Theyre kind of on the slow side getting the tires on, but it was a little busy. But they seem to have a nice selection of used tires and theyre very reasonable priced. We were able to get all 4 of our tires replaced as a matching set so that was nice!

I had Allentown Tire change into my winter tires and perform an alignment service. The tire change was to expectations, but the alignment service results were the worst I’ve ever seen and I do not recommend Allentown Tire for any service due to my experience with their owner. Prices are fair and the staff were generally pleasant on the phone.Red Flag One: The alignment took less than fifteen minutes. Red Flag Two: No printout was provided citing the printer being out of ink which they didn’t mention beforehand. My suspicions were confirmed as soon as I drove the vehicle. Ultimately the steer ahead angle was 0.29 and the front tires were significantly out of toe angle spec; 0.42 and -0.17. The alignment was so bad the assisted steering safety features of my car were inoperable. Turn your steering wheel to 30 degrees and imagine your car driving straight ahead. These were the results Allentown Tire deemed acceptable to deliver to a customer.I called them immediately to let them know of the issue and they offered to re-do the service. I declined because I had lost trust in their ability to perform the service correctly due to the negligent results originally delivered. After having their alignment repaired elsewhere, I called to inquire about a refund. The owner said they offer no refunds on their services. I told him my perspective was the alignment service was not rendered. Red Flag Three: The owner then became disagreeable, insulted my personal appearance and voiced wild claims of entrapment.The risk is now yours to take if you choose to work with this business.

When I first bought my car I brought it here for all new tires to pass inspection and they were great! Two years later...my tire pressure light kept coming on and after the 3rd time filling it up with air I brought it back over to the owner who graciously fixed it for me! Turns out there was a huge nail in there. No wait and was in and out within 20 minutes! You guys rock. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for new tires! Thank you 😁

Came here for a tire because mine had a bubble in it. After leaving the tire pressure light came on. I figured this was normal and I would just put air in it to adjust the pressure. A day later, the light came on again. I figured because it was cold the tire is expected to lose a little air. Cool. Added more air. The next day the light comes on AGAIN. I am now putting air in this tire 2-3x a day. Took it to my local shop when I was able to, and this is what the tire from Allentown Tire LLC looked like. After this experience, I would not recommend this place. Waste of time and money.

Bill, the owner is willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Does more then just tires. Parking lot is small and parking can be tough. Make a appointment to make things easier.

I took my SUV to get a simple alignment done, they were offering a good deal. The begin, there is absolutely no parking once so ever, keep that in mind if you like hanging out in the road. The workers seemed to be friendly enough. Got the alignment done to drive away and notice my car is pulling in another direction all of a sudden. Brought it back, nothing was solved once so ever and was impossible to speak to anyone. Now I have to take my vehicle to a dealership and hope my new problems can be solved (which will cost an arm and a leg). If you love your vehicle DO NOT take it here. Also they give refunds for no one. Do not bother.

Bought a car with a warranty on it. The warranty only covered certain things. Had one issue with the car that was covered and during the once over of the car they discovered another major issue that was thankfully also covered by the warranty. Bill also gave us a great price on tires. Was very willing to work with us. Parts took a little bit to come in, but we were understanding and patient, and Bill was more than awesome through the entire process. Continued to reach out to us and let us know every step of the way what was happening. 10/10 would go here again which means a lot because I live 30 miles away!

Horrible experience that lasted 3 hours, you get no paperwork on your services completed, the place is an absolute disaster with no parking so if you have a nice vehicle, dont bring it here because you may leave with damage. They screwed up our alignment even more than what is was before we brought it in and they refused to give us a refund. I learned my lesson and will take our vehicle to a shop with parking and true ase certified mechanics. This place literally put our vehicle on rusty jack stands with two wheels in the middle of the parking lot! What kind of show are they running here? Pay the extra money and go elsewhere, youll thank me.

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** If I could give them ZERO stars I would. DO NOT take your car here. I went to get 3 tires changed so that I could take my car to get inspected. 2/3 tires were good however the 3rd tire was bald! I decided to take my car back to them and have them change that one tire. Once I got there the one mechanic said it was a good tire and that if it didn’t pass inspection that I should bring the car back and they would change the tire and pass my inspection. I took my car to be inspected at TWO different places and they all told me I was not able to pass inspection due to the tire being so worn out, not only did they say it was worn out but that it was also DANGEROUS to be on the road!! I took my car back to Allentown tire and service and a woman came out and said it was a good tire but that if I wanted to have it change they would have to charge me for another tire. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! She was unprofessional, stated I would need to pay for SOMETHING because they can’t just exchange the tire. ?????? I AM CONFUSED. I PAID FOR 3 TIRES!! and they refused to exchange the 3rd one without payment. These people only care about money. The tire was not safe to have on the road. Not one apology just, simply bad customer service so bad I had to RECORD IT ON MY PHONE because The OWNER was rude, unprofessional and was yelling asking me to leave his lot since I mentioned I would be writing a bad review! I couldn’t believe he was the owner. I am so displeased with their service I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. They are clearly SCAMMERS!!!!!

Ive been here two days in a row now. The first time was for a new tire, a quick and easy change. Today, it was to replace a wheel bearing, hub, brake pads, and windshield wipers. The employees are honest, polite, friendly, and they really know what theyre doing. This is very much a for the customer business. My vehicle needed two rear tires to pass inspection at another shop. The women at the front Desk found me a very decent pair of matching used tires for $80 bucks...had to wait a little but it was worth it. The guys who worked their were chill and they all apologized for the wait. I would recommend this place if you don’t mind putting used tires on your vehicle. Thanks for the good service!

Terrible service I asked for a brand new tire they used an old one the following day my tire was flat went back for them to over charge me for a new one at they’re when the problem was at they’re convince.it should have never happened in the first place of they listen with their ears and not with they’re ear they plugged an old tire instead of giving me a brand new one and charging me form the grip

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Get there 40 mins before closing because I got off at 4 pm. Get told that they might not be able to take me... I explain its a slow leak, Im told to wait and it may take awhile. I explain I understand and that its okay Ill wait. 5 mins before 5 I get told to move forward to get my tire fixed, so I do.... Only to be told Im sorry we are closed the car before you was the last car. Like really...why make me wait??

We come here sporadically to get tires for our families vehicles. They have a pretty good stock of used tires and also sell new ones as well!Coworker was going to leave the vehicle there so they can install them but they said they would get it done right away and they did ,35 minutes they had two tires on the vehicle and we were out the door ready to go!Parking is not the best but works for the location.Woukd recommend they go bigger and business will grow!Prices are much better then most!

I always go here for any repairs . Bill is very honest and gives me multiple estimates. They tell you what you need right away and the repairs that you could wait a little to complete. Most shops would just tell you everything is needed at once and overwhelm you. Highly recommend.

I love Allentown Tire! Bill is excellent, honest, and doesn’t overcharge anyone. The work is done accurately and quickly. He worked on my 99 Volvo S70 in the past. I no longer own a vehicle, although I referred two friends who currently take their 17 Nissan Altima and 16 Honda Accord here. I trust their business and will not go anywhere else.

I gave this place a 1 star and sadly dont even want to put that. I bought 4 tires and got a free alignment done. The tires werent the size for my car and Joe messed up my alignment not once but three times. And everytime I took it back it got more and more jacked up. The owner was rude and said it was multiple other problems that it wasnt. I had to pay for a alignment at meineke and have the errors from LLC Tires corrected. There were no other problems with my car. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody to go to. Poor service in every way possible. SUCKS!

On my Great American Roadtrip, the turbo on my Subaru Outback shredded itself, sending metal shards through the inter cooler up until the engine air intake.While on the side of the road, I looked for a shop open on Sundays that felt like a family-run shop rather than a chain.Towed the extra 15 miles past my coverage to Allentown Tire & Service. Did not regret it!At 8am on Sunday morning, the mechanics started to come to the shop and helped me take a look at my car.Joe came by and was able to help me quickly diagnose the issue and come up with an appropriate plan to repair my car. He had personal experience replacing the turbo in a Subaru Outback.They found a vendor that could offer the turbo and associated parts, helped talk them into a discounted price, and quickly replaced the turbo and inter cooler the same day the parts arrived.They give detailed reports, and are always happy to help.About 9.7k miles on the turbo, and it is starting to show signs of a defective bearing. Called Allentown Tire & Service up, and they helped me get to the right warranty claim service and offered to help with any further questions.Definitely recommend this shop both for quick maintenance and extensive repairs.

Every major chain in the valley was booked for 3 days and offered the same services for $80+ !! Worth a revisit... Went to get my car inspected and failed due to needing a valve cover gasket no problem they were giving me 10 days to get it fixed witch I got it fixed somewhere else because they over charge people went back to get my sticker and the guy looked under my hood to see if I got it fixed then he drove my car off the lot to another garage to get my “sticker” I asked the lady at the front desk we’re he went she said don’t worry he just has to get your sticker he doesn’t have to put it on the machine so then he comes back and said I failed on the machine due to my undercarriage being dirty if I could give no stars I would they are total rip offs don’t go here

They have been working on my vehicles since i moved to the area. (3 years) They are great and give honest diagnosis. Thats why i keep coming back. I never feel like they are ripping me off. They will tell you if they can do something or not and give you an estimate that will be respectful to your budget. They do get busy at times but they are very friendly and they get done what you ask them to do. Theres quite a few men there because they deal with tires a lot and they get your tires on and off very quick for you to change them

I went to go get tires a while ago, and the ones I picked where NOT put in my vehicle. They put damn near bald tires on my car and said nothing. They just tried to send me off on my marry way. I found out because before I left, I checked the tires and to my surprise they were not the correct tires. when I told them that there werent the tires with great thread like I picked out, they try to tell me that the ones I wanted had wholes. If that was the case, they should have told me, not have put bad tires on my car and not have taken my money. So if I didnt want the tires, I could have went somewhere else. They offered to give me better tires out there warehouse that were pressure checked. Because it was snowing and I paid with a card, I knew I wouldnt get my money back right away I went for it and they where better, but they didnt want to give me a discount for the 3hrs I spent there or their dishonesty. I felt like they were trying to scam me because Im a women and it was snowing.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Allentown tires .too many bad experiences. And in life you never want to burn a bridge that you may have to cross. Again Im going to drive over that Over-bridge and not stop at Allentown tire. Manager is a good fair person to deal with. technicians thats another story in it self. Honestly this is not the way to resolving differences but as a paying customer you want to feel that your business is appreciated. And repair work is done the right the first time.
