They were nice but up charge for every little thing & don’t tell you. Plus, my sister gave them a picture & they said they could do it no problem…but ultimately it was no where near what she asked for….they used green & teal when there’s no teal anywhere in the picture. And did the design on the wrong fingers :/ they told her it would be $38 and ended up being $53. Told me my classic pedicure would be $27 but charged me an extra $5 for polish removal??! We won’t go back:/

I got dip powder nails at Luxe nail salon, and they look absolutely amazing! I had my nails done by Vi and she was super careful to be gentle with my nails and my cuticles. I love how the color turned out, and it was an incredible experience.

One of the worst pedicures I have ever received. Nails started chipping the day after. The gentleman who did my pedicure didn’t file my nails and clipped them straight. I had to ask someone to clip them because they were so uneven.Very disappointed with this place.

I haven’t had my nails touched in over 2 years (since having my daughter) & for this to be my first experience in that long I have to say it was everything I could have ever wanted 😩First of all, the young man that massaged me feet & legs did so good I almost asked him to dinner! I fell asleep 4 TIMES!! My feet were beyond rough but he was so gentle!! I never knew I needed the back of my ankles massaged!!!!!Then there’s my nails! The young man that attended to my hands did a fantastic job!! I can’t stop looking at my hands. I’ve recorded so many videos on Snapchat it’s ridiculous 😂😂😂They didn’t rush me out either, they took their time & perfected everything.This is my new favorite spot!!!

This nail salon is absolutely amazing! Great customer service. I had a polish change yesterday I went home and messed up my polish. I came back to get it repolished they would not charge me even though I messed up my own toenails. I have never been to a salon that has taken care of thier customers like here! I’ve been going to Luxe nail salon for the past few years. They have always been a friendly business with customer satisfaction being their top priority. Holly is my favorite for nails, she does an amazing job, and goes above and beyond to make sure her work is perfect! Jessie the manager always makes sure the customers are happy. All techs do a great job and I’ve been taken excellent care of at all times. Highly recommend!!

I happen to stop in to get my nails done this wee. It was on a whim. The first time every going in. I was impressed with how clean everything was. I was greeted at the door and she actutally sanitized my hands right there! So friendly.I have been so unhappy with the last salon I had been two in the area. Just due to poor product quality.My tech was Vivi! I sat down and she got me right away. She knew just what I wanted! I ended up with the same color she was wearing on her nails and toes!!! And they use geniuine NextGen products! I LOVE that!!!Amazing service! I love Vivi!!!

KELLY does a phenomenal job!!! I was a bit skeptical since it was last minute looking for a nail salon on a Saturday!! But the front desk was amazing helping me come in easy and stress free!! Kelly did my nails exceptional !! I’m very picky of course and love them a certain way and she nailed it!! She only works weekends!!I also go a pedicure which has to be one of the best massage/ pedicure I gotten anywhere!! I MEAN THAT!! Totally worth the price!!I couldn’t pronounce my pedicure technician name but he said to call him “ E” he does an amazing job!!! He only works Friday and Saturday’s!!!DEFINITELY WORTH IT!! From the back end to the front end service was spot on!!!

My Sister in law and I were looking for somewhere to get our nails done before her graduation this weekend, and she had been here before. They were great - best next gen application Ive ever had! And beyond that, we felt safe the whole time. Everyone was well spaced out, all their employees were wearing masks, and they sanitized EVERYTHING. They even had a little shield between us and the nail techs to keep us all safe, just in case. I would recommend them to anyone in Colin county!

My nails turned out a COMPLETELY different color

I’ve visited this store several times for a pedicure. The pedicure itself is fine but the staff each visit has been progressively rushing time to get me out the door. My last visit I waited 20 minutes which was okay but the lady doing my nails spent half the normal time just to get me done and off to the next client. This is extremely disappointing. I know other people are waiting but I’m paying $40 to have a 40 minute pedicure and only getting 20 minutes. The message should have been 10 minutes and I clocked it at 3 minutes. I definitely will not be returning. This is NOT how you treat repeat customers. I will be looking for another nail salon that wants my business.

Im not one to complain but this was just awful. I kept telling him the nails were way too cubed. He would fix them but only once even after I told them they still needed work. Then you can see the base isnt even painted all the way. Never coming back here again, and I recommend you dont either.

I do not recommend LuXE NAIL SALON on W. Exchange PKWY, ALLEN, TX! The Manager Jesse, double charged me. Till date, she has refused to have it resolved. She double charged me $265. She is not to be trusted and has zero respect for her clients. DO NOT USE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Bank of America confirmed my ex disputed the transactions and later on confirmed the transactions were authorized. They also confirmed that the dispute was in Luxe nails favor. That means she was double paid for the past transactions amounting to $251.I have tried to reach out to Jesse to have this resolved, but to no avail. I have been getting the run around from her over this issue. I text her personally and told her we needed to resolve this so I can get my money back but to no avail.I have businesses and this is not how I treat my clients. I will never recommend LUXE nails, Allen Texas. I will definitely take her to a small claims court.

I enjoy this salon. They always make me comfortable and do a professional job. I am in there once a week as I have them change my polish each week. Ann is a very efficient and clean nail professional. She is my go to person each time. I have become spoiled and yes lazy as I do not wish to mess with doing the polish changes myself!

Me and my family go there fairly often, but my sister goes there about once or twice a month and give her the student discount and another discount since she comes there a lot. Every time that we go to the salon we have an amazing experience. I almost always either get my nails taken off which they look really healthy, or I get Nexgen and they look like they could’ve been on a magazine. The customer service is AMAZING, and the staff are reasonably nice to us. I would very much recommend this salon.

Not the best Mani Pedi but it was fine. We in and out in less than 2 hours. If here is a next time, will get the lower level package for both nails and toes. I have definitely had better hand or leg massages at other nail salons. I got the gel manicure and pedicure. Couple of nails have flaws but didnt have the time to have them fixed. My toes are a little raw from the pedicure and I would definitely not get that service here again.

My gel peeling off after 2 days. The edges of the gel extend past the cuticle area causing it to lift. I always leave a GOOD tip in any salon. I doubled this because my daughter was with me. I had the tip paper shoved back at me by the person checking me out. She wanted more tips. I was shocked!!! I graciously doubled the already substantial amount, and left paying nearly $200 for a horrible job that lasted 2 days. NOT IMPRESSED AND WONT BE BACK!!!

I booked a last minute, late appt, and they had me in and out in 45 mins! I got a quality Nexgen mani pedi for a great price, and the super sweet employees worked so hard to match my finger and toe colors! Highly recommend. Teacher and student discount too!

Found this gem not too long ago not far from the house.

The basic pedicure wasn’t good. They barely massaged and didn’t even make my feet soft. Nexgen looked really good but 2 nails broke a day later.

The service is always pleasant with light conversation. They offer drinks and even offer a teacher discount which is AMAZING!

I am a usual of Simon at Sabrina Star Nails on Mcdermott. Simon was out of town this week so I decided to try Luxe, as it is closer to my house. I will never be returning. My nexgen is bumpy and very thick, they look like bubble nails. Additionally, I was cut by the filing drill and the lady went so quickly doing my nails, by the end my nails were in actual pain. My friend went the day before me and had the same experience. Not sure if I just got a bad lady, but I will be staying loyal to Sabrina Star Nails from now on.

Staff was uninterested in serving. They dont follow their own menu of services. They didnt do all the things offered in the menu and overcharged. The massage was v short too. Overall very unprofessional unpleasant staff behavior. Will not go again ever.

Helen is the best. I put my hands through hell and I never have issues with chipping or cracking. Everyone always complements my hands. I love it.

Everyone is always friendly here and very helpful. Always have gotten a great manicure and pedicure. I have done both gel and nexgen. I just recently had a problem with my gel manicure and when I went back in they took total care of me without any problems. Even apologized several times. That is the service I wish more places had

I had my chrome nails done and paid $53 but the girl didnt do a good job. The shape she gave my nails made my nails look crooked. And the amount of powder she put on my nails made my nail base look bumpy😔. Everytime I look at my nails I feel frustrated and it doesnt look like a $53 mani. I mean I could have just done it at home. I wish I knew how to post a pic here.

I got a pedicure and when I left my feet were still rough. The massage was more painful than relaxing and my lady acted like she didnt even want to speak to me and seemed annoyed. I went to pay and tried to use a coupon I received in the mail and was told I couldnt because that was the wrong one and theyve reprinted them. I explained my coupon did not have an expiration date but he would still not take it. Horrible customer service along with bad pedicure no reason to go here when there are so many other nail places around.

Very nice people, not great services. Waxing and nails were rushed. Claimed they would match my colors and did not, paid a lot and not really happy with results.

This place was cool, I like the setup but sadly they did not treat me well. I chew on my nails, it runs through my fam. When I was there a staff member by the name of Linda spoke in a unfriendly rude way and told me, “don’t bite your nails take them out of you mouth and people who bite there nails are un-hygienic.”I also heard her say to the lady mext to her, “ omg this girl!” While shaking her head. At that point I started crying.They did my French tips too thick and when we asked for a touch up she sighed and said “ok fine.” My friend recalled that her French tips did not look good they were very crooked.Overall I like this place but I did not have a good experience today.

My review is based on multiple visits - when they first opened they were fine, nothing exceptional but my last two visits yielded long waits and then a rushed and careless service. I wont be venturing back, there are too many nail salons and if you dont take care of your customer then you do not get their loyalty.

Got pedicure done here once and it was horrible. A guy was doing my pedicure and he was busy chatting with another guy. He was so distracted and distracting me as well. Didn’t enjoy the pedicure at all. My neighbor has the same experience too.

My wife and daughter have gone there twice now and the service is excellent!
