I rented for 3 years. Full 3 bd townhome. All items were in a temperature controlled unit. Items remained safe and bug free. Easy payment options and helpful payment reminders. Professional friendly staff. Will definitely use them again.

To the review before me. It would be really easy if you just paid your bills on time. It would avoid everything. This place is absolutely fantastic. The staff is so caring and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for affordable storage. I had the absolute pleasure of working with a lady named Gina. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly and professionally. A true asset to the company.

Oh my goodness this place is affordable and so nice and clean. They offer indoor heated units or outdoor if you prefer.There elevators are large plus they have carts you can use to transport your belongings.The employees are very competent and so helpful. I dont even want to give them one star!I will tell everyone I know NOT to useLife Storage because it is not geared for customers.This is not my 1st situation with this company that has shown me that they do not care about their customers, they just care about the $$$.My latest situation I was late with my payment for about a week and they had the nerve to put a lock on my unit, of course I didnt know this and I had made a payment before leaving work to come here for a wasted trip!Ive dealt with other storage companies and I could be almost a month late and they would not put a lock on and do not get me started on how horrible they treated their customers during this pandemic, not caring if people of out of work, they would never refund a late fee. Public storage really stepped up during the pandemic, carrying about customers needs, even refunding more than one months late fees.

Gina and Betsy are very nice and helpful with my storage transfer and i never have any problems with anything and it’s always clean and I think they both need a raise or a bonus. Every time I ask for something or talk to them they actually treat me with respect unlike most storage places and my experience with life storage has been excellent will continue to give them my business and refer my friends and family their as well.

Clean but terrible customer service. They overlocked my unit for no reason, probably a mistake. I needed to access my unit and after office hour. After 3 calls and wasted time, nobody helped.

Just moved into our first storage unit today. The manager was more than helpful and explained everything in detail for us to understand as first time renters. There Is a bit of a mix up with our access code working but even their corporate customer service has been an amazing help. From the first call inquiring about the storage units to even sitting on the phone with them late at night to fix our code they’re nothing but professional, kind, helpful and in great moods! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

Rent it out a 5 by 10 unit at a reasonable rate within 6 months it doubled? Also takes out $22 a month for insurance that I dont need. No I wouldnt go back.

Life Storage is the place to go if your looking for storage, long term or short. Prices are great and they even have a truck on sight with a free time slot with a move in rental. They have all the packing supplies you could need also. It saves you so much time and energy having everything you could possible need right here!!! Theresa was so helpful and so nice. She even helped me carry my boxes I bought out to my car. Great place!!

I wanted to like this place. It is clean and seems safe enough however it seems their employees are not well informed. When initially signing up to rent a space at this particular location I was assured that the card provided for the initial payment would automatically be charged for the following months. Yet here we are with a late fee applied because I supposedly didnt sign up for auto pay. This is literally the only thing I confirmed with the associate when initially signing my contract. Dont let the reviews mislead you. Try somewhere else. Ill be moving my things to a more trustworthy source shortly.

This place is amazing. I have never used storage before and really had no clue how it all worked. I came into the office and Theresa was such a great help. She got me into the right size storage I need for my things and answered all my questions and concerns I had (which were a lot). The units are ok, they built a new building and expect us to pay for it. My unit and most others are the same as before not even a new door latch! Since they bought this place over a year ago they have raised my rent 4 times this is crazy!! Its still the same storage unit I rented back then starting at 160 now its over $216 to rent the same. All because they and other big box stores have bought up all small local owned storage facilities. I understand business and the need to make profits but really over a $50 increase per month for a storage locker?? Not recommend

Came here because I needed a small storage unit to store some extra things from my salon. Theresa helped me find the perfect size unit. I feel very safe coming here by myself at night because the building is very secure and well lit. Great place!!

I initially did my rental online and ended up getting a horrible wet unit. Went in and spoke with manager Sam Smith and he was very helpful, patient, informative (and funny! lol) and was able to get me into a better unit without any type of hassle. The process for getting a storage unit was quick and easy. Sam, the Associate Director, was very helpful and efficient, which I greatly appreciate. I also appreciate the availability of the moving van and we have reserved it to move items instead of having to rent from UHaul or Penske separately. Life Storage is helping our move be less complicated and cheaper and that is greatly appreciated!

I was looking for a semi-permeant self storage unit. So I visited a few of the other self storage facilities in the area. I found that the customer service and attention I received at Uncle Bobs was second to none. And although this location is a bit older, they are doing some nice renovations to update everything. Really happy I choose to go with Uncle Bobs.

Uncle Bobs is a good company, honest and generous. They found my sisters phone which had fallen out of her pocket when she was there and didnt realized it. They called her to tell her they found it and they are shipping it back to her free of charge. Not many people or places would do such a thing.

Service was great. Sarah (with the red hair) does a good job in customer service and just having conversation. Didnt get a chance to speak/work with the other Sarah, but Ive heard great things.
