This is a really bad dealer ship , my father in law took his car to fix tramision and the insurance paied for it to be fixed and then 2 times they tried to fix it and they took 4 months to fix it and they don’t fix anything. they gave it to him the same way he brought it to the shop what an abuser . he has 3 kids and that’s the only vehicle he can take his kids to school and go to work .

The service department here has been top notch. I have taken my Rogue there a few times with the same experience. This last time they had my maintenance done in half of the quoted time. I was taken aback that they could not do warranty work on my vehicle but that is corporate politics for you. Overall I will continue to have my vehicle maintenance done here even if I have to go elsewhere for warranty work.

I actually drove from Orlando, Florida to Allentown to buy a Land Rover from Nabil. He was very helpful through the entire process. This is a five star business no question. I brought my Q50 in for repairs on it due to some issues that occurred when I first got it. They took the time to take care of it for me at no cost to me and without giving me a hard time about it. Chris Huffman was amazing at Bennett. Very down to earth and made our purchase flawless. The entire team was professional and offered multiple solutions to allow the purchase to go through. We are very happy with our new vehicle.

I called to make an appointment and explained very clearly that I believed my car had a bad transmission and I had a warranty to help cover the expenses of getting it replaced. The service advisor explained the dealer had dealt with a bunch of warranties prior. The advisor was aware that these companies usually require a tear down of the broken component before anything is paid for and/or reimbursed. After taking the vehicle there and dropping it off I received a phone call the next day explaining the warranty process again. I was told I would have to pay the labor hours of removing the part and tearing it down. By the end of the day, I received another phone call to come pick the car up because the dealer did not want to complete the job. I paid over $200 for an oil change and a diagnostic fee. I SPECIFICALLY CALLED BEFORE I CAME TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD DO THE JOB BECAUSE I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE DEALT WITH THIS BEOFRE AFTER TELLING THEM THE TRANSMISSION WAS BAD. I WOULD SAY THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT UNPROFESSIONAL BUT THAT WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. When speaking in regards to warranty work take your car somewhere else because this dealership will not deliver for their customers.

Somehow, taking my car to the mechanic designed for it proved to be a consistent source of annoyance and frustration.After an initial inspection and informing them what the perceived issue was, I was told that it in fact was another issue and that my airbags needed to be changed.Only to get it back, seemingly fixed then have all of my dash light up exactly the same way it was prior to service. I brought it back in only to be informed that it WAS the issue id brought up the first time. After getting it serviced AGAIN. I got my car back mostly fine, except for a scratch across my dashboard where the airbags deploy with the airbag light on constantly. I still havent been able to figure out whats wrong with it.I dont know if all this happened because Im relatively young and they thought they could scam me or if the mechanics here are just incapable. I suggest finding a mechanic you trust and getting your car worked on there.

John Soroko was patient with us and very knowledgeable of cars. He is a no pressure salesman and let us move at our own pace. We visited the dealership twice, three weeks apart. John continued his patience with us as we decided to check out a different model, to be sure what we liked. Then we wanted to decide to either wait for a particular color to come into the dealership at a later time, or go for a beautiful updated version, and same color, of our own car purchased there10 years ago. We decided to go for the later. Kevin and Moe also made our experience a good one as well. Got the thumbs up for this decision from our kids too. Love my sharp 2017 White Q50!

Wouldnt recommend buying from here mostly based on my experience once I purchased the vehicle from Chris.. They gave me a WE OWE slip and Chris informed me he would have the parts dept order it asap. After several weeks, I reached out to Chris via text message several times and not only did he not give me the courtesy of a response he didnt return my calls when i left a message on his work number. He had no problem communicating with me via text messages when he was texting me to make sure I was coming back to purchase the vehicle, Once I purchased the vehicle, his customer care and concern went out the door. only reason I gave 2 stars is because I reached out to the parts dept myself and they immediately ordered my part and within a day had the issue satisfied. they also informed me that they always have issues with salesmen never following thru with parts promised to customers... very poor customer service ..would buy at another dealership if your looking to buy an Infinti, go somewhere where they really value a customer.. this wasnt it!!

A salesman named Austin picked up the phone and ensured that it was, he even texted me pictures of the car. I rode down with a friend to check out the car and meet Austin. My husband and I had a terrible experience today at this dealership. Upon entering with our two small children we were promptly directed to the back of the building to get a drink and told that someone would be with us soon. Multiple employees came back into the room and we made a couple trips out into the main showroom area, in both locations the employees ignored us. This went on for about 30 min, when we decided to leave. This is the worst customer service Ive experienced in a while! We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I recently purchased an Infinity Q50 from Bennett Infinity. I worked with Xavier Diaz, who was very knowledgable, straight forward and when he said he was going to do something, he did. He worked well with me and provided me with an excellent level of service. He was honest and came through on his word. When thinking about purchasing a car from Bennett Infinity, I would definitely recommend working with Xavier.

Buyer Beware! They have quality cars but lack quality people. They proudly show trophies in their entrance but completely fail to live up to the standards of those trophies. The lack of respect they provided me and my family (including my 2 younger daughters) was disgraceful. Now, they have tried blocking my truthful comments to silence a real experience that my family endured. Dont be a causality to such disrespect. The auto mile is filled with better options.

Recently purchased a QX 60 from Chris Huffman at Bennett Infiniti. Cant say enough great things about him. He was super helpful, not pushy at all, and above else very accommodating and had patience with me. He gave me his cell and answered every question I had and made the car buying experience great. The manager Mark Harrington was also great. There was damage to the front bumper upon delivery and he explained to me that he will take care of it and fix it back to factory finish (as soon as all the craziness in world has passed).
