I am absolutely impressed with my insurance company. I have never had to file an homeowners insurance claim and it can seem to be overwhelming at first, but my adjuster, Justin Morris, made this a smooth process. Not only was he empathetic to my situation, he was able to explain the claim process to me and elaborate on how coverage works and what would and wouldn’t be covered. He was always readily accessible whenever I had any additional questions. Even when I didn’t call he was still able to check in with me on how things were progressing. I feel as though my claims professional truly cared and wanted to do as much as he could to make this a seamless process and he was successful.I loved how attentive and personable everyone was. Not only my adjuster checked in, but I also heard from his supervisor Yvette and my Allstate agent Richard Rose. I never felt that I was not heard or that I needed to figure things out on my own.I was very impressed with the use of virtual adjusting in order to obtain an estimate and was surprised at how close it came to the contractors estimate as well. I also loved the option for direct deposit. I didn’t have to wait for a check to move forward with my repairs. I was able to obtain my settlement check within minutes.I am very excited and proud to spread the news with my co-workers, friends and family about my experience with Allstate.

We clicked the link, paid the fees for each driver, all driver passed the course, and the agent received copies of each driver certificate.We never received the discount and called to find out why.Allstate corporate said they never received the certificates and we needed to call the agent.We called agent and were told by Xavier Saint-Marten that Allstate doesnt approve the course we took. We explained that the agency he works for sent the link and we passed the course. Xavier Saint-Marten responded with the agency dont make the rules and we need to take a different course. He further stated the agency will not reimburse us for the courses each driver took.We argued that why dont they know what they are doing and Xavier Saint-Marten continued repeating that we can either take the right course or not. We asked how do we know that the course he is telling us to take will be honored by Allstate. Again Xavier Saint-Marten responded with same non-helpful answer.The Richard Rose agency should be avoided at all costs since they;1) provide inaccurate information2) dont take responsibility for their errors3) dont assist customer in resolving problems4) dont have a caring attitude.Driver #2
