This place is not good at all. They had my son seeing a Nurse practioner instead of a Psychatrist who didnt know what she was doing and didnt have a clue as to which medications to put my son on. The staff is un caring and rude and you just get the general feeling that they just dont care about you or your child. Please find a better place to go because Progressions is NOT it!!

Lack of communication , Lehigh County family court recommended reuinifcation and co parent by october 25th 2019 and severe parent alienation mental and physical abuse NOT one casework consular had placed a cal to child protective services as per recommended as a saftey and mandated reporter . IT HAS BEEN 539 DAYS since ive seen my 7 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter .nothing that was to be addressed was talked about and NOT completed . although they had made a reccomodation in return of me questioning why , or how HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED GOING BHOME TO YOUR FAMILY EVERY NIGHT 539 days NOT knowing if my children are 5 min away 5 states or 5 ft under and not being able to check there well being but left in the hands of a 9-5

Please do not go to this place!!!! I have two special needs children and looking for them to have evaluation even behavior therapists. I am trying to get them to have an evaluation. I spoke with the director who refused to provide for me and my husband an interpreter because we both are a deaf parent. The director said to me that “they all are not feeling comfortable to work with deaf parents because of the communication barrier.” The director also said to me “they would provide services for my two children if my husband and I were hearing”... They are very DISCRIMINATION!!! Shame on you people!!! The director refused to help me and my family’s needs and said this is not the first time since other deaf people trying to go to this place and they still refused to provide sign language interpreter. This needs to stop and its not acceptable. Please and please do not go to this horrible place because they are very discrimination and waste my time!!! You can go somewhere else that is BETTER and find NICE people who will help you and your family needs!!

Theyre very rude!!! Have a lack of communication with in their office with one another! Theyll schedule appointments to come to your home by the director and shell never call you back to tell you your case manager that she supposedly scheduled to have come to your home wasnt going to show. I called to follow up with the director about the no show and she had me on speaker with my case manager without telling me and got mad when I asked why was I on speaker without being informed. She then proceeded to get angry because I asked her did she tell my case manager that she scheduled her to come to my home after that she told me should would not give me my daughters report from the dr and hung up on me. They dont give you the doctors report in a timely matter or refuse to give it to you all together. Theyre overall a complete mess in there. Ive been dealing with them for about two to three years and I had so many different case managers over that period of time that I cant keep count they also dont inform you tha you have a new case manager. They cant keep bsc or tss workers because theyre constantly leaving along with case managers. This place is the worse! I have a daughter that has been going here and theyre always changing her diagnosis and when they do have someone come out its rare that they even teach the skills to help your child. I blame the director for the reason why this place is the way it is!!! Shes nasty and rude!!!! They will not give you anyone higher than the director to report her.

I have had my son in this program for a few years and its horrible the service is terrible I been trying to contact a certain person and yet to hear back from them in over a week. My son had 4 different bsc because they were very rude to him so I had them switched. Not very professional at all....
