Great communication, AMAZING QUALITY, really reasonable prices, FAST (but not sloppy/rushed) work, and incredibly RELIABLE. Their staff is super great!! Everyone who works on the renovation is an employee of PP&R, and they don’t hire independent folks to get the job done. That gave us so much more confidence in not only the quality of work, but also the reliability of each employee to show up and get the work done. We had our kitchen completely remodeled with its existing layout, and couldn’t be more impressed with the final product. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great work by Pro Paint & Remodeling! They painted our living area, stairwell, half bath and master bedroom and did a fantastic job. Crew was very helpful when we were selecting colors too. The men working at the house were very respectful and courteous. They also worked very hard to keep everything clean and did an excellent job on cleanup one the product was finished. We liked them so much were actually going to book them for two more project. I highly recommend them.

This was the biggest project my husband and I have taken on, and it went smoother than expected. Pro Painting & Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. They helped explain all the options to me, and there attention to detail was remarkable, making me feel at ease with the project. They removed the stucco, added siding to 3 sides , shutters, gutters, a new door and a WONDERFUL new porch. There designer helped guide me with color choices and it turned out perfect. I felt like the crew became a part of my family, one even helped me with a sick pet, i was kinda sad to see them leave. Great quality work, affordable and finished on time. I couldnt be happier, will definitely use them again!

We had all of our interior walls and trim repainted by My ProPainting & Remodeling and it looks beautiful! We painted the walls Repose Gray and the trim extra white and I couldnt be happier, it really brought this 14 year old house back to life. They were very professional and communicated well with me, always responded promptly to my emails and questions. They gave me my estimate on Saturday and they were able to get started on that Monday. The painting crew was friendly, professional and most important of all they did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them in the future when we remodel our bathrooms and kitchen.

I am shocked to see the positive reviews on here. We had them come out to give an estimate sometime in July. Cliff was very polite and said he would have the estimate to us the following week. When we did not receive it, my wife followed up and he said he was on vacation and it would be a couple days. Here we are in August. I have had calls with Christian as well as the office manager (did not catch her name) who BOTH said the estimate was ready but not sure why sent. I had lost Cliffs card but got the number but the mailbox was full. If its this hard just to get my estimate, then I cant even imagine what it must be working with them. I just dont get it.UPDATE: Been meaning to address this after owners response. I DID give them another chance and connected with Cliff who got me the estimate. Afterwards, I let him know I had some questions and asked when we can talk them over. He was very receptive and I was able to connect with him once to set up a time, and then....crickets. I tried a couple more times and finally gave up.The owner does not feel one star is fair, so how about zero stars? I would if I could. Let me be clear...more than one person in the office kept promising they would have the estimate sent. They did NOT have to do that. I would have been more than happy if someone said two weeks, but they kept overpromising. Its good to see a lot of happy customers, but before you go on the attack, you might want to get your facts straight with your office. And no...there wont be another chance here. Youve had your fun.

We hired Pro Painting & Remodeling to paint our living room and kitchen, which included all trim, brick fireplace, ceilings, walls, and pantry closet. The crew came in, worked steadily and efficiently, and did a great job. They stay in touch during the process and reply promptly if any questions arise. Good work, no wasted time, left the house neat, clean, and well painted, and were very polite and professional.

We had My Pro Painting do a very large job for us. They painted our entire house, including all of our kitchen cabinets, crown molding, and base boards and of course the walls and ceilings. They did a fantastic job. The team was very professional and left our house as clean as you can with that size job every day. They were with us 2 weeks, and did a great job communicating with us as to what was coming next. They made sure we were happy with the quality and never complained even when I had them redo one room because of my mistake on the paint color - they wanted to make sure we would be satisfied and happy when the job was done. Highly recommend. I plan to use them again in the future.

Friendly and helpful.My houses walls used to look very old and damaged. After their worked on that my home has a fresh feeling and it made a whole new look on the entire place. Very recommendable.

I can not say enough good things about this company. From the time I asked for an estimate to the time they were finished and actually asked for a final inspection, they did what they said they would do. And they did it very well for a very competitive price. I had them paint the entire exterior of my 2200 sf home including the brick, two car detached garage, garden room and 12 x 16 foot shed. I also had them repair the drywall and paint after I had the house re-piped. I could not tell were the plumbing work was done. It was like it never happened. Even under my kitchen counter in the cabinets.I will just say it, the best home service contractor I ever hired.

I have used My pro painting for many different projects at both our old home and our new home. They have painted kitchen and bathroom cabinets for us, built a half wall and column in our entryway, removed a patio cover, hung and painted a new front door, and most recently, painted the walls in our whole home. I have not had a good experience with this company. There were lots of issues with the quality of work when they did our bathrooms. They look nice, but there were quite a few things I had to do myself like clean the grout off the tiles. I now am trying to have someone come out and look at a couple things and have been trying now for a couple months with no success. They are not responsive on emails and do not value customer service. I would not recommend this company and will not use their services for any future work.

The bid came in reasonable compared to others and they were able to start right away and finished quickly. Every room they did looks great, they fixed all little holes and cracks and did a good job put an even coats of paint on.

Contracted Pro Painting for major remodeling on our home. The work performed by the sub contractors was fine however the in house Pro Painting staff was hit or miss. The major issues we had were with the actual painting of the exterior and interior of our home. The main painter who did the majority of the work rushed through our home with areas unpainted and lack of adequate prep work. I brought the lack of quality to the owner of Pro Painting to which he assured me that although this particular painter rushes, he always goes back to fix his mistakes. This didn’t sit well with me but I nievely gave him the benifit of the doubt. Well, the head painter decided at some point to quit and left several areas that needed to be touched up. The final punch out list was quite extensive and for some reason basic things like painting recently installed floor trim or removing spilled paint took multiple exasperating calls. Pro Painting in my opinion developed a strange case of blindness and amnesia when I would email pictures or show directly the work that needed to be completed or touched up. I would be feel embarrassed to recommend Pro Painting to even my worst enemy but if for some reason you decide to contract Pro Painting, I would suggest you not allow them to put off correcting items for the final punch out list because more than likely the list will be rather extensive.I also provided a key to our home to the owner of the company to allow his workers unrestricted access to our home. He has for some reason refused to return my key despite a request to do so. I went ahead and changed the locks but this is just the icing on the cake for in my opinion a less than professional experience.

They have done 2 jobs at my home, the first was interior painting where they did a decent job at a reasonable price. Second was to replace siding, replace rotten wood on window trim, build a deck, and replace 2 windows. The siding replacement went fairly well, they tried to cover up some rotten siding that we agreed to replace with a portion of the deck, but replaced it after I reminded them of the lapse. The window trim was replaced with mostly good work.The deck replacement really showed that they employ some mediocre carpenters, there are large chips out of boards, nails coming out of the side of boards. They also tried to place a board that was cut incorrectly and hoped I wouldnt notice - it looked horrible. Some of these issues they replaced when I pointed it out, others were not. A lot of cracks are appearing where nails are located within the boards. Also they did not plan appropriately and placed the stairs directly onto a stump, which I then had to find someone to quickly come out and grind (at my own cost). When they say they will clean up, it means that they will remove their tools, thats about it. I still have dozens of nails, screws, and concrete chips throughout my yard. Also, the dumpster they used strongly smelled of urine as they would use it (while in my yard) as a restroom. The workers do not respect your yard/house as they would their own - one of the biggest issues I have with them.The replacement windows never happened even though I said they could change from the older single pane to easily obtained double pane windows to make it easier. I have emailed them 3 different times, reminding them that I used Propainting because they assured me that they could do the entire job - have not heard back. In hindsight, I should have gone with another company and will do so in the future. Would not recommend them at all.

Extremely unprofessional - rescheduled 3 times, including once same day where we had to call the office multiple times before we got an answer where they said their scheduler messed up and that we were not on the schedule for the day. A nightmare to get resolved, especially when we have to take time off of work to meet them at home.A small job (small flooring install + a few 4x8s of drywall for a ceiling) ended up not being finished in one day, the flooring was left incomplete and with holes in our drywall where the baseboard was pulled up. Baseboard was also broken and left half attached/resting on the wall. Made no effort to remedy anything, simply told us to call if we wanted more work done. No transitions done between the new floor and the existing carpet, plus our closet is also still carpeted even though we told them to install the flooring in there as well. Flooring person said they would be coming back the next day, but no one ever arrived. Drywall was left spackled and not primed/painted at all. We ended up finishing the project ourselves.Do not use them.

I’ve used Pro Painting twice in the past year. First project involved rebuilding a deck, replacing the siding on the house, repairing soffits/fascia, recaulking windows, and repainting the entire house exterior. The second project involved another house—recaulking the windows, repainting the trim and window frames, and replacing cracked window panes. Both projects were completed on-time and as budgeted per the estimate: There were no post-project problems to reconcile—no paint spills, drops, etc. to clean up/damage to landscaping. After the projects completed the owner, Renato, reviewed the work with me to ensure my satisfaction.The crews performing the work were polite and conferred with me before attempting anything that might be problematic to avoid mistakes and re-work; done right the first time. Also, the office coordinator, Angelica, updated me on schedules and possible delays.Overall Pro Painting is very professional and customer-oriented and its pricing is competitive. I intend to use them again.

TL;DR - Extremely unprofessional. I was told it would take 3 days to get an estimate and I still dont have one after 3+ weeks. No one at the company will return my calls or emails, and theyve not told me at all what the situation is.I had an extremely negative experience with Renalto, Ashley, and the whole team at Pro Painting and Remodeling. Renalto met me out at a house for a renovation estimate, and we went through and described the work to be done. I explained that were buying this house and renovating at the same time, so time was of the essence in order to close on the hose. Renalto said that he could have an estimate in 3-4 days.He missed that deadline, with no comment to me. I contacted them the next week and was told that hed have it by that weekend. He did not, with no comment about why things were taking so long. He did not have it the following week.No one at this company will return my calls or e-mails- theyve apparently decided that it is easier to just ignore me than to prepare this estimate, which is extremely unprofessional and has single-handedly delayed my closing date by a few weeks.

I have had three jobs done,The first job was great painted inside they are great painters ( Their contractors ).The second job was to have my house painted outside omg the did not cover anything so I had to clean the paint off the windows,table and chair and decking which I have to had repaint the decking,I had to tidy up after them eg razor blades,empty paints tins,now I am left with sidings peeling and will need to be replaced did not even put the putty into the window before painting.The third job omg it took 7 month well it is not finish,It was a kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is okay,but they damage the wall in the hallway, hand rail, I had to repaint the bathroom and fix the trims which was cut to high,I had to have the carpet replace the all of upstairs the whole lot because I could not get the dirty out of the carpet but the kitchen they measured the doors wrong twice and the drawers well one does not fit correct measure three time, and painted them 4 or 5 times, I had to rehang the doors myself.Broke my driveway I have to clean up after them in three different rooms and filled up the dumpster myself,now the paint is starting to come off the doors, so I will have to replace the whole kitchen :(. They never turn up I was left for two months with no one showing.I would not recommend pro paints only for painting inside.
