I am SO confused by all the excellent ratings here. I’m guessing that nexgen is what they have going for them, but other than that I just don’t see the appeal. I came in for just a basic manicure so maybe I just didn’t spend enough for good service, idk. The decor is severely outdated, which wouldn’t be a problem except that it appeared it hadn’t been dusted since they opened. I wasn’t offered a drink, but asked for a glass of wine. When the tech came back with it I could see her wiping the rim of the cup off to clean it I guess with her bare hands. WHAT?! Who does that? The cup was visibly dirty and looked like it had been sitting collecting dust for a while and there were dust particles in my drink. She continued on with the manicure and when it was time for cuticle care she barely touched them, not exaggerating in the least. They weren’t pushed back at all and barely anything was clipped, resulting in uneven nail beds. The paint job was a joke. I could’ve sat in my car and done a better job. I’ve been to MANY nail salons before and very rarely have much of a complaint, but this whole experience was a joke.

They nailed it! I showed them a pic of nails and toe designs and it was better than the pic. I love it and can’t wait to go back. Every person was nice to me and made me feel comfortable and pretty.

What? A complaint about the price you paid for acrylic gel??? Are you serious?? I have never experienced a problem with the price I would be required to pay for services at I LOVE NAILS. Actually, the services I receive at I LOVE NAILS, is worth MORE than I pay. The prices are very reasonable, and my favorite nails techs, Jon and Le, are the BEST. They are courteous, kind, respectful and maintain a very relaxed atmosphere. I suspect that some people come in to use their services, and then dont want to pay (such as the person who previously posted a complaint about the price). After all, $32 dollars for the gel acrylic nails (which consists of the gel color) is not a bad price at all. Maybe some people need to be more specific about what they want, and not try to get something for free. Michelle is a perfectionist, and wants to make sure each one of her customers is happy and pleased with her work. Michelle and her staff at I LOVE NAILS are amazing and they ROCK!

My new place! It took me awhile to find a nail salon that I liked since I moved to this area. They are clean, nice and reasonably priced. Definitely coming again.

Traci was super nice and I loved her customer service but I was not pleased with my nails. It was my first and last time there. I asked for American tips in the coffin shape. She cut them way too short for the coffin look, each nail was filed differently and after one week one nail completely popped off. Therefore I just took them all off without even soaking; it should not be that easy to remove them after only a week. I feel she rushed and did a poor job. The $40 was not worth it and again I will not be returning.

Love the new management! Went in as a first time walk in with my daughter and the lady was extremely nice and did an awesome job on my eyebrows..Definitely will be back!

My daughter loves going here. They are very interactive with their customers and their pedicures are awesome. You cant beat their price for a hot stone pedicure either. We lucked up on this place since our regular was booked. Were going here for now on.

Went in for a full set on New Year’s Eve. Walked in about 6:05- 6:10pm I asked was they still taking customers. They say Yes. I was getting a full set that’s all I went for. She filed my nails and asked if I wanted a pedicure too. I responded “if you have time” none the less we started .... about 6:50 I asked will she still have time to do my nails because I hear her and her sister going back and forward while looking at the time.... anyway my pedicure was half done and police were called why exactly ... idk but I will say this it was my first and last! I’m uploading the video on YouTube ..... the “ UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT” SIGN WAS A CLEAR INDICATION THIS PLACE HAD ISSUE!!! NOW IM SURE OF WHAT IT IS, NOT WAS!!

I dont know how this unprofessional establishment is receiving three to five stars. I started going to them two weeks ago,so maybe there was a previous owners and that professionalran the place in a professional manner. This place is the worst nail shop that I could have ever gone to and I would never recommend it to my friends,family or even to a stranger!!!!! UPDATE: I GUESS I DIDNT LEARN MY LESSON. I WANTED TO GO VE THEM A CHANCE.Walk - ins are no longer allowed here. I had a very horrible experience at this shop. I will be posting the pictures. They only show pictures of some of their work that comes out nice, but they do not show the disastrous advice they give. I have pictures but i dont know how to download them.

LOVE my nails. They always do an amazing job in a decent time, and work to perfection. Incredibly clean place with a naturally calming environment and a hard-working staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I would of given 5 if Michelle was still running the show. It felt more like a family business with her. The last time I went I felt rushed and uncomfortable. I miss seeing her because she was the only one that knew how to do the Nexgen dip powder. She is the only nail technician I will let do my nails because they always come out perfect.

This place changed owners and it is awful now. My nails are so messed up after leaving here. The lady kept helping other people in the middle of my manicure and the guy who did my toes made three toes bleed. Avoid this place. I ended up stopping mid through because the service and what they were doing was so bad. I left feeling so stressed. I don’t think they sanitized their tools either as they just pulled from drawers. Stay away.

I asked for an ombre even pointed out what I wanted yet Traci did an ombre with a blue color which I definitely was not pleased with. I told her before she continued with my nails why was she using blue yet she insisted that it would like the picture which was an ombre with white. Once she finished the nails were too lumpy and I asked her to file them she did it with a nasty attitude. Definitely not the first time they make my nails the way they want ! I tried to give them a second chance and I was not happy so definitely not going back

Nice setting work was great but they were not clear on the price when I called and asked the price for gel acrylic fill they told me 17 dollars witch was okay then after youve done the fill they tell me its 32 dollars I was not aware that the pink power they use for fills is $17 by itself then its addisonal $15 for the gel color if I would have known that a head of time I wouldve waiting to have my nails done. They need to be more clear about their prices when asked, maybe you should post the prices on your website, I will not be back was not happy when I found out it was going to cost me another $15 dollars on top of what I was told

This an amazing nail place with awesome nail technicians who can do anything you want. They have given me an amazing experience each time and the owner Tan is so sweet. Its a very relaxing environment and they offer drinks and alcohol to all customers 21 and above

I went here for my birthday. I got a mani pedi and eyebrow wax. It was amazing! I did the cucumber pedi which was soothing and relaxing. It smelled so good. I got dipped nails and they were a perfect length and shape. My eyebrows look beautiful. She gave me a great arch. Then they played the birthday song and gave me a present. I had a great time. I cant wait to go back for a facial amd fill in.

If any of you out there wanna try this place,please know that all techs are as nice as they come...but if you go try to ask for Daisy,Ive been going here 10 plus years and would not even think for one minute about going to anyone else...

I went there to get my nails done, and when I showed the front desk lady the nails that I wanted she told me that they couldnt do the designs, so I went ahead and decided to get something different and she told me that they didnt had the colors and that they couldnt see me because another lady ( who get there after me ) had her style already and that she was going to go first. I do not recommend this place. Its so unprofessional.

I was referred to this establishment thinking that I would receive the same customer satisfaction, but that was not the case. The nail technician was a sweet lady, but I was not impressed with her work. While my boyfriend gave the nail technician his card I requested for a redo, but the owner began to raise an issue with my request.First, the owner said Id be charged for the original service and the redo... I agreed. Secondly, the owner immediately changed her mind and said no we will not redo your nails, they look fine. Thirdly, the manager began to yell unprofessional remarks towards my boyfriend and I as she walked to the back of the store. At that point my boyfriend had to request for his card back with the receipt.I was honestly confused over the whole situation and was indeedly surprised by the owners defensive character. My experience was just weird. As far as the person who referred me (a regular)... they were shocked and disgusted by the treatment I had received from the owner and will not be returning.To be completely honest I should have known that things were a bit off when:1.) I saw that my technician clearly had a cold or the flu... (I kept quiet).2.) My technician did not have the proper nail supply tools or proper sanitation... (I kept quiet).3.) When the technician did not know the difference between ballerina/coffin and almond... (I questioned her, but she could not understand me).

I am a regular here. I even booked the whole facility for my daughters wedding so the bride, attendants and Moms and Aunts could all party and get manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding. So much fun, and the folks here are just so special. Their work is guaranteed.

Take my son for his eyebrow... I get pedicures, they get a kick out of two males coming on to get services.

People are working in this place as I know they are trying all their best everyday to service all clients came there to happy! but I believe sometime still has someone out there were not appreciated those best serviced they got because they got hired by other salon to make more troubles for this salon by between business owners competition....! Being a human is jealousy is a bad problem to make people are want to harm others. Someone is hard to accept other is better than he or she, so they are easy to make many problems to pull 5 stars rating down to 1 star to make all clients come this place later no more believe this place services they have. In another reason, I’m totally so understanding for the headaches of all nail salons have to deal sometime with cheap customers are so picky and always ask for the best products, the best services but don’t want to pay right prices or just want for free all services for everything they get.....!!!!! Please! Remember What you are doing karma will let you pay later! What you pay is what you will get! no anything free in America and no free meal for lazy workers.

I Love my nail techs at I ❤️Nails. I drive an hour from Cleburne Tx to get Nexgen nails. They take their time too with my pedicure. I have one problem nail and they keep it trimmed perfectly so it wont ingrow. My feet get a workout with all the cycling, running, hiking, and snow skiing. I ❤️Nails keeps them happy.
