Like many during the last year we decided to renovate two of the bathrooms in our new Hilton Head home. Because my wife was recovering from surgery and couldn’t go out, I handled the research and ground work. Having never updated a bathroom before, I was in need of help. A friend suggested visiting the Kohler store in Alpharetta, GA for ideas. I was lucky to have had a very knowledgeable and professional design consultant help me. Her name is Jessica DiCerbo and was a pleasure to deal with. She helped coordinate shipping to coincide with our projects dates and the guidance she provided was invaluable. Kohler is the standard. The products are super quality and we couldn’t be more pleased. Go visit Jessica if shopping for bath or kitchen plumbing and decorative hardware.

She took the time to get to know me and helped me to determine my style and this aided in the selection of all my Kohler products. It was a pleasure to work with Victoria in selecting all the shower fixtures for my bathroom remodel. The showroom is lovely and shopping “in person” is a much better experience than a trip down the rabbit hole with the Internet. And the prices are most competitive. The black was an overbearing color in this bathroom. The cashmere color toned it down appropriately in my opinion. I am so much more pleased with the colors in this bathroom now.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be doing a virtual tour of the KOHLER Signature Store last month. My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficient the hour tour went and it was a due to the professionalism of Jessica DiCerbo. She extremely confident in using virtual technology. We just assumed Jessica had been working virtually with clients for many months only to find we were her first virtual completion. She was a delight and so well organized. I give her and the Store a FIVE star rating.

Great showroom with a lot of options to see, and even test out. We made a same day appointment and headed over. Our consultant, Jessica, was fantastic. Helpful throughout our ~2 hour visit. She committed to have an invoice/proposal to us by EOD, and she did. She even notified us she would be out for the two following days, but would follow up upon her return. Lastly, she matched pricing to an online retailer for us on a couple items they had on sale that we were ordering. Order was placed, and we cant wait to pick everything up!10/10 would recommend to everyone.

We stopped at several kitchen fixture stores before coming to the Kohler Signature Store in Alpharetta. Most clerks ignored us completely, or pointed in the direction of the kitchen fixtures. It was dissapointing at the least. When we entered the Kholer store Jessica DiCerbo immediately greeted us with a warm smile, and was anxious to help us. She guided us through all the choices, even suggested lighting fixtures which we hadnt thought of replacing, but really completed the look we were after. She knows her product, is detailed to the smallest component. She follows through every step of the way, and kept us updated on the arrival date of our order. Even checked the day of the delivery, as the truck rolled into our driveway to see that everything had arrived undamaged and that we were happy campers. Weve never had a consultant so dedicated to her customers needs, knowlegable, gracious, and detailed in her approach to a project. If ever we need anything from Kholer in the furture.... you can bet well be going directly to Jessica. Thank you Jessica, for making this a pleaserable experience for us. I just wanted to say what a great customer experience both me and my wife have had working with Victoria at Kohler in Alpharetta. I am just one of those people who knows what he wants, goes in the store buy it and leave. Where as my lovely wife will be at a store all day asking this question, that question etc. That is actually great that she does that. It just does not work good for me😂. Victoria make the whole experience great for me with her patience, and just knowing that I was struggling with the whole time consuming experience. That is because Victoria has great people skills. Also, she is very professional with a cool sense of fun along the way. Because of Victoria., as long as she is working there I will always cane to Kohler first when we need items that they provide for our home. They should give her a franchise of her own.

Yulmon at the Northpoint store is amazing! If you were looking to do any new builds, remodels, anything – you’ve got to come to the show room! The Showroom itself is utterly fantastic. It is extremely experiential and there are several options to look at. By experiential here are a few examples of what I mean: as soon as you walk in there’s this amazing Lazy Susan that has all of their faucet finishes, sinks, countertops etc. and you literally just spin for the combination that you want. They have several of their products set up so that you can see them. Even their bathtubs – feel free to just walk around and sit in them all. I did. In the back there’s the most amazing showerhead display I have ever seen! If you’re wondering what the water pressure might be like out of a particular showerhead, it is probably in the shower display. All you need to do is touch a button and on comes the water! Be sure to try the rain ceiling. I didn’t even know they made such a thing. It is really spectacular to be able to not only see the spray patterns but the pressure and force out of the different options. Especially the hand held items. If you’re looking for a toilet, They’ve got it. In fact, you got to try the one with the different luxury options. They have some that are motion sensor lids and they have some of the things that I had didn’t even know the toilet could have. And beautiful one-of-a-kind sinks- vessels. I could go on and on. They have so many products!Now, back to a Yulmon. He is unbelievably professional, charming and full of knowledge. He was extremely helpful and more importantly, patient. No pressure- always a smile. We had been in the showroom several times and thought we were ready to just walk in and make some decisions. He brought up some very good questions that made us rethink our selection. He was quick with information and extremely helpful! He made us feel right at home. Which is ironic, since it felt like we were literally sitting in someone’s home. We went in for just a laundry room sink and faucet. Everyone there was super helpful!! Jessica was a sales person and Rhanni was fabulous as well. Great customer service!

Working with Victoria has been fantastic. Shes really got an eye for detail and shes not afraid to take extra time to find the right item. We bought a sink and a couple faucets for a newly remodeled kitchen but the pot filler was an afterthought. When we asked her what might look best and have great quality she took time to consider the style faucets we picked out and selected a pot filler (not Kohler Brand) that best matched the style of the other two faucets. Shes responsive, detailed, kind, and shes got a wonderful sense of humor about her. On top of all that- shes not afraid to offer unbeatable pricing. Use Victoria. You wont be disappointed.

Design Sales Consultant Lauren Woodruff displayed awesome customer service. I needed a special toilet set anchor kit for a discontinued Kohler commode. Instead of having to waste gas and drive to Alpharetta, GA (I live in Atlanta), she offered to special order the kit and have it shipped to my address, thus saving me a long, unnecessary trip. This store, and specifically -Rianni_ really came through for me when another store delivered a SEVERELY damaged tub. They were able to get a comparable tub for less money than the big box store we bought from, and in a few hours - delivered it before 12 the next day. AMAZING customer service! I had to special order several items and get them asap for a project with a very short deadline. Shelby and Jessica got right to work on my order and got it for me faster than I thought was possible. They even saved me money by looking at some pictures and making some recommendations of a few items that would work better. Customer service, saving money, and an easy process overall, I will be back for my next project for sure.

I had tried to purchase a Brushed Nickel Vertical Toilet Paper holder from another source, only to wait for 30 days to find out that the item was not in stock. So, I wound up Calling The Kohler Store in Alpharetta Ga. and Rianni Tyes took the call, she was very helpful in getting me the item I wanted, she placed me on a short hold, and when she returned she had the item #, the price, and the projected arrival date. She sent me a copy of my invoice via email, and I got my item 8 days after I ordered it, I am very pleased with my purchase experience with Kohler, and Rianni.

We are redoing 3 full bathrooms and 1 powder room in our home. This is the first time I have ever done this by starting out with gutted-out bathrooms. I went to Kohler and Ricklie and Shelby were especially helpful to me, as I really didnt know where to start! Ricklie helped me to select what I needed to put in the bathrooms and made sure that I had all the parts and correct valves. Shelby was able to finish up the order for me by making sure the shipping was correct and done in a very timely manner. They were a huge help to me and Im really glad I found their store and had them to help me! I recommend them to anyone who wants great products and even better help.

AMENDED review as of March 6, 2019What started out as a good experience has wound up being a total disaster.Upon delivery of our initial order and attempted installation in early November, we determined that Jessica had ordered the wrong shower walls product and had omitted other intended items. When we contacted her and other members of the staff, the correct pieces were ordered on Nov 15 2018 with a promised/estimated delivery time of 60 days, which was the same as the initial order had been so i had no reason to think otherwise . Oh well, we already missed our anticipated new bathroom in time for thanksgiving. So, at my insistence, i received a refund of the shower walls and replacement correct walls at no charge to us.Again we were told a 60 day time frame.When January 15 2019 came and went, i started the process of checking on the dates again. Jessica continued to tell me 60 days which had passed on January 25 2029. When i insisted on contacting kohler direct on February 6 2019, i was told that the anticipated delivery from the reorder date of November 15 was 120 days. Meaning end of March ? The Alpharetta store insisted that it was only at my call that they found out there were delivery issues. How convenient that a signature store was giving incorrect info and the manufacturer was telling the true dates to me. If i had had this situation with a customer, i would have been following up weekly, not waiting for my customer to be the one finding out these issues.So the saga continued through February 2019 with little or no indication of delivery, in fact, only updates were at my initiation not theirs.I am very upset by this time and requested assistance with the final installation of the shower walls and the remaining fixtures to make shower usable. Which by the way, all fixtures were bought and paid for in advance in September 2018 and have been sitting in boxes since initial delivery.My installer estimated an additional $1500 plus $100 for the trip to find out we had received incorrect materials.An estimated $1600 to satisfy a customer and they will not meet my request for the delay and frustration.Was this correct reorder put on priority or expedited status, apparently not. Did Jessica check the status at any time, apparently not until i prompted the request. Did she check directly with Kohler, no, she depended on an online program to check on the status. It was again when i talked to Kohler that the found the communication from Kohler.Truly a bad result.

Finally found the store and the sales consultant we’ve been looking for!!Rianni Tyes was hands on and walked us through every step of the bathroom remodel. We got the shower of our dreams and will be going back for phase 2 vanity and sinks.Bill and Debi Nall

Upon realizing that my master bathroom shower was missing multiple parts to keep one glass door panel securely fastened to the frame, I set out on a hunt to find the parts online. I didn’t buy the shower – I had no idea where it came from; I just started googling and piecing together spotty information about the discontinued model. Frustrated with the Kohler website which listed the parts but did not provide any links from which I could actually procure them, I called this Kohler store in Alpharetta. Fortunately, I was connected with Yulmon who patiently listened to my shower-part-search saga and immediately set out to find the elusive pieces. He was incredibly helpful and worked quickly to find the parts - all for a small purchase by a customer he hadn’t met. He was patient, cheerful and communicative every step of the way. Yulmon found the exact part numbers I required, contacted the manufacturer, provided an estimate and got me exactly what I needed. I never even had to step foot in the store. Yulmon was a true delight to talk to and always followed up as he said he would. I will definitely visit him for anything I need related to these products. Superior customer service. Highly recommend!!
