If i could give 0 stars i would . Came with my friend for the first time and the lady Burned me after we repeatedly informed her the wax was too hot . Had to go treatments to get my skin back healthy luckily They worked . Her name was Nooshin . Also, she was aggravated because I had to keep telling her she missed spots, if I’m paying for a wax you’re going to get all of the hairs off! Shouldn’t be a problem. The other staff was extremely friendly here but I wouldn’t recommend Nooshin even if someone paid me to.

Emily is the sweetest and most professional person I have ever met. I was super nervous and it was my first time there and she calmed my nerves instantly talking me through the entire thing. She also recommended and incredible product. Can’t wait for my next appointment in a few weeks!

This place is nice and clean and their service is great. Had a rough experience the first time as I got some rash after waxing, but I think it just depends on the person who is doing it. Took 1 star for that and that its a bit expensive. I got Robin the next time and she was amazing! If you go to this location or Sandy springs, ask for Robin, she does an amazing job and super nice. Wont be disappointed. Will continue going back to her. Thanks Robin!

Kyrena is amazing! She is very professional, quick and painless. I am pleased with her service and look forward to my next wax (which is a first)! The location overall is very nice and clean w/great customer service at the front desk.

Took my daughter to another one of Their locations in a different state and had a great experience.I can’t say the same for this location. We will not be going back here the girl that did my daughters eyebrows messed them up.

I ran out of this place, literally. The techinian named Brook said dont have time for you, someone is waiting for my appointment after I asked her to be gentle since Im really sensitive. The whole time, her attitude made me feel not only extremely uncomfortable but also disrespected. Ive just moved into the neighborhood, and thought this upscale center would be having outstanding service. Dead wrong. Never again and not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a fast rushed job and there was quite a bit of hair left behind
