I have been going to CICS for a few years now. Over that time I have never had anything but good experiences. I was suggested to have some tests done to give me my best options for treatment. After getting the results back I was able to get exactly what I needed.

I should have glanced at these terrible reviews prior to me going anywhere near this place. They are scumbags- DO NOT take children here. MY provider was Travis OBrien. He & his team randomly decide for reasons to discharge me. I will be suing for damages as they have severely affected my life & dismantled it. Getting my records was fun too. Like I said. SCUMBAGS. I dont know how they sleep at night. Absolutely disgusting team of people.

I was hoping this program would accept medical assistance insurance as I have heard great things that it has done for other children. I give it 3 stars because I did get referrals to other places by an employee there at CICS but I am not sure if they provide the same kind of services that CICS does. I appreciate the time and help with other options.

In reality I give 0 stars. Terrible communication with patients. I made an appointment for my son in early July and our first tele-health appoint was supposed to be today. I received a confirmation email about the appointment with the time I was told over the phone. Then I received text messages with a different time and different person a few days prior to the actual appointment. I called 5 times the day the appointment was supposed to be and never got any help, nothing. I was sent to a voicemail 5 times. No one could figure out anything or provide any information. My wife tried, nothing. No one could help us, no one could get in touch with the person that was supposed to do the intake evaluation today. Complete joke and completely unprofessional. I was told they have been doing tele-health appointments since March 2020, however, in my experience they do not know what they are doing at all. Very frustrated and would not recommend to anyone. Move on.

The owner of this facility is a doctor that will treat your child as family l, why, because that’s how much she cares! At a time when we you are afraid for your child’s life, you want someone that you can trust and someone that cares! This is what you will find here. I see a lot about communication, they have gone through some changes due to covid and communication has greatly improved.

The CEO of CICS, Amy, was my mental health professor at CCC in 2011. When I graduated in 2013 Amy shared with me news of opening up a pediatric practice. Weve stayed in touch over the years and Ive been lucky enough to get sneak peaks into whats being developed in regards to her treatment model. She stays incredibly current, always looking to utilize the most cutting edge evidence based interventions in treatment and diagnostics. I refer every single one of my friends to her practice when I hear their child might need psych services. Larger than what her practice can offer, Amys compassion and integrity is match by no other. There arent big enough words to narrate how much joy it brings her to help the children of our nation. Although she started in Allentown, PA, she is currently also serving FL and CA with plans to expand in the near future. The saying amongst providers, you have to meet your patient halfway, is living at CICS. Whatever lengths you are willing to go to help your child heal and progress, they are willing to meet you there.

If you care about your children at all you WON’T take them here. Our experience has been inexcusable to say the least. From miscommunications, lack of notifications when changed policies directly effect clients, to numerous cancelled appointments, disorganized billing dept, emails not returned. They will email you at 5:15 on a Friday demanding a “deductible” when your insurance doesn’t require one because they are mad. Make threats to cancel services if you don’t adhere to their always changing policies. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and terrible at their jobs, with the truth being the only thing that they care about is getting your money, and they will find every excuse they can come up with to charge you for. This agency is a total disaster at best. Going here will be a complete waste of time, energy, and your money! Don’t believe the responses that they have “heavily restructured” it’s garbage. They are the same mess they have always been. It might take time, and some more work but there are other agencies in the LV that offer a competent experience and better services.

Avoid this place. I got a meeting with one of their doctors and they have refused to perform any follow ups. No diagnosis provided in writing, no follow ups for testing or prescribing medication, no therapy, nothing.I tried for weeks and then over a month to get them to do anything and was ignored by the doctor and given the runaround by the office. I will have to find a new doctor and go through everything again just because this place wont follow through. At this point I have to assume this place is just a front to get your money and leave you out to dry.

Literally the most confusing office I’ve ever been to. Lack of communication and the ability to manage the influx of either new clients or balancing what they currently have. Intake of our first meetingWas off the wall, I don’t even think we ever saw the intake psychologist or whatever she is. Sold on swabs, tests, do we pay? Grants? Results? Tests? Visits... it was pure chaos. That should have been a warning sign. Billing is a nightmare when switched...I just think the intention is there and the want to do amazing things but it seems a mismanaged mess.

Horrible that ANY behavioral health especially dealing with children would not be open for face to face during any time especially when depression, anxiety, suicide and so many more mental health issues can and will be destroying our children! These are the adults of our future, how disgusting that you go into this profession and not actually help!

Went threw a bunch of test for my daughter. Was told she needed all kinds of therapy to help get her caught up. Was told she has a mindset of a 7 year old yet shes actually 10. Agreed for the therapy. Everyone agreed therapy first. The owner kept pushing for meds. Once I stated I want to try my other options first before meds I Was basically pushed out the door!! Still waiting on a call back for her therapy sessions and it’s been 3 months later now!! Very u professional just wants your money!!!!!! Wasted time and money on all these test and labs!!

Poor communication among all staff. Contradiction between staff members. Almost 2 months wait to see nurse practitioner for meds. N P had a no care attitude and wasnt very cooperative with needs. Staff doesnt return calls in a timely manner. Center mistakenly charged us for a NO SHOW which never happened. Only good thing was the therapist and the office decor.

Extremely unorganized, which explains the high turnover, no clue about customer service or office management.
