By far the best wax salon in the Southeast and very reasonably priced!! I have been to 4 other wax salons and this one is my favorite! They spend time making sure your wax is perfect and charge less than anywhere else.

Bia was very honest about the process which I was grateful for because it was my first Brazilian wax. She walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. I was scared going in and she gave me reassurance. It was easy and practically painless. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Bia!

I don’t recommend this spa. While the ladies were very nice and everything seemed very clean, I was pretty badly burned from my eyebrow waxing. My eyelids were swollen and red for the rest of the day despite icing them and applying aquafor. Days later my wounds scabbed. I’d give them some slack if this was a new employee or a single event, but I found out this same thing happened to my neighbor a couple weeks before. She said she was burned so badly she had open wounds on her eyelids. Unacceptable.

Irana Couto has always given me the best experience, and I will literally only see her. She’s so warm-hearted and welcoming and never fails me. She has been the first person to ever wax me and I have tried another wax lady down the street from them and didn’t even experience half of what she always does! The receptionist was wonderful, she did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable and perfumery apologized for my bad experience which was not her fault, I appreciate her HOWEVER....the Brazilian lady who made my yoni steam made it TOOOOOO hot, then did nothing to make it better until my 4th complaint. I will never go back and I’ve already told friends not to even bother. I was excited bc I live in Alpharetta and it’s closer but I will drive to Atlanta for the better experience. Also the timeliness of it all was awful, no consideration!
