I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Norris Daniel for his help selecting the right countertop materials and patterns for our house. I also want to thank Brian Clark who helped show me the best places on our marble slabs for each countertop size / template. The result is really wonderful!

Affinity Stoneworks did an amazing job on my basement bar! i think that you really only know how good a company is when something goes wrong. I chose some slabs, and they were not going to work the way I wanted them to. Norris, Brian, and company were so patient. they went way over and above to help me pick the right slabs for my project. They worked tirelessly to give me just what I wanted. I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone!Norris is so patient, and will work with you to make sure that you are happy! Terry is there to help with any design questions you have! If you need any kind of stone, please go see them!

From the moment we met Norris Daniel for our design consultation, I knew we were in good hands. We replaced our countertop and backsplash. Everything went exactly as scheduled and the process was easy to live with. Kelly was terrific at scheduling and updating us on who was coming and when. Our countertops are gorgeous and our experience with Affinity Stoneworks was excellent! Highly recommend.

I finally have the kitchen I always dreamed of thanks to Affinity Stoneworks. Elizabeth and her team are exceptional. She gave me a calendar of who would be at our home on each day for three weeks and what they would be doing.... we all had a schedule and it was kept. The result of Elizabeth’s design is more than we expected. We are so happy with our new kitchen. I highly recommend these professionals❤️

I love this business. From the moment I walked into the storefront every person I met was friendly and helpful. I found a piece of granite that was exquisite and had to have it in my kitchen!! When it was delivered to be installed, Brian and his helper were incredible in their knowledge, skill and craftsmanship. I didnt know how involved it was to install granite, but these guys are artisans. I couldnt be happier with the entire process, right down to Tina, the scheduler. Everyone was just so pleasant to work with. I would encourage anyone to do business there

I stumbled upon Affinity based on google reviews and I’m so glad I did! This was my first remodel project and while it didn’t go as planned, Affinity provided great service at every step. Elizabeth was amazing to work with on design. She sensed my style immediately and let me make my own decisions but offered confident opinions when I needed them. She was so fun to work with and I can’t wait to do another project! Brian, the scheduler and project manager, was amazing. He is patient, kind and responsive. I flooded my kitchen a day before install and messed up his and the contractors schedules completely but he never showed frustration. I then changed the scope of the tile job at the last minute which led to a larger tile issue (too complicated to explain) but the important thing is that Brian, Affinity and their amazing tile contractor went out of their way to make it right and ensure I had the end result I envisioned. I will be partnering with Affinity on all my future projects...great service, great products and fair prices!

Working with Affinity Stoneworks was one of the best parts of our (still underway) kitchen renovation. Affinity has a beautiful showroom with great selection, the owners and staff were very helpful, transparent about the pros and cons of each type of stone, and very accommodating while we were indecisive about backsplash tile. Pricing was good and the installation was impeccable - the crew took great care and spent a lot of time getting it just right. The end result is gorgeous. Very high marks for Brian too. Upon installation, he was so conscientious that it was though he was installing the stone in his own home. We’ll definitely go with Affinity Stoneworks again when we tackle our bathroom upgrades.

We just had our kitchen updated by Affinity Stoneworks and they did an amazing job. It’s nice to deal with contractors on a large project that do exactly what they say within the timeframe they give. From dealing with Norris on picking out stone and materials to Brian on the cutout and design, to the install people; everyone was amazing. They truly care, take great pride in their work and go above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable while creating beautiful results with great attention to detail. We had a vision of what we wanted and it involved cutting down a bar, extending the space, opening up the kitchen to provide a better flow. They listened, shared in our vision, made it happen with exceptional quality and results while keeping within the allotted timing.I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and you would be hard pressed to find a better group of professionals to transform your vision into reality. Thanks again Affinity team, you’re awesome!

I cant recommend Affinity Stoneworks enough. I would certainly give it 10 stars if possible. Brian Clark in particular was INCREDIBLE. Brian is not only extremely knowledgable, but he was polite, patient and understanding. He genuinely cared about my bathroom renovation project. These home projects are always a huge undertaking and Brian made it so easy. After taking a tour of the impressive and extensive show room, Brian helped us find the perfect piece for our bathroom. He worked with another employee who helped us match colors and style of our existing tile. During the installation Brian even came to double check the work / and install were up to the quality that Affinity Stoneworks name brings. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were loving our bathroom vanity.Every employee we talked to and worked with were amazing!, The price was within our budget and the process was awesome.Definitely go with Affinity Stoneworks!

It’s rare to have such a positive experience with a business. I chose Affinity Stoneworks because they said they could handle all my kitchen renovation needs. Thank heavens I chose them! They were able to help me with my choice of stone for countertops as well as with design recommendations, along with handling fabrication, plumbing, electricity and even paint color for my cabinets. Everyone on staff was both knowledgeable and very gracious about helping me through my kitchen renovation. They also worked quickly so my kitchen wasn’t useless for very long. I highly recommend Affinity - owners Elizabeth and Carleton who are there and involved every day, and Norris, Bryan and Terry - all friendly as well as skilled.

Purchased new kitchen tops last year from here.First off they cut the big bowl of the sink we selected on the wrong side.My wife decided to live with so they would not waste a large slab of granite.Noticed while there were at my house that the top at the range was hanging over cabinet and they took it out and cut it.Well after they left I go to reinstall my range and only have 29 3/4”.Anyone in this line of work knows the Industry standard is 30”.But my range fit back in-Barely!So all was well for the time being.Well My range went out a couple weeks ago and the new ones are a tad bigger now but still under 30”.Guess what?My new range would not fit in the space they left.I went down and talked to them and showed them pictures of the install. They said they would send someone out to fix it and would call and schedule a time. They called alright.Told me it would cost me $150 to get someone out.The next day I called them and canceled the appointment.I was not going to pay them to fix their screw up!I’ve been in construction all my life and I fixed it myself. The top was cut out of square on one end.And to top it off 2 out 3 of my counter tops have a round over edge on the bottom and an eased edge on top.We ordered an eased edge.Stay away!If you want things done right better off going somewhere else. They do not stand behind their work!

This company is the best. I wanted a custom quartz top for a bathroom remodel. Other companies wouldnt work with me since the size did not meet there minimum, but Affinity did. They even worked with me on a last minute special request. Staff from front office to installers were efficient and polite. Highly recommend this company.

Two years ago we researched turnkey kitchen renovation companies and was impressed with Affinity Stoneworks. Not only were they competitively prices, but they could really provide us with a custom kitchen which would be unique. We worked hand-in-hand in designing the perfect kitchen and sunroom for our familys needs. The different workers were very professional and courteous in our home for the 8 week project. The project was completed in a timely fashion and with no surprise costs. Additionally, we have just contracted with them again to renovate our master bath. We are very excited for this project to begin. We know we will once again receive a beautiful outcome from Affinity Stoneworks.

Our kitchen was transformed into a HGTV showplace. The install was very seamless, although with this kind of transformation there is always a ton of dust, and the work professional. Very pleased with the result, and at a very competitive price. Highly recommend their services. They provided excellent guidance and a superb product.

My husband and I own a high end custom homebuilding company and have used Affinity Stoneworks for 10+ years. We never had any issues or complaints from our clients...but just recently I got to experience their quality service first hand on some renovation work at our home. Their inventory is spot on...youll be able to find exactly what youre looking for there as they keep up with all the current trends. Elizabeth has impeccable taste and will expertly guide you through the design process. But perhaps the most impressive element is the scheduling...quick turnaround and the target date is set and met without fail...You wont be disappointed!

Affinity was given the task of remodeling our Kitchen, the Master bath and finally the guest bath. We started with the Kitchen and were so pleased we turned the entire design process of the bathrooms over to them. They have excellent designers and came up with designs we would never have dreamed up. They work to overcome the inevitable problems which arose and kept us well informed through every step of the process. We are quite pleased with the results and would highly recommend Affinity to anyone looking at a remodeling project from the simple to the most complex.

I called this company knowing they would have no reason to give me information about a picture I saw online since I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and it was very unlikely I would travel all the way to Georgia to purchase granite, Im delighted to brag on Affinity Stonesworks--not only did they visit with me for over a half hour but, they didnt take numerous calls during the conversation. Not only did Elizabeth answer my questions but she gave me other suggestions on stone (granite we wanted was no longer available) but she visited with me about sizing, reinforcement of cabinets and other considerations in my area! It would have been very simple for her to say, No, Im sorry that stone has been quarried out and is no longer available at all. If she would have had the stone we wanted or if we are ever in the area I would stop and purchase from this company! It is so challenging to find a business that is willing to go above much less above and beyond for a person that has cash in hand much less one that most likely wont spend a dime. Kuddos to Affinity Stoneworks!!!!

Our experience with Affinity Stoneworks was very frustrating, & we wound up with a kitchen that we are not completely happy with. The biggest issue regarded the backsplash accent tile. I made my tile choice from samples shown in the Affinity shop. I picked out an accent tile that had very dark stone with glass accents. I was shown other samples that had light to medium stones, but I rejected those in favor of the darker sample. I talked with the designer about how I liked that the dark stones picked up the dark color in the granite.I walked in about midway through our backsplash installation. The accent tile being installed contained almost all light to medium natural stones, but virtually no dark stones as shown in the sample. I stopped the installation, and the Affinity designer immediately came to the house. First, she told me that it was a natural stone product, and I should expect variation. I would have understood variation, but when the sample is almost 95% dark stone, and the product installed is almost 100% light to medium stone, that is a completely different product, not a variant. To be fair, the designer did go back to the warehouse and search through all the boxes to find some dark stone tiles; however, she came back and said there were none. I don’t think Affinity should show a sample, allow a customer to pick a sample, claim to have that product and then install something different. It was a very difficult situation, as we had a hard stop date for our installation that we could not avoid. Since Affinity could not provide the sample we picked, there weren’t any other accent tiles that I liked that were readily available, and the tile they put in didn’t look horrible, we allowed them to finish with the tile they had started with. However, it was not in any way what we wanted. The other issue had to do with communication. While we were given basic dates as to when things would happen, no one walked us through the process in any detail. As a result, we were shocked when they pulled the sink out of the kitchen. We had not expected that to happen for several days. Then, when the day came when we thought the sink was going to be installed, the workers told us that the sink would not be installed for 3 more days. We could have dealt with any of these issues easily had we had advance warning of them. However, we were not given any warning, and that disrupted our plans and made the installation much more frustrating. In total, we were without a sink and countertops for 11 days.Once the kitchen was completed, we asked Affinity Stoneworks for a 3% discount to compensate for the accent tile problem and the communication problems. Affinity approved a discount in the 1.5% to 2% range, which I thought inadequate given what we had to go through and our dissatisfaction with the accent tile. However, at that time, we were tired of dealing with them, so we took what they offered.Affinity sent us a revised invoice to reflect the discount. However, we discovered that Affinity had changed part of the invoice; originally, part of the project was bid to cost $3.50 per square foot. My CPA husband quickly saw on the final invoice that particular part of the project had been changed to cost $5.00 per square foot. We brought the change to their attention, and they did once again revise the invoice to reflect the original cost of $3.50 per square foot. If we had not caught that change, our discount would have gone down to about 1% or less.Overall, our experience is that you really have to watch the details with Affinity. Maybe they have gotten comfortable with their success and don’t work as hard as they used to. Maybe my project wasn’t big enough to warrant their full attention. Regardless, we wound up with something we’re not entirely happy with, and the process was very, very difficult because of Affinity’s lack of communication. If I had to do it all over again, I’d go with another company.
