!

Advertises they open until 6pm on 12/19. Closes at 5. Garbage place.4/6/21 Edit: No, I did not mistake them for another store, as the response from the owner suggests. As you can see from other reviews, the store most certainly did have a discrepancy in hours opened online versus actual store hours several months ago. Kudos for fixing it.I do love how the management of this store seems to think that everything on these reviews that is complained about is not their fault. What an elitist mentality. :)

Dropped a prepaid package off and asked the guy working if he had any fragile stickers I could have. He said they sell them, and I politely agreed to purchase some. After he then couldn’t locate any for sale, I asked if I could just borrow a marker to write β€œfragile” on the side of the box. He agreed, but then just took my box, scanned it, and set it aside. I reminded him about the writing and he said he’d do it for me since the marker was β€œin the back of the store”. Not wanting to be a pest, I agreed and left. My package was delivered to my customer yesterday and was severely damaged. The customer sent me photos of the box and there was no β€œfragile” writing anywhere on it. Absolutely horrible customer service, believe the bad reviews about this location.

The staff at this location are very rude. Every time Ive gone into the place to ship something back to Amazon they give short answers and suggestions. Sometimes it feels like they are trying to pick a fight with Amazon customers. I know Amazon is their competition, but maybe if they were a little nicer to people they would get better reviews and more customers.

I must say that I have read the reviews posted and I have also been witness to customers being rude to the staff here. Sometimes people are quick to point the finger but not at themselves. I utilize this location for a lot of services both personal and business with no issues ever! Natasha, Tom, Janet, Peeta and the crew here are very professional, friendly and fast. They give their customers personal attention and this place is always clean and orderly so the owner Omar does deserve some credit because this location is run right! This location stays busy and the staff there handles the customers very well! They never miss a beat! Great crew!

With so many alternative UPS locations why go to this one? Years ago it was fine but lately they have mindless zombies working there. Until they are fired or quit, avoid this place unless you like long waits and refusal of service when you reach the counter over the most trivial of issues. Today the kid behind the counter wanted to make a distinction between box and shipping box and wanted to charge me $7.95 for a shipping box for me to put my box into. I called UPS and told them this has never been an issue in the past and they told me as long as it is in a box that is in good condition, I dont need another box. I went to another UPS and they took the box no ifs ands or buts. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This is not the first time Im given grief at this location. At one time it was as good as any other location but now it is a hassle. Avoid this location at all costs. It gives UPS a bad name.

Extremely poor customer service for sure. If you see a lady name Natasha (not sure if it’s real name, she could be arrogant owner) then take your items and run out of store. She has no clue what amazon is and how to help customer with Amazon return. She is extremely proud to share a fact, β€œI am an old fashion girl and I don’t have an amazon account... I am unable to help you with your return, you need to contact Amazon for help, I can only scan a bar code.” In other words, It’s your problem and not mine. She is very proud of her ignorance when it comes to helping customers who use technology. She did a great job of sharing her biggest accomplishment of her life (when it comes to technology) and that is she has successfully figured out how to use a handheld bar code scanner at this UPS store. God forbid, if she is required to learn Amazon return procedure.... it would be no less than learning how to do a brain surgery.With all the negative reviews and reading same issues over and over again, it is very clear the owners are not serious about customer service. They are too busy counting all the money they can make from scamming customers Amazon and UPS are sending them.Anyhow, good luck future customers dealing with this crazy place, I am done for sure.

Contrary to the other reviews on here, Ive never had a poor experience at this UPS! One time I had to make copies of a notebook, but forgot to bring cash. One of the gentlemen continued to make copies of each page, making sure it was how I wanted while I went to grab cash from my car. Today, I went in with numerous Christmas cards/gifts and despite the Christmas rush, Janet meticulously went through each gift/card and informed me of all the different shipping modes and prices so I could make the best decision. Im lucky I live close to this UPS, but if you have a choice, pick this location!

Needed to ship 2 cell phones back to the carrier. They were inside their original phone boxes. Shipping was prepaid, but I needed 2 small bubble lined bags or boxes to ship them in. The store personnel said a box would be better. I said I wanted whatever was cheaper between bubble bags or boxes. She heard me. And proceeded to put them in boxes. $2.75 for each box. Bubble bags were $2.10. Its not the matter of .65 cents thats worth mentioning, its the fact that they did what would be beneficial for the store.

We had a short amount of time to get out domestic and international shipments for several boxes. We also needed custom packing and insurance, with some items going to the US and another headed overseas.Omar was exceedingly helpful. He provided us with options for shipping time and costs, as well as options for the best packing for fragile items. He even made a hand truck available to us and helped us carry packages in from the car! He took special care to see that all the items we brought over two days were taken care of and shipped properly.I would recommend this UPS store to anyone, and I will certainly use it again if needed.

So disgusted with UPS policy on customer service. I brought in a package to send back and ran out of clear tape so instead of covering it in duct tape I was hoping to use some tape at UPS and I was told I had to pay a dollar for a few pieces of tape. But to make matters worse when I went to then pay for it with a card I was told it’s a $4 minimum charge. So then I had to get try and find some change in my car because I do not carry cash. Glad to know that UPS really cares about helping it’s customers. Don’t worry I won’t ever be back and I’ll make sure to let everyone know about your policy.

Read this review before using this location or its services. Omar is a certified scam artist. I went to this location at Gateway Crossings to return an Amazon item. Amazon sent a pre-paid return label which I transferred to a USB drive. Handed my USB drive to Omar as Ive done in the past at other UPS locations and walked over with him to the copier and printed one page black and white with the label. I also informed him that the top of the package would need to be taped. He advised it would be a $1 taping fee, no problem.Omar rang me up at the register and when I reached for my card the total was $3.84, I asked him where the new dollar amount came from since I only agreed to a $1 taping fee. He said there was a $2 Computer Use fee. This made me pause because the computer is on the other side of the small office. I pointed to the computer and said I didnt use the computer, in fact its not even on. He said normally he would have customers e-mail the file over to him which he would send to the printer and he was doing me a favor by walking my USB drive over to the printer to print it out. He also added that the Computer Use fee is normally $3 but he is giving me a discount. (A discount for a service I did not use).Rather than press the issue further I went to pay. He stopped me and said it has to be $4 minimum. Now Ive heard of FedEx putting a $10 temporary hold for prints on your card, but this was something entirely new to me. Again, I just wanted to leave at this point so put a smile on my face became very friendly, knowing I would wait until my package was shipped from that location and I would post a detailed review on as many review sites as I could. I grabbed the nearest object which was a 2 x 110 Yd Clear Tape Roll for $4.99 - The reciept breakdown is as follows:Taping Fee - $1.00Print B/W 8.5x11 QTY 2 (He charged me for 2 pages somehow) - $0.78Computer Use - $2.002 x 110 Yd Clear Tape - $4.99Subtotal $8.77Sales Tax $0.41The total came to $9.18After he gave me my receipt I realized that he also charged me for the page I printed (which is expected) however he charged me for a Computer Use fee in addition to that. I realize now he was attempting to get me as close to $4 as possible without going over so I would have to purchase another item.A normally free trip for a return via FedEx and other UPS stores turned into a $9.18 visit and I only used this location because I was on the other side of Altamonte Springs that day. The best thing I can do is warn people of this location. He is does not represent UPS well and other reviews can attest.Isnt it fraud to charge someone for services they did not receive? In the end, he needs that $9.18 more than I do.

This location needs to have customer service refresher to boost their skills. They are so grimy and looking to charge a fee for every little thing. I went there to return a package from Amazon, which I had to pay $8.19 for. The lady said it was $1 to tape the box. A dollar? For her to use one hand to tape a box. That’s ridiculous. I never ever have cash. I asked to use my card, she said then you’ll have to buy a roll of tape. A roll of tape just to tape one box? That’s outrageous.
