Came in today to inquire about a rental space I need before the winter and Sara was extremely helpful and patient with me as she reviewed all of the options available to me. I want to commend the services/work of Sarah in the office at this location. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties to assist me with an issue (my issue, not theirs). She didnt have to help me, it was my issue and when I walked out the door I figured it was done. Then, later that day, Sarah called to let me know that she took it UPON HERSELF to reach out to management to resolve the issue in my favor. In these crazy days when customer service in so many businesses is sorely lacking, the service I received from Sarah was AMAZING. If management reads these reviews (and I hope they do) Sarah deserves recognition and high-praise for the job she is doing (and even a pay-raise). Caring, professional employees are something to be cherished!

I was happy to find affordable storage close to home. HOWEVER, after just 2 months they raised my rent almost $10. Then the following month they shorten the gate hours to only 9:30 to 6! Completely inconvenient! No explanation at all so if you work a regular job you can never access during the week. I do not understand how they decided to charge more but offer less services. I thought it was temporary maybe because of the pandemic .Will be taking my business elsewhere!

The staff is excellent, would give them 5 stars! The gate hours however, are absolutely awful, 9:30 to 6:00? those hours dont work for those of us with jobs or who own our own business.

I come to this location to pay my moms storage bill and the service from Joyce is always excellent.

They Increased the monthly rent by almost $10 out of nowhere this month and then I arrive today to access my unit at 8pm and was met with a sign saying the gate hours now start at 9:30am and end at 6pm and 5pm on the weekends. Gate access has always been until 6am-9pm and even says so still on Google. So basically if you work a regular 9-5 you would never be able to access your unit. No notice was given for these new hours and you would think they wouldnt charge more monthly then reduce access by 8.5 hours a day. What is the increase paying for? I packed up my car and drove over here only to not be able to get in. This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient and now I will have to look for another storage place that honors their original hours.

They have changed their gate hours from 9pm to 5-530pm. For anyone who works 9-5 or 10-6 like my fiance and I, will not be able to visit our unit till the weekend. This is very inconvenient especially when the time we are available so happens to be after the gate hours. You limit access but I saw no decrease in rent.
