The spa recently got new glitters so I can’t wait to try them all. I have been to nail salons all over the country and this shop has by far been my favorite. Their prices are fair and the work is high quality. Highly recommend.

Great, relaxing pedicure! The salon was clean, the music was soothing and relaxing! The calf and foot massage was great and my pedicurist really took her time. Really happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Fairly new & really nice salon. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Got the nexgen dip powder & the work was mediocre. My nails are not smooth at all. They look very lumpy. Make sure you get a really good nail tech.UPDATE - I have tried this place a couple more times and I am very pleased with their service & work. The manager really goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. This is my new go to nail spa. They have all the trendy nail art and technicians who know what they’re doing. Usually with clear nails they fall off my fingers within a couple days but I got a full set and they’re still on after weeks!!!!!! I had Hannah and Kyl and I’m obsessed. The strength and quality of this manicure is amazing.

They gave me a perfect set of nails. I love them! They are a little longer than what Im used to but at least theyre not as thick as I had them from the other place where I previously had them done. They were thorough, patient (I did keep them until after closing), and paid excellent attention to detail when doing my nails. These people are GOOD! I also got a pedicure, but I ruined the big toe ones when I put my flats on thinking they were dry enough. My fault. =( Oh, well. Next time Ill get a pedicure when its not so cold outside, and when I do, itll be right here!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I never leave reviews but I also have never been completely turned away from service for no reason. I walked in and nobody greeted me, once someone finally approached me, he clearly had an attitude for some reason and when I showed him a picture of what I wanted...which was a full set, natural color, he bluntly said no and waited for me to leave. They absolutely have the right to service whom they please however, I’m simply looking for a self pamper and nice nails for my baby shower. I don’t want to assume it was racial but others who came in behind me had no issues getting serviced. Disappointed and completely appalled.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but just wanted to let people know. They were nice but here we go. First my friend and I had an appointment, but they were almost 40 min late getting us in. Me and her both agreed we would not be going back because the people that did our nails rushed through it, and didn’t look nice after, the edges were jagged and rough. The nails weren’t what I asked for, it was the wrong color, and honestly I was too shy to speak up, but anyway, my guy CUT ME! My cutical was badly cut from the drill, please be careful if you go here! Thanks for reading!!

I love coming to Coco Nail Spa in Allen! The salon is spotless, prices are reasonable, the staff is extremely cordial and professional and overall service is top-notch. I’ve been going to Coco Nail Spa exclusively for over a year and see no reason to go anywhere else.

Walked in for a pedicure today and was very happy with the service, ambiance and quality of the pedicure. I got the world class pedicure as I hadnt been in for one in a while and they did a great job with the massage, amount of time spent and attention to my very dry heels. Very happy will come back!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! On Multiple occasions. Second time I went, I called first and they told meto come, the nail tech is available. I get there and he’s in the middle of doing someone’s nails!! I waited patiently for about 30 minutes until he was done. He never apologized!! THIS time I get there for my appointment to the nail tech with someone else in the seat. He doesn’t address me at all, but I could tell him and another guy were talking about me because he looked in my direction. Wowww! Don’t waste your money going here!!

I have been here a handful of times and never had an issue until this last visit. I told them exactly what I wanted. Pedi and full set. I don’t like the color acrylic or dip powder so I asked for the old traditional acrylic with gel paint. The guy lied and said they don’t carry it then still used it. Fast forward I told him exactly how I didn’t like my nails shape and thick wise and he still started to apply acrylic thick. I told him it was not to my liking before he got to too many fingers so he coins adjust and he tells me I can get up and leave and come back tomorrow because he “don’t have time to play we busy!” I asked him who is playing and who does he expect to leave with nails glued to each finger without anything else with two fingers with acrylic on them?! Just RUDE!!!!! The boy that also did my pedi was barely touching me. Didn’t put lotion on my whole foot and wasn’t even looking when he was working. Like he was so uninterested. My nails weren’t shaped or painted right. I was very unhappy. Not sure if I will be returning!

My mama and I went there for pedicures. It’s clean. They offer you a drink. The staff was great, fun and professional. And being a minority in that area they didn’t treat us as if we weren’t welcome or didn’t belong. The service itself was a great experience.I would recommend it to anyone.

I dropped my 12 year old daughter and her best friend off to get their nails done here it was our first visit. We showed them the picture of the coffin nails and I told him not to long. When I picked them up I saw that they weren’t what she asked for and asked her if she was okay with them. She said yes I like them. Then when we get in the car she begins crying that she didn’t like them. He had asked her about the length and she said a little shorter. She said they didn’t tell her if she went that short they wouldn’t be coffin. My daughter is too nice and quite so I blamed her for not speaking up at the time. I paid $50 and they aren’t anything like the picture we showed. She also said the guy rushed threw doing them. I called and let them know that we weren’t satisfied with the nails and that they should have explained to her that they weren’t going to be coffin and all they said was sorry. I will definitely not being going back here.

I was VERY skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews, but I am soooo happy with how my nails turned out! I didn’t have much idea of what I wanted to do with my nails so I just chose a simple black, and my tech Louis told me I should get a design. I asked what he recommended and he said marble, so I said go ahead do whatever you want, and he took it and ran with it! I’ve seen many people say the services are rushed, but mine was TIMELY. He didn’t waste any time and applied it correctly the first time so he didn’t have to go back and reshape for 2 hours. The pricing is very fair as well, I was surprised it wasn’t more! I definitely recommend this place, but if you’re expecting slow service go somewhere else. I will definitely be coming back and making an appointment with Louis again!!

The gentleman mango that did my nails was ok. But he didn’t match the picture of the nails that i showed him. Matter of fact it wasn’t even close. And he didn’t file the edges of the nail down enough to make it sharp. After I proceeded to get a pedicure but the lady was lazy and took little time to buff my heals (they still felt rough after) and she did a bad job with layering the paint. Overall the service wasn’t good. And it wasn’t worth 95 dollars.

I had an appointment with Louis and he already walked in mad. I asked for the wifi pw and told me it’s the phone number . I asked him for it and said it was on the door.. then i let him know i didn’t have my glasses could he read it off, he proceeded to tell me i can get up and check . That was extremely rude and unprofessional! Then.. i asked him about to different “designs “ one being French chrome, did he didn’t do chrome yet there was a whole book of chrome options?? Then said he couldn’t do the other one because it was “too complicated” which i knew he was BS because he had them on his IG page and he’s fine wayyy more complex designs than that. Then i wanted a pedi with acrylic on my toes and said we don’t do that. At that point i chuckled and said why? He said it’s too much work 😑 paid my services and left! Not coming back.

I found Louis on Instagram after a few not so great experiences elsewhere. He was very honest and thoughtful when it came to the style/length of my nails. I left feeling like my concerns were listened to and addressed. Not to mention, the most beautiful set of nails I think I have ever had. The salon was beautiful, clean, and everyone was super nice from the moment of first contact (the phone call to set up the appointment.) I can’t recommend coco nail spa enough and have been bragging to all my coworkers about how excited I am to have found my new nail place!

Ive been going to Coco for about a year now and theyre my favorite in the area! I dont make appointments, but several people always get to know me and what I like which makes it super easy to get what I want every time (Im a little particular, lol). Theyre always super nice and theres usually not much of a wait before they can take me. They do an excellent job with both pedicures and dipped nails (not too thick and super smooth) and the salon is gorgeous. Theres also water, wine, and margaritas if you arrive thirsty.

This nail salon is my go to. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and have not seen a better job with sanitation and customer service anywhere in the area. I’m so glad I found this little gem! It’s comfortable, CLEAN, and they’ve always gone out of their way to accommodate me. The work I’ve had done here has always been top notch and very affordable. Kudos!

I was told good things about this place however my experience was AWFUL! The eye rolling and the attitudes. Sorry if you don’t enjoy what you do, find another job. What a waste. I will not ever return.

Went to get Nexgen nails and a pedicure. The guy who did my nails cut them to short from the length I wanted them and they he got mad at me because I said they were way to short and asked politely to add tips on them. He then proceeded to start slamming his stuff around and had a negative attitude the rest of the time. He also kept burning me while using his machine to file my nails and made my nails extremely thin. Super unhappy experience and will not return.

What an elegant experience, complete with free sodas and a lavender pedicure. Nina did a great job on my nails. The atmosphere is lovely, the people friendly. Highly recommend!

My previous review posted about this nail place was deleted and the owner replied by saying “clueless review” I will be contacting and filing a complaint with the better business bureau regarding how improper this place and the team is. Instead of owning up to what they did they deleted my honest review so they’d still be in business.My pedicure was very much rushed and my toe nail turned red cause the way the guy did my pedicure and it seriously hurt to walk for 3 days. The most they could’ve said was a sorry instead of a clueless review.

I have been to multiple nail places in Allen, but Coco is my favorite. Its usually not busy and the lady that does my nails is definitely a person that takes pride in her work.

Pros: They do a decent job. Nice, clean place, and good services. Cons: Customer service could be a bit better. Place is kind of small not very spacious makes you feel a bit claustrophobic. And it would be nice if they offered a weekly discount or some specials like even 10% off, I mean what nail salon doesn’t offer one these days? Overall, there are so many nail salons now but it is a decent nail place if you are in the area it’s worth going to.

Long was amazing! He was very kind and helpful. Hannah’s pedicure was out of this world. She was very detailed and made sure that my legs and feet were carefully tended to. I will definitely recommend her. I’m already looking forward to my next pedicure!

I got a man/ped and she didn’t massage my hands all the way right. Did half my hand and only got 4 min.. and left my feet rough and not soft. So I complained and they didn’t want to give me a discount or nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICES !!

I had driven by this place several times and seen it, and finally I had some time to stop by and check it out. I walked in and was greeted immediately and the inside is beautiful and clean. They had many colors to choose from. I got a pedicure and shellac as well as a water to drink.. not to mention they had a mango margarita on the rocks. That was really good and refreshing. The prices are a little bit more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. They take there time, the massage was really good and they have their items sterilized in packages. Overall, I left very happy and will return.

Im dissatisfied - I recommend this place for nails - within 1 week nails broke 3 times. Management didnt think it was a problem because they would fix it - never mind the inconvenience and poor quality - just because its a new business it doesnt mean the quality is good!

Visited today after shop has been open about a week. Staff is pleasant and professional. Store is clean and set-up nicely. I was greeted immediately and sat promptly (it was quite early and the store was not busy yet). I selected the signature pedicure and classic manicure and recieved the services exactly as listed. Staff was meticulous and took their time. Nothing felt rushed, which I appreciated. Overall the experience was great and I will be returning.

The nail installation quality is good. The Next-Gen color choices are extensive and modern. The decor is nice and the service area is clean. The main issue with this salon is the customer service. After visiting two times, I would rate customer service as a one star.The first time I visited, my service provider was not cordial. I excused it as she was having a bad day. While she was servicing me, I observed the woman who entered the salon right after me get frustrated that she was waiting with out being acknowledged. A new customer walked into the salon and was greeted, directed and service. The woman who had been waiting got up and left.Today when I was being serviced, I asked the man his name because he was doing such a great job and I thought I could schedule appointments with him in the future. He said “No Name”. I said excuse me? I was interested in scheduling future services with you. He said “I don’t do appointments”. I found this to be very poor behavior and response for anyone who works in services. It’s perfectly fine that he doesn’t take appointments but to not provide a name is rude and unacceptable. For that, he received “No Tip”.At checkout, I talked to the manager about my experience and he supported his “No Name” employee. There are too many nail providers for me to continue to give this establishment my money. I do not recommend.

Moved here last year from New York and have not found a Decent nail salon.... Until now finally found Coco nails best nail salon and Allen Texas amazing and the price is great as well IVY is the one to go to she is awesome. DONT FORGET TO BE GENEROUS TO YOUR NAIL LADIES.... love this place will keep coming back.

First time in and I had two different people tend me when I wish there was only one. Nhu did AMAZING with my spa pedicure. She was so bomb with the massage part lemme tell you. I honestly wish I had more cash on me to tip her separately instead of both women. I didn’t like how Jenny just stood over Nhu while she did my toes like she was kinda rushing her because she was to do my nails next. If you don’t got nothing better to do than go clean something instead of rushing the woman geez. Anyways, next time I’ll bring cash to tip Nhu properly cause other girl didn’t deserve it.

They were alright, came in for gel polish and the gel is chipping and lifting the day after I got it done when it’s supposed to last 2-3 weeks.

The customer service is horrible, there so rude. I never got the guys name but he was being really rude about the shape that I wanted. When I walked in with my friend no body was at the counter greeting us or anything, I was asking a question and the lady had the worst attitude. That’s my first and last time going there because my nails are already breaking and I got them done on a Saturday and not even a week later there already breaking, and I’m not even being rough with anything.

I walked in on a Saturday morning around 1030 after noticing this new spot had opened recently. I have to give them credit: the place is bright, clean and beautifully decorated on the inside with TVs and a good variety on the playlist. From soft hits to soothing spa tracks this place sets the right vibe.Understandably, this is a new business and everyone is learning and adjusting. One downfall is that time management is sub par. I was told the wait would be about 25 minutes after being seated. Ok, sure. I understood as a walk-in. Now first, had I known the actual wait time was an hour I would have came back at a later time.After the 25 minute wait time had passed, one lady started soaking my feet for a pedicure and disappeared. Another 15-20 minutes later another person came to start on my nails and disappeared. After another 20 minutes of passed time, finally someone sits down to finish my basic mani/pedi set.I wasnt exactly happy with my results either. My toenails were not even clipped and my fingernails were not evenly filed or shaped. Polishing was meh.I dont see myself visiting again in the near future. Because this location is around the corner from my home, I may reconsider later down the line once its better established.
