Easy appointment making - comfortable and clean waiting area - through service inspection and the work seems to be well performed. Though my oil change took 2+ hours and they forgot to reset the service interval on the dash - Ill likely have to return to take care of that, even though I did mention it in the post service call and left a couple messages, still waiting for confirmation.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a luxury vehicle. Edwin was very knowledgeable about my Porsche and was extremely patient with all the questions I had. This review should have bee done months ago. I was on a road trip with my daughter for a softball tournament when I hit something in the road. A small leak in my tire required a fix. Fortunately my hotel was less than 5 miles from Porsche Lehigh Valley and I dropped the car off there late Friday night. First thing in the morning I went back to discuss the issue with the service writers Juan Martinez and Jon Sell, these guys were amazing right from hello, greeted me and got my car into a bay before they even officially opened. They told me I needed a new tire and unfortunately they did not have one. They worked with their Parts manager Caiden and called around to different dealerships to try and find the tire, no one had one. They then decided to call their distribution center and found a tire for me. They then sent Josh Shuck on a 3 hr round trip drive to get me the tire. They got the tire and had it installed before my daughters second game was complete. All this was done for someone who is not a customer of theirs, did not purchase a car from them and most likely, baring an unforeseen event, would not likely be in their dealership again. While this was all amazing, they truly did it so that I can attend my daughters softball game and arranged a rental car so that I could go to the game and return when my car was done. In a world where we are happy with mediocre service because we are used to poor service this experience was beyond phenomenal. This team at Porsche Lehigh Valley are a class act and I cant thank them enough. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Thanks guys you are the best.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific macan from this dealership. I currently own a panamera I was interested in trading in. The salesperson confirmed with me 3 times over the course of 4 days that I was coming and what I was coming to see. When I arrived not only was that salesperson not coming out to speak to me, but I found out from the brand ambassador that the car wasn’t there because another salesperson had driven it home. They knew I was driving an hour and a half to test drive this vehicle and this was my treatment.

After entering the Porsche showroom I was directed to Keith Weaver who helped me through the complete vehicle purchasing and financing process. The process also included trading in a vehicle.Keith was very knowledgeable and kept me informed at each step in the process and told me how much time each step was going to take.After agreeing on the Porsche I wanted to purchase the process went very smoothly. The Finance person took me through the options available for purchasing the vehicle and made sure I clearly understood each option.In summary, purchasing the new Porsche was a very pleasant experience with knowledgeable people and no pressure tactics. I left driving the Porsche of my choice and was very pleased with the entire experience!

I purchased a certified cayenne with 10k miles on it December 2020. It was used as a service loaner. The rear bumper had a barley visible crease in it but I didn’t realize it until I got home. There was a cigarette burn on the rear floor matt that I didn’t discover until two days after I got it home. The other issues were car started to stall while slowing down or coming to a stop and cigarette lighters didn’t work. Turned out fuse needed to be replaced. I thought I got a lemon and began to freak out. I purchased the dent and ding coverage so that was fixed within 5-7 days no problem or additional cost. The stalling was due to a faulty switch and that was corrected under warranty. I didn’t care about the cigarette hole in the rear matt to much because I always get weather-tech’s. I do feel these issues should have been taken care of before the sale especially since it’s a certified Porsche that I’m shelling out 70-85 k for when all is said and done. However, the bright spot in all this was my sales rep James Lewis. He always answered my calls and was genuinely interested in resolving all these issues to my satisfaction. He literally just called to verify that all was well with my Porsche and if any issues arise to please call and notify him so it could be taken care of. So far I’m really enjoying my Cayenne and I did get an extra optioned vehicle at a decent price point. 4 stars because a certified vehicle should have no issues when sold to customer, cosmetic or mechanically inside and out. I would have given 5 if I could but these issues prevented me. 5 stars for my sales rep James Lewis who handled the situation like a pro. I would recommend Lehigh Valley Porsche because they made it right no excuses.

It’s an amazing experience. Though my service is only the tire replacement, the service center cat I’ll washed my vehicle very carefully and deflated the used spare tire to its original status and puted it to its initial place. The guys there are very kind and helpful. It’s a really wonderful place! Highly recommended.

Don’t go here if you’re planning on buying a porsche, this is truly a mercedes dealer. While they have a decent selection, spend the extra hour or so to go to Mainline porsche.Salesman/Saleswoman promised to send us information about a car within a day or two. It’s been about a week and nothing. I believe He/She never took me serious because of my young age. FWIW: we just closed a deal for a new porsche elsewhere and we are very happy campers.

Easy to schedule appointment online. 8am appointment for MY2018 Porsche Macan 2.0T 10k service (oil change and filter) + state inspection and emissions ($60) and wiper replaced/ steering column campaign covered under warranty. Service took 2.5 hours and total came about to $394. On par with Porsche dealership prices ($300-500 range). A little pricey for my taste but it was expected. Your trusted Indy could do it in the $200 range. It’s justified for the convenience since I scheduled my appointment online at 6pm the night before. If you’re taking the time to actually read this review, that might be your best bet. The coffee was great but I was a little sad to see the local water bottle company switch to Deer Park. But it’s an expected change with the demise of Knopf. I look forward to see how the dealership fares under new management. -Jay K.

Needed very short notice oil change & fluid replacements for my Diesel Cayenne. This was both do to the warning of less than a 1,000 miles left before the non-start feature would kick in and to my up coming trip to a family reunion. Giving 3 stars because their advertising and pricing is giving out mixed messaging. They have a Porsche Cayman GTS advertised as a CPO on the official Porsche USA website for CPO cars but when you inquire about the car they state the car cannot be CPO’ed with the aftermarket wing and they will need 4-5k more to CPO it. Why not highlight that in the listing? Why does one have to call to find out? This is misleading and not a true representation of the posted sell price.Even though their website doesn’t state CPO, every car search site including the official Porsche USA site for CPO cars says it’s a CPO. They need to fix that as most people are cross shopping on Porsche USA with similar cars that are listed as CPO’s and this car is not being reflected accurately.

A little suspicious about so many “five star” reviews, written With very similar sounding phraseology and multiple comments thst sounded more promotional than genuine.Initially thought that perhaps the new ownership team had drastically changed the historic reputation of this shop from being very overpriced, arrogant, & Difficult to deal with.But then when I noticed several of the reviewers Started saying the place “had alwaysbeen great”, then really got suspicious, since many Porsche owners in the Lehigh Valley know this not to be true for long time.Personally, had to stop taking my Boxster there quite a while ago because of their exorbitant pricing—e.g. $1150 for JUST front brake pads—no rotors. And that was 8-10yrs. ago!Think google should review these reviews a bit more carefully!

These are good people that care about your cars. I can’t say enough about how good Jim Sangiorgio was as my salesperson when I bought my Macan GTS, he knows and appreciates the finer points of the Porsche brand and has been doing it for decades. When I bought my Macan the company owner made it a point to personally thank me for my business which I thought was very nice. Weeks later the maintenance crew and body shop did a great job with my other Porsche, a Cayman R, with a windshield replacement (ugh) and regular maintenance, and the loaner car was good and ready for me when I got there even though I didn’t buy the Cayman there. The cashier Michelle went over and above what any other cashier would do to help me with a question that she didn’t know the answer to, and she is more than a cashier, she is full customer service representative. I’d hire her in a minute if I had the chance. When I picked up my car an elderly gentleman pulled it around for me, and he was very complimentary of the car and condition. Overall a very good experience, no complaints, only satisfaction.
