Very impressed with the quality of their service. From the booking process to the actual service (Alexandra, sugaring) everything went smoothly. Staff were friendly. My skin got really sensitive during pregnancy, so I made sure to let them know in advance. Alexandra was very gentle and always made sure that I felt alright. Would come back again.

I always have an amazing experience, and a very thorough wax! I love the COVID-19 procedures, and always feel safe when I come in for my wax! I wish more places had the same procedures! My appointments are always on time and the price is very reasonable compared to other not as good places in the area. Also, every time I go in the TV in the room has been playing The Great British Baking Show, which is definitely a plus! I actually look forward to my waxes since Ive found this place!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian with the sugaring process. And honestly it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Maria was amazing. She talk with me the whole time. She was very informative, caring, and quick. I booked the appointment because of the awesome reviews I saw online and Ive been wanting to try sugaring instead of waxing for awhile. Im actually from SC and could not get an appointment before I came to GA. So figured Ill just get it done once I got there. I ran into so much traffic I had to push my appointment back twice. The fact that I was accommodated was also amazing as well. Oh and the price was very reasonable considering she literally got every single hair from my stomach to my butt. Did I mention my skin felt baby soft? Im so happy with the results that I might actually just drive down every month just for the experience.

I will never go back to this place again. I had Alexanderia and she was just awful . Ive gotten waxes done before and they were patient and explained what they were using and the process. This was my first time getting a sugar wax and she completely rushed my process. She didnt make me feel comfortable or hell even explain what she was using . She just laid me down and started waxing and then told me was hair wasnt long enough. I will not be returning here for anything else.

This was my first time getting a bikini wax EVER and Maria was absolutely amazing! Her professionalism made me feel at ease and she talked me through each and every step. She constantly asked about my pain rating (on a scale of 1-5) to effectively adjust how much pressure she should use to make the process more comfortable.The office, bathroom, and waxing room were very clean and neat.Maria checked my temperature at the door and provided me with hand sanitizer. Came here for the first time last week & this has been the best Brazilian sugaring I’ve ever gotten & the best experience I’ve ever had!Firstly, the space was very COVID-safe & I was given a temp check & hand sanitizer upon arrival. Masks are required.My Russian aesthetician (sorry I’m terrible with remembering names!) talked me through the whole thing and made the experience very comfortable and not intimidating or awkward at all! She made sure everything was removed, even some noticeable hairs on my lower stomach. It’s been a week & my skin is still super soft and supple, and still not a stubble which has happened after the same post-period elsewhere. I will definitely be coming here & only here from now on! I have no complaints. Even the atmosphere is great, it’s upbeat yet peaceful. All of the rooms are clean and organized. They make a point to keep customers comfortable by doing their jobs as quickly and pain free as possible, I usually spend only 20 minutes there. Using the website and scheduling an appointment is simple and convenient. I believe the pricing is very reasonable. I go for the sugaring option over waxing as I have very sensitive skin and find the sugaring to be healthier for my skin since it leaves no reaction. The process is only slightly uncomfortable, and I am always engaged in conversation and distracted. Also, most importantly, the results are 100% worth it. When I was originally looking for a waxing place I chose organic wax because of its 5 star google rating and for me it has definitely held up to those standards.

Alexandra is fantastic! This was my second visit and she made me feel as comfortable as the first. My first visit was my first sugaring ever after years of shaving and she made sure to explain everything and let me know what she was doing, explained the difference between wax and sugar, post wax care and more. The facility is kept very clean and they practice safe sanitation and sterilization procedures. Olga did an excellent job. She answered my questions and put me at ease. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She also introduced me to a product that treated and has since prevented ingrown hairs. Since my visit here, I have not had ANY more ingrown hairs and my skin cleared up!

I am new to the area, and have been very hesitant to try a new waxing person. I saw this place had good reviews, and they live up to what everyone has said. I had Alexandra, and she was amazing. I didnt know how long it would take to get there so I arrived 15 minutes early, and she was ready to go! She was very precise, asked me about my skin and preferences on my eyebrow shape, and I felt almost nothing as she waxed my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back! 10 out of 10.
